01/02/2026: We had already been to this place before and the quality/price ratio was affordable. Yesterday, for four people, five types of mussel appetizers, many of which were empty, three marinated anchovies, a small bowl of beans with mussels, three strips of salmon with pineapple and three transparent swordfish strips, a watered-down fisherman's risotto, a portion of tagliolini allo scoglio but which tasted of nothing, two spaghetti with clams, many of which were closed (which means they were not good), two fried dishes, one of calamari (only rings...) and one of mixed seafood, three coffees, half a sambuca, modest sum of 200.00, after a complaint reduced to 160.00. For us, never again, you decide...
08/12/2025: Arrived by chance.... Very nice owners in everything.. We ate very well 😋 Antipasto and Pasta are divine, with all the lively flavors... I recommend everyone to visit this 10 and praise osteria... We will come back to visit you ❤️ Good work👏

25/01/2026: The bill was a bit steep for the portions which were not generous, which was a shame.
18/01/2026: We had: Lorighittas all'Oristanese, Malloreddus del Campidano, Su Ghisadu (sublime), Sa cassola di pecora, Zuppa inglese espresso (original Sardinian with artisanal ladyfingers), Filu e ferru. EVERYTHING was delicious with top-quality ingredients. The atmosphere was very welcoming. Even though our table was right next to the open kitchen, there were absolutely no odors coming from it (they definitely have an extraction system). The service staff was attentive and professional (I think the young man was a sommelier because he seemed knowledgeable when serving the wines). Highly recommended!

18/02/2026: Good food. The only downside is the truly paltry portions. I ordered the chef's fettuccine, a minimal amount of pasta, lots of pecorino cheese, and very little fish, for over €20. On the other hand, the staff is very friendly, and the complimentary entrée offered by the restaurant was very welcome.
13/02/2026: Central location. Excellent fish, excellent wine, very good service. Fair price. I'll gladly return.

06/01/2026: I've been going to eat at the Sa Rena Bianca restaurant for several years. Initially, I went there with my father, Carlo Balbi, my mother, Gabriella Laurenzi, and various colleagues.
The fish is divine 🐟.
And the meat is divine too.

11/03/2026: The food was good and inexpensive, the service excellent, and the waiters were even friendly and joking. As for the atmosphere, it was quite noisy because it was crowded, but the place itself was very spacious and pleasant. My only criticism was that I didn't like the scampi risotto.
08/02/2026: Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing in every way. The quality of the ingredients was truly poor: we ordered truffles and raw oysters, and half of what we were served had an unpleasant odor, a clear sign of questionable freshness.
The rest of the dishes didn't improve the situation. The Sardinian gnocchi with fish ragù, for example, were completely flavorless, a bland dish that doesn't justify either the price or the name of the restaurant.
It's sad that there are still restaurants that treat their ingredients and their customer experience this way. We certainly won't be returning, and we can't recommend it.

25/01/2026: No, we're not there: over an hour passed between the appetizer and the main course; then, given how late it was, we left. The tagliolini with clams were disjointed; they didn't taste like clams, but rather like overcooked, overly salty pasta. Even the service: they had to put the silverware I'd placed on the plate back on the table so they could take it away. No, no.

19/01/2026: It's a typical Italian restaurant; the owners are from Sardinia and, naturally, they serve Sardinian cuisine. I highly recommend the seafood pasta and the mixed grilled fish platter, which I chose.
04/01/2026: I'm sorry but it's really out of date. We've been customers for years, every 31/12 we get takeaway, this year really really poor. It's a shame because we've been going for years. The mussels taste as tasteless as turbot... octopus and potatoes in 1 liter of oil. It's a shame to be treated like this after years.

This place deserves to be better known.
15/02/2026: We had a delicious meal; my pasta alle vongole was very tasty with a touch of spice, and the grilled meats were also very good. Overall, everything was great, but a bit pricey. It's a good place, the food is good!

13/11/2025: Fantastic strozzapreti with sea bass, zucchini, and bottarga (now tagliolini with artichokes, sea bass, and bottarga). Also worth trying is the calamari julienne.
The fregola pasta in fish and broccoli broth is a revelation.
Update: We continue to go there every time we're in Vescovio, and it never disappoints.

14/06/2025: Oggi abbiamo festeggiato qui gli 80 anni di mia zia. Abbiamo mangiato ottimi piatti a base di pesce come il risotto alla crema di scampi, paccheri ai frutti di mare e spigola in crosta di patate. Il servizio è stato impeccabile grazie ad Alessandro e la sua squadra. Prezzo più che adeguato. Torneremo sicuramente!

04/01/2026: An incredible surprise! There were four of us for dinner, and since we ordered different dishes (all fish), we were able to compare notes and found everything to be AMAZING. The price was also fair. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

07/01/2026: We attended a pre-Christmas dinner with important friends, but despite a reservation, we had little luck as we were given a table right next to the serving cabinet for cutlery and tablecloths. Unfortunately, it was a busy evening and the restaurant was packed. One of the two people sitting near the serving cabinet endured blows to the chair or back throughout the dinner from the waiters, particularly a Latino woman, who consistently prioritized speed with little regard for the lady guest. When I pointed out this unpleasant experience, they spontaneously offered a discount and apologized for the incident, although given the restaurant's excellent quality, I would have appreciated it more if they had told me there was no more room when I booked, rather than making us feel uncomfortable.
