20/12/2025: Pleasant experience, excellent traditional Tuscan dishes well packaged.

20/12/2025: This restaurant located in Siena was recommended to us. The service was not optimal. The servers were young people who didn’t seem to have knowledge about the food or what local wine to recommend. The place at first seemed slow and empty, but then it picked up. The food was tasty, especially the meat. I’ve had better cacio a pepe. The restaurant looks like a cozy tavern inside.

16/11/2025: We had dinner and enjoyed a good Fiorentina steak. However, we recommend serving it on a stone grill to maintain the temperature and avoid eating it too cold. We highly recommend this restaurant, though.

06/11/2025: Dishes without soul. Salty pici and more or less tasteless sauce. Ravioli (5) for 20 euros... Decent pork cheek with flavorless mashed potatoes. Supermarket seadas. Restaurant for (distracted) tourists. High prices. Very disappointed.

19/11/2025: It may have an 'H' in front of the name, but don't think you're in an osteria. Step inside and you'll find yourself surrounded by stone, a small, welcoming dining room, and truly delicious Tuscan specialties. The low-temperature cheek is excellent.

11/10/2025: On our way back from Rome, we stopped here. Luckily, the restaurants we'd seen nearby were full. We ended up at this excellent restaurant. Fresh homemade bread and pasta. Very attentive service, from the table linens to the table settings. Fair prices for the quality of the products. Compliments, truly excellent. And thank you. This restaurant stands out from the others in the area. On our way back from Rome, we stopped here—and fortunately, the other nearby restaurants were full. We ended up at this excellent restaurant. Fresh homemade bread and pasta, perfect service, and very fair prices considering the high quality of the ingredients. Truly outstanding—compliments to the team and thank you! This restaurant really stands out from the others in the area. We will definitely come back.

07/09/2025: A prime location with a fabulous menu. It's been 20 years since I've tasted such a well-seasoned and palatable tartare... the food is top-notch... well done... In my opinion, the service needs improvement... the waitress is experienced and quick, but she can't handle everything alone... her colleagues need to give her more support... in my opinion... Table linens and lighting need updating... Anyway, I recommend it, I'll be back.

09/11/2025: We visited this restaurant during our stay in Siena. Everything was good, in the best sense of the word. The ribollita and pici were tasty, without too many frills, and they kept us company like an old friend who may not surprise, but never disappoints. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was quiet.

30/11/2025: Carbonara made with cream and tasted awful (the worst I've ever had). The fries were full of oil, and the cutlet was partially undercooked. I wasn't entirely satisfied with the food, even though the service was excellent in a really convenient location just steps from the city center. The price was high for the quality of the food.

11/12/2025: I tried the risotto with ossobuco, one of the typical dishes of Milanese cuisine, and it was delicious. The meat was very tender and flavorful, and the risotto had a wonderful saffron flavor. I loved it! 🫶

11/08/2025: We had a delicious meal at this authentic Italian pizza restaurant. We entered via the outdoor staircase, where three men were preparing the food. We were able to sit on the rooftop terrace, where an enthusiastic young man was serving. With four kids and four adults, we enjoyed pasta and pizza at a surprisingly low price. Highly recommended.

15/12/2025: I had the opportunity to dine there for my cousin's birthday. The place is rustic and welcoming, and the dishes are truly fabulous. An appetizer, two first courses, and a second course that melted in your mouth. An experience definitely worth repeating!

01/12/2025: We had a family dinner this weekend in Florence. The restaurant is quaint, rustic, and very welcoming. The portions were generous and the food excellent. The prices were very reasonable. We had two divine pappa al pomodoro soups, one amazing ribollita, one truly flavorful pici with Cinta Senese ragù, one very good ravioli with wild boar ragù, two portions of roast potatoes, and one fantastic tiramisu. Drinking water was included. Total: €85. Good service. Recommended!

30/11/2025: Returned after several years, everything still good, typical, kind and helpful staff, fast service... only flaw: the coffee cups are metal and ours had pieces of enamel missing... not nice or healthy. It's time to "Change" them 😃

11/12/2025: The staff were very kind and professional. They recommended a good wine that paired well with the white truffle. I asked for a surprise cake and they were happy with it. I recommend it. Thank you.

07/12/2025: Not a positive experience, good food, rather high prices, but one thing I really didn't like was the €4 cover charge per person, especially considering the tablecloth was paper, as were the napkins! Excessive!

04/10/2025: Pappardelle with wild boar and malfatti cherry tomatoes and pancetta, two desserts, and two glasses of wine. Everything was excellent, as was the service and price.

05/11/2025: We celebrated our daughter's confirmation because we'd been there before and always enjoyed it. Excellent value for money, attentive and welcoming service. The place is also worth a visit during the day, with a beautiful view of the valley and a small adjacent village perfect for a stroll.
