This turned out to be the best restaurant for us mamas and grandmas with our 2 little kiddos! We couldn’t believe when we walked in and saw they had turtles for the kids to look at - and they gave us a huge table to accommodate us comfortably. Then the food started coming…the pizza bread and olive oil they brought out was divine but don’t fill up on it! The steak was wonderful, the pizza diavolo was spicy and delish…everything was a hit. Yummmmm!

Everything about Ristorante Pizzeria Al 59 is perfection! The tables in the courtyard, the turtles in the pond, the service, the food and the view of the Teatro Massimo(Opera House) Buon Appetito!

Bye Bye Blues

11/07/2026: "Bye Bye Blues" had been on my list to visit for a few years due to its positive reviews. Our visit certainly lived up to those expectations. It is a lovely, small, and quiet restaurant with pleasant service. We opted for the Italian menu with wine pairings; the food—as well as the accompanying wines—surpassed all expectations. In terms of quality, the food rivals that of a one-star Michelin restaurant. Top-notch.
