Wonderful place, I thought there was some kind of rip-off but it's all really €60 (bottle of wine, water, liqueur and coffee included). I've eaten the best malloredus since I've been here in Sardinia. I highly recommend it. I'll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful evening at this restaurant. The menu was fantastic: an all-you-can-eat aperitif buffet, a set menu with three different pasta dishes, followed by barbecued pork with potatoes, a bottle of wine, water, dessert, a digestif, and tea. Excellent value for money, but above all, incredible service. Our waiter, Mickael, was incredibly attentive and kind; you can tell he loves his job. He's amazing! The head waitress (a young blonde woman) was also lovely. A big thank you to you both. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The food, location, and breathtaking view were a true experience, but honestly, the real added value was the service. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive, especially a wonderful, petite and smiling waitress who made a special evening unforgettable, with her candle on my birthday seadas. For this, all the stars possible.

The restaurant is located in a beautiful spot with a stunning view. The food is delicious, from cheeses and pasta to roasted suckling pig. The atmosphere is incredible, with live Italian music adding to the ambiance. Unforgettable moments, highly recommended!

An experience you absolutely must try. Wonderful location with an incredible view, where you can enjoy a breathtaking sunset. Authentic, local food, delicious from appetizer to dessert. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to accommodate every request. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed the experience. The food was very good. I would avoid having so much pasta as a starter, except for a kind of large white gnocchi with mint that was incredible. The traditional dessert was okay, but we've had much better ones on the island. The service was excellent.

Su Cuile

29/06/2026: Dinner at Su Cuile was a great experience, both for the food and the hospitality. The calamari in olive sauce was truly excellent, very fresh, and the flavors beautifully combined. Among the first courses, the culurgiones with bottarga and pesto were interesting and well-balanced. The paccheri with ragù were also delicious. The pasta alla carlofortina was a wonderful discovery, with a bold and unusual flavor. Desserts were worthy: well-made crème brûlée, a smooth and very drinkable rum baba, and a pleasant but not heavy cheesecake. We finished with a myrtle liqueur. Special mention goes to the kind and very friendly owner: he let us dine even though he was practically closing after a late lunch service, managing everything himself in the kitchen. A gesture that makes all the difference.
12/06/2026: The snails, tripe, and seadas were also excellent, and we had a great lunch accompanied by the house wine!
