Excellent food, service to be reviewed, kind but not very attentive

Stopped here for lunch. It was outstanding! Service very good, also English speaking. Good wine, even in 0.375 at reasonable prices. Starter seafood plate a delicacy, tuna steak "fried to perfection", the Sardinian pasta with tomato sausage sauce was very good. Dessert crème brûlée and tiramisu. Portions were plentiful and we really had to work hard.

Good and plentiful food. Fast and functional service Nice atmosphere but many tables close together, if crowded there is a lot of noise. The spaghetti with clams was good, but I would opt for a thicker spaghetti. Definitely worth returning

I went here several times in September. Just an incredible restaurant, the food, the atmosphere, the price. But for me the most amazing thing was the service. Such brilliant waiters, so professional in every way. I observed them one night and they hardly speak to each other because they all know exactly what they are all doing. All so experienced and expert in what they do and all very friendly. 11/10 in my view

Very surprising entries! (Fried anemones and langoustines with carrot sauce)... A delight! And comes the very hearty and succulent main course (typical Sardinian pasta) We recommend the seafood dishes which seem to be the specialty of this restaurant

Ottimo eccellente. Cortesia professionalita' e il cibo ottimo. In una settimana abbiamo mangiato per tre volte al mirage e nei prossimi anni ci torneremo di sicuro. -2023-siamo tornati ieri dopo tanti anni e se prima era ottimo ora si e' migliorato ancora di piu' . Rimarra' sempre il nostro ristorante preferito della zona

Wir kennen das Mirage schon seit Jahren und es bleibt jedes Mal spannend was uns erwartet. Da wir quasi ohne Erwartung das Lokal betreten haben, wurden wir doch positiv überrascht. Der Service war bemüht und machte seine Arbeit. Es wurde alles korrekt und zeitnah serviert, abgeräumt und nach Dessert und Cafe gefragt. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Mein Rinderfilet war tatsächlich perfekt auf den Punkt gegart und butterzart. Wir hatten noch gemischte Antipasti zur Vorspeise, Tom. Moz- Salat, Spaghetti Pomodore und irgendwas sardisches mit Muscheln 😀 Zum Dessert Tiramisu und Tartufo. Das Essen war tadellos und wir haben zu viert für alles (mit Bier u 0.375ltr Wein) 140 Euro bezahlt. Das finde ich persönlich voll angemessen. Somit sind wir versöhnt, da der Service letzten Oktober wirklich unterirdisch war. Wir kommen jedenfalls wieder... diese Woche noch. Versprochen 😉

Food is very good. Pizza, seafood, pasta all very well prepared. Prices are very fair and service acceptable. The best restaurant in Chia....
