24/04/2026: My wife and I, passing through Florence, chose this restaurant for dinner. AN EXCELLENT CHOICE. A simple yet elegant place. TOP service... The owner is truly kind and knowledgeable, offering advice on traditional Tuscan dishes. The ribollita was delicious. The Fiorentina steak was top-notch, fabulous, cooked to perfection. Their own wine was very good. Everything was truly TOP-NOTCH. The price was right for the quality of the food and service. I absolutely recommend stopping by if you're in the area.

06/06/2026: The dry Tuscany steak was disappointing, the grumpy & rude service was bizarre, the waiters made the atmosphere really weird, grunting & shouting, almost burnt 2 kids with the hot plate and didn't care, and then after when we left and were walking down the street, the weirdo waiter with scratches all over his face started shouting at us "but have you paid but have you paid" with no smile, weird

30/05/2026: We had a wonderful dining experience in Siena. The Tagliata was cooked perfectly—tender, flavorful, and served with delicious grilled vegetables that complemented the meat beautifully. For dessert, we tried the restaurant’s signature sweet, “Signature of Siena,” which was a memorable way to end the meal and a must-try for anyone visiting. Beyond the food, the atmosphere was warm and authentic, making us feel immersed in the charm of Siena. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout the evening, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A perfect combination of excellent food, great service, and a lovely ambiance. We would gladly return on our next visit to Siena. Recommended dishes: Tagliata & Signature of Siena dessert.

02/06/2026: Excellent food, fast and friendly service in a beautiful traditional Tuscan setting. The prices were honest and more than reasonable compared to the standard fare! We ordered the troccoli with zucchini blossom and ricotta pesto, which were DELICIOUS, as were the fried chicken and rabbit, snow peas, and friggitelli with onions. Unfortunately, we didn't have dessert because we were full, but all the dishes we passed looked very inviting.

18/01/2026: Charming, almost uninhabited village, but there is a good pizzeria restaurant adjacent to the hotel. The rooms on the return are clean and quite large. The owners are friendly and very kind. The continental breakfast is standard.

28/03/2026: I went there on the recommendation of locals. As soon as you enter, you're greeted by the rotisserie—beautiful, warm, and welcoming. The place is anonymous, minimal, and spartan. The food is excellent, but the staff isn't at all welcoming. The restaurant owner only offers food, but not the art of catering.

The restaurant is well-kept, welcoming, and immersed in the typical atmosphere of Castagneto Carducci, with that perfect blend of Tuscan tradition and attention to detail. The service is impeccable: Luca is kind, smiling, and always ready to recommend the right dish without ever being intrusive. The cuisine is the restaurant's true strength: excellent ingredients, carefully prepared dishes, and authentic flavors that reflect the local area. From fresh pasta to meat dishes, to homemade desserts, every course confirms the restaurant's quality. The wine selection is also excellent, with local labels that further enhance the gastronomic experience. In short: a restaurant where you eat very well, feel pampered, and always want to return. Highly recommended.

11/06/2026: We attended a pasta-making class with tiramisu on site. The food and its preparation were excellent. The icing on the cake was that we could also use up the wine supply and the service was always friendly.

31/05/2026: We had the pasta/trimasu class, we really enjoyed it and had great tips from our Chef Leonardo, the pasta we made was the best I ever tried! The place unleashed our hidden skills! We ended up taking more pasta takeaway as we couldn't stop eating

13/05/2026: A very warm welcome. Very traditional decor respecting it's roots from the year 1760. Restaurant full of both locals, workers and a few visitors. We tried 2 mixed antipasti (1 vegetarian). Both were delicious, followed by a pasta with fresh porcini, pork ribs and polenta and a Tuscan vegetable soup. All delicious- will return. 5 star

14/05/2026: Beautiful restaurant in the center of San Vincenzo, with a great atmosphere. We booked for three and even managed to have an aperitif with some delicious drinks. The staff were welcoming, well-trained, and very helpful. We decided to try their sushi and gyoza as appetizers, and we couldn't have made a better choice, as they were excellent. The risotto and fried fish were perfect! The portions were also perfect, and the amberjack paired with the sauce and artichoke was excellent. To top it off, although we were also very inspired by the ice cream, we decided to try their desserts and were extremely satisfied: the cheesecake was delicious, and the plating was also beautiful. What can I say, excellent food and equally excellent staff! We'll definitely be back!

09/06/2026: The staff doesn't speak a word of English, but they're friendly. We ordered something from the menu, not knowing exactly what it was, as it was only in Italian. To our surprise, we got a really large, delicious, and perfectly cooked steak, fries, and baked beans in tomato sauce. The portions were large and very tasty, and the price was very reasonable. I wholeheartedly recommend it and would gladly return.
