12/08/2026: A truly excellent culinary experience in the heart of Palermo. Every dish we tasted was a small work of art, meticulously crafted and prepared with superior ingredients. We were particularly impressed by the aesthetics of the dishes. For example, the black brushstroke decoration on the plate, combined with the colorful drops of sauce, creates a magnificent visual contrast that previews the deliciousness of the food. It's rare to find such attention to both flavor and presentation. We'll definitely be back to discover other options.

10/08/2026: A very pleasant restaurant; the dish recommended by the waitress was truly excellent, and the wine suggested with it was also superb. The prices are very reasonable, and the quality of both the service and the food is excellent. An intimate and modern restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're passing through.

30/06/2026: Very good restaurant, family-run (mother and daughter), fresh fish, in a quiet residential square away from tourists. Local cuisine, well executed. A highlight is the sea bass and shrimp ravioli!

05/07/2026: Magnificent restaurant! Two brothers who go above and beyond to make people happy. Everything is incredibly fresh, the pasta is superb (and I'm extremely picky, there's always something to say), the cooking is just perfect, and the combination with seafood or fish is excellent. It might not be "hearty" for those who want to stuff themselves, but there's a magical finesse and balance in every dish. Exceptional service; they put their heart and soul into sharing their passion. Too bad for those who don't have that same appreciation; at least they'll have tried. Unforgettable moments shared!

14/08/2026: A very pleasant restaurant in the center of Palermo, with exquisite cuisine and a variety of options for the whole family. The portions are generous and the quality is excellent. The service is superb, and our waiter, Giuseppe, gave us a warm welcome. The place is very clean and spacious, with comfortable chairs and a lovely decor. We would definitely return!

14/08/2026: It has the atmosphere of a traditional tavern! Although it does not have outdoor tables, inside it is very spacious and pleasant! All the waiters were very helpful and quick! We tried pesto pasta, ravioli and a main course with eggplant and sauce! The dishes were delicious and reminded us of home-cooked food!

08/08/2026: A dream dinner: everything was perfect! A delightful dinner for two. The beauty of some dishes rivaled the delights of the palate. I highly recommend the ravioli with grouper and tomato and the gnocchi with tomato water. Close your eyes and fly! I give it 5 stars, but I hope the chef gets one soon 😉 The dining room staff were excellent, the atmosphere intimate but not too formal. Very kind and professional. We enjoyed both the vegetarian and à la carte menus: the scallops were delicious. Highly recommended 😁

08/08/2026: The service and dishes are excellent, both revisited and traditional Sicilian cuisine. The wait staff is very attentive to everyone's needs. The location is very quiet and cool, being right in the center of town, facing the Garibaldi Gardens. A wonderful experience.

01/04/2026: NOT RECOMMENDED. An hour's wait, in the cold, for a table booked two days in advance. We've changed pizzerias and won't be returning. Reserved Saturday, for three people, at 9:30 PM (second sitting?). We arrived, following the restaurant's advice, at 9:15 PM. They told us to wait because they were "setting up the tables." They asked us to wait outside, in the cold. 9:30 PM, nothing, but okay, that's fine. 9:50 PM, still nothing. They told us the table was "freezing up." We were in the cold but chatting: we could still wait. 10:10 PM, still outside in the cold and with no news. We decided to leave. 10:20 PM, the restaurant called us to let us know the table was ready. Only an hour late, despite the reservation. We were happy to leave our money at the nearby pizzeria. Also because, honestly, waiting an hour in the cold for a pizza like any other isn't worth it. A little more attention, perhaps a complimentary appetizer, would have been enough, and we would have happily waited. Spaurito, however, chose to ignore us completely, failing in his primary role: providing customer service.
