Delicious food! We ordered Fregola and tagliatelle, and both were delicious. What caught our eye in the photos was the triple tartar, but we ordered it as a starter, and neither had any flavor—a real shame because the presentation was perfect and it looked like it was going to be delicious, just like the other dishes.

Very average welcome, saved by the quality of the meal (the tiramisu wasn't the day's special as it was leaking water!! Too bad). Just when it was time to pay, the owner just went to the wrong table...€17 extra! Luckily we checked and we were refunded the difference!

Great food and excellent service, very nice restaurant to close a day floating around the islands. Especially the seafood was very well prepared. I cannot recall a restaurant preparing the crustaceans that clean and nice.

We had a really good meal. Excellent food, impeccable service. The atmosphere is a bit too close together, but otherwise, it's easily overlooked. Excellent experience.

Recientemente cené en Pasta e Vino, y aunque debo decir que la comida era bastante buena, mi experiencia se vio eclipsada por la tarifa coperta de 7 €. 5 por persona. Eso se sintió excesivamente alto, especialmente teniendo en cuenta la experiencia gastronómica general. Es decepcionante cuando un restaurante añade un cargo tan alto, que realmente puede sumar para un grupo. Recomendaría reevaluar esta política para garantizar una experiencia más agradable para los clientes.

Quando lo vedi non dice più di tanto ma quando arrivi sull uscio della porta ecco l' effetto waoooo. Locale in ordine con sala climatizzata e sala all' esterno bene ventilata,con bagni super puliti. Vogliamo parlare dei commensali? Matteo : giovane ma con umiltà da vendere gentilezza e quel pizzico di innocenza che fa 100 e lode Riccardo: Professionalità fatta persona si può dire che è il cuore del locale, consiglia spiega descrive il fantastico percorso che fai a tavola Lucia Che anche lei la vedi buona e sul pezzo con i ragazzi, la CUCINA un orologio svizzero Totale la PERFEZIONE DI UNA SERATA

14/06/2026: Everything was very good, the appetizer was already worth dinner, excellent sheep's cheese, good service, very nice place.
12/06/2026: Wonderful place, I thought there was some kind of rip-off but it's all really €60 (bottle of wine, water, liqueur and coffee included). I've eaten the best malloredus since I've been here in Sardinia. I highly recommend it. I'll definitely be back.

Su Cuile

29/06/2026: Dinner at Su Cuile was a great experience, both for the food and the hospitality. The calamari in olive sauce was truly excellent, very fresh, and the flavors beautifully combined. Among the first courses, the culurgiones with bottarga and pesto were interesting and well-balanced. The paccheri with ragù were also delicious. The pasta alla carlofortina was a wonderful discovery, with a bold and unusual flavor. Desserts were worthy: well-made crème brûlée, a smooth and very drinkable rum baba, and a pleasant but not heavy cheesecake. We finished with a myrtle liqueur. Special mention goes to the kind and very friendly owner: he let us dine even though he was practically closing after a late lunch service, managing everything himself in the kitchen. A gesture that makes all the difference.
12/06/2026: The snails, tripe, and seadas were also excellent, and we had a great lunch accompanied by the house wine!
