Great experience! I had an excellent gluten-free pizza with quality ingredients! My husband also loved the regular pizza, saying it was one of the best he's ever eaten! I also had a gluten-free chocolate dessert! Everything was truly excellent! Super fair prices and the owner was very kind! We'll definitely be back!

First time dining with friends. Clean and welcoming place, fast service, friendly and very helpful staff. Francesco, the owner, is beyond friendly. The fish was excellent, the Sicilian specialties were delicious, and the desserts were delicious. No words needed, just the photos. What can I say? A great experience, we'll be back soon. Highly recommended!

I visited for lunch. It offers a set menu with excellent first and second course selections at a great price. There's a good vegetable buffet. Parking is a bit of a hassle, as you have to find one on the street nearby.

La Rosa Blu is an exquisite little restaurant, Not to mention Francesco, the owner, who is incredibly kind. I had the pizza with buffalo mozzarella. The whole bites are spectacular on the pizza. It was delicious and beautiful to look at.

Not being local, they recommended this restaurant to us. As for the kindness of the welcome, and the location, I must say very welcoming. The service was super fast and excellent. We're talking about the classic Margherita baby pizza. I didn't eat it, and my friend only a slice. But I have to say, I don't like it; there wasn't much tomato and the mozzarella didn't fill the pizza. Anyway, mine, which I supposedly call the San Daniele, had tomato, mozzarella, arugula, and prosciutto. I don't remember what it's called on the menu. The parmesan shavings were missing, but that's okay. I expect the mozzarella to be melted, not to find it on two mozzarella bites. The beauty of pizza is the stringy mozzarella. I was like eating salad with focaccia. The dough was good and very light. I recommend reviewing the pizzas; the mozzarella needs to be melted. 😉

05/06/2025: Excellent Sicilian restaurant in Bologna. Very good octopus with potatoes, not your average octopus. Then the stuffed squid, which is like a journey to Sicily. A feast for the palate. Good sparkling rosé wine by the glass. Excellent lemon sorbet with mint. Delicious and hard-to-find Zibibbo Passito (flavors I haven't tasted in 15 years). The place has a perfect, relaxing atmosphere with jazz music. The owner, Attilio, is exceptionally kind.
04/06/2025: The one star removed from the food is a whim...you've already worked a miracle by accommodating 17 of us, even booking an hour in advance...you couldn't have prepared stuffed squid for everyone...your signature dish... Otherwise, there's nothing left to say...fast service, a trademark friendliness, and dishes that explain why you've been so popular in Bologna for several years now...you accommodated our requests and "turned your dining room upside down" to accommodate us, and without warning...you're talented and know your job. The price is fair, especially considering the quality of the ingredients and the experience you put into preparing them...
