11/11/2025: I come here often. I think it's a good establishment, with excellent table setting and presentation. It's stylish, neatly decorated, and has plenty of seating. On certain days, they cook piglets on a spit. It's interesting to watch them being prepared, then they bring them out, carve them, and serve them on wide platters with myrtle leaves. It's delicious! We'll be back on our Costa Rei vacation!

02/02/2026: I'm having a hard time understanding the reviews with less than 5 stars for this restaurant. The heat is fine, the only flaw is that since it's an indoor outdoor space, it gets a bit stuffy, that's for sure. That said, you're in Sardinia in August. The price? You paid at least (and I mean at least) €500 for a one-way ferry ride for two people with a car, and the problem is €10 more for a main course? Guys, no fuss: beautiful location, punctual service, and amazing food. Or rather, I really liked it; finally, someone understood that even if they deviate a little from tradition, they're not doing anyone a disservice. Sardinia needs innovation... and I'm telling you this as a half-Sardinian who lived in Sardinia. #sardinianatzione

I ordered spaghetti with clams for €18, which wasn't very well-seasoned, and for the price, I expected more clams. The fried calamari, too, was sparse and a bit rubbery. That, too, was €18. Fast and friendly service.

28/11/2025: As a Sassarese, I discovered a new experience after years, but more than anything, a warm, welcoming home that takes you on a tasting journey through Sassari's signature dishes, all worthy of note without any off-key notes. With over 12 courses, you felt right at home, and we shared a moment of pure gastronomic pleasure and conviviality.
Bravo, Angelo, the food, service, and location are TOP!
15/11/2025: We went to the "Su Cuile" restaurant and had a truly wonderful meal. We ordered appetizers and first courses, and the snails stood out, truly delicious: flavorful, perfectly prepared, and with a mouth-watering sauce.
The appetizers were rich and authentic, and the quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail in the kitchen were evident in every dish. Mr. Angelo, the owner, was very friendly, helping to create a family-friendly atmosphere.
The quality-price ratio was also excellent. I absolutely recommend Su Cuile to anyone who wants to enjoy authentic traditional cuisine from Sassari and beyond. We'll definitely be back!
