14/11/2025: My favorite restaurant in Florence by far. Amazing quality and taste of food.

11/11/2025: We visited this restaurant on a rather crowded evening. There were four of us, and the dining room was very crowded, likely due to the large group. Despite this, the service was courteous and attentive enough considering the situation. The cuisine was decent: good ingredients and dishes presented simply but carefully. Our meal wasn't bad; on the contrary, it lacked the detail that makes a truly memorable dinner. One aspect we didn't appreciate, however, was the ending of the evening: after dessert, we were asked if we wanted coffee, otherwise we would have to leave our table because it was needed for another reservation. I understand the crowd, but it was a request that made us feel a bit pressured and somewhat ruined the atmosphere. In conclusion, an overall decent experience, but room for improvement, especially in terms of time management and the welcoming atmosphere when the place is very busy. It's probably worth trying at a quieter time.

17/11/2025: What can I say... there are no words... starting from the owner and the staff. Everything was perfect... each dish better than the last, you can eat everything from truffles to steak for a spectacular explosion of flavor!!!

11/11/2025: A well-kept, clean, and welcoming restaurant. The staff is courteous, polite, and knowledgeable. The dishes are well-balanced in quantity, meticulously prepared, and unique in flavor. Impeccable service, from the welcome drink to the bill, which is reasonable and modest for the quality and location. The wines are excellent, and the selection of traditional products is varied. I highly recommend stopping by.

25/10/2025: Last night I ate at this restaurant, delicious food, ravioli with ragù and wonderful pappardelle with wild boar, well done, excellent food and impeccable service

11/10/2025: The place is very cute and surrounded by greenery, located near Capalbio. I went on a weekday for lunch; there weren't many people, making it quiet and pleasant. The portions are generous, and the prices are excellent. If I could only offer a couple of suggestions, the pasta was slightly overcooked and the fried food could use a bit of a dry clean. Otherwise, I'd definitely return, and it was a very enjoyable lunch. The place is perfect for couples because I find it pleasantly relaxing, but also for families with children and groups of friends because there's room for everyone. I think it's even more pleasant in the evening, as I've seen from the photos that the lighting makes it even more beautiful! There's both indoor and outdoor space.

16/11/2025: We had dinner and enjoyed a good Fiorentina steak. However, we recommend serving it on a stone grill to maintain the temperature and avoid eating it too cold. We highly recommend this restaurant, though.

06/11/2025: Dishes without soul. Salty pici and more or less tasteless sauce. Ravioli (5) for 20 euros... Decent pork cheek with flavorless mashed potatoes. Supermarket seadas. Restaurant for (distracted) tourists. High prices. Very disappointed.

16/11/2025: Terrible experience, a birthday lunch with a set menu and all the food was gone... we only had 2 tortelli left, the last two to be served, and the waiter, while serving 1 each, looked at us and said, "I apologize, maybe I'll be more generous with the next course." Places like this deserve to close down. This is the first and last time I'll eat there, and I strongly advise against it.

13/11/2025: A charming, well-maintained hamlet with a lovely garden. The photos speak for themselves. The Albergaccio restaurant's food is excellent, and in line with the prices. What's truly worthwhile is the restaurant's ambience, which is absolutely authentic and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. To truly enjoy this idyllic setting, it would be wonderful if guests would lower their conversation volume.

06/12/2025: A Florentine woman, who had a long-standing love affair with Spain, recommended it to us. An exceptional restaurant with authentic Italian cuisine, featuring both classic and seasonal dishes. A welcoming atmosphere with very friendly waiters. On their recommendation, we ordered the breaded brie as a starter, which was a great choice. For our main courses, we opted for the lasagna Bolognese and spaghetti with clams, both truly memorable and generous portions—so much so that they brought me a plate to put the clam shells aside. A cozy place frequented mainly by Italians, with very few tourists. They served the typical Florentine dish, bistecca, a thick cut of Chianina beef, grilled and served "al sangue" (almost raw), but since it was dinner, we didn't dare try it. At a nearby table, occupied by three people, they were served one of those ribeye steaks that weighed 1.4 kg—something to note. Reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

16/10/2025: Sorry for how we were treated by the owner last time!!! We arrived not very hungry but eager to celebrate our anniversary. We ordered a starter, a main course, two glasses of wine, and a dessert (all shared between two). As soon as he took our order and realized we ordered so little, we were treated like nothing. I'll start by saying that the other times I've been there, I've never spent less than €170/200. In my opinion, there was a lack of professionalism, certainly omitted for the customers who paid before us (a large German family who certainly spent a lot!). We definitely won't be returning!!! P.S. The steak wasn't good at all because he was full of nerves!!!

04/10/2025: I've been going here for years; it's a truly welcoming and elegant restaurant. The staff always welcomes you with a big smile. The menu caters to all tastes, with excellent quality meat and fish. The prices are great for the type of food offered. I highly recommend it.

04/10/2025: Pappardelle with wild boar and malfatti cherry tomatoes and pancetta, two desserts, and two glasses of wine. Everything was excellent, as was the service and price.

30/11/2025: Carbonara made with cream and tasted awful (the worst I've ever had). The fries were full of oil, and the cutlet was partially undercooked. I wasn't entirely satisfied with the food, even though the service was excellent in a really convenient location just steps from the city center. The price was high for the quality of the food.

11/10/2025: On our way back from Rome, we stopped here. Luckily, the restaurants we'd seen nearby were full. We ended up at this excellent restaurant. Fresh homemade bread and pasta. Very attentive service, from the table linens to the table settings. Fair prices for the quality of the products. Compliments, truly excellent. And thank you. This restaurant stands out from the others in the area. On our way back from Rome, we stopped here—and fortunately, the other nearby restaurants were full. We ended up at this excellent restaurant. Fresh homemade bread and pasta, perfect service, and very fair prices considering the high quality of the ingredients. Truly outstanding—compliments to the team and thank you! This restaurant really stands out from the others in the area. We will definitely come back.

01/12/2025: We had a family dinner this weekend in Florence. The restaurant is quaint, rustic, and very welcoming. The portions were generous and the food excellent. The prices were very reasonable. We had two divine pappa al pomodoro soups, one amazing ribollita, one truly flavorful pici with Cinta Senese ragù, one very good ravioli with wild boar ragù, two portions of roast potatoes, and one fantastic tiramisu. Drinking water was included. Total: €85. Good service. Recommended!

30/11/2025: Returned after several years, everything still good, typical, kind and helpful staff, fast service... only flaw: the coffee cups are metal and ours had pieces of enamel missing... not nice or healthy. It's time to "Change" them 😃

19/10/2025: Best pizza I've ever eaten. The dough is perfect, the staff is incredibly friendly, and you can't help but enjoy it!

11/08/2025: We had a delicious meal at this authentic Italian pizza restaurant. We entered via the outdoor staircase, where three men were preparing the food. We were able to sit on the rooftop terrace, where an enthusiastic young man was serving. With four kids and four adults, we enjoyed pasta and pizza at a surprisingly low price. Highly recommended.
