31/08/2025: I haven't actually been there recently, but I've been a customer since it was on Via Casal Lumbroso. I've always eaten there very well, with a very thoughtful menu and impeccable service. I'd like to know if the ownership is still the same. Thanks.

02/08/2025: A family-run restaurant that, despite the challenges facing the restaurant industry, manages to grit its teeth and offer its customers high-quality ingredients and excellent cuisine. We had a truly comprehensive seafood tasting, with everything from appetizers to dessert. The octopus and chickpeas were truly superb, the marinated anchovies were excellent, the mussels (probably local and not Spanish as is usually the case) were very tasty, the carpaccio was fresh and delicious, the octopus (not cuttlefish) and potatoes were exceptional. The raw salmon was flavorful and the fried lattatini were truly delicious. The pasta with veraci was delicious, the seafood linguine was excellent. The baked fish with potatoes was good, although a little overcooked, but that can happen. Very good value for money, impeccable service, and no long wait for the dishes. In short, Sardinia never disappoints; I'll definitely try the meat tasting to enjoy the famous roast suckling pig (which, I remind you, must be booked in advance). Centrally located, yet intimate, with a welcoming dining room and well-maintained outdoor area. The attention to detail and cleanliness of the restaurant go hand in hand with the cuisine, transforming a simple seafood meal into an EXCELLENT seafood meal.

21/07/2025: A wonderful Italian restaurant in the heart of Rome! We had dinner and were absolutely delighted. We ordered antipasti, pasta, seafood, desserts and wine - everything was perfect. The dishes were delicious and fresh, especially the seafood. The staff was very friendly and caring. A real pleasure - I highly recommend it!

25/05/2025: Restaurant in the historic center of Frascati. We had lunch today for the first time. We were welcomed with courtesy, kindness and professionalism. Seafood dishes prepared with quality raw materials. Seafood appetizer, tagliolini allo scoglio and risotto with scampi cream, fried calamari and prawns cooked with skill. To finish a dessert of the house the fragolosa all accompanied by a good wine of Frascati Donnaluce Poggio Volpi recommended by the legendary Elvezio to whom we extend our special thanks for having welcomed us with professionalism and followed in all the choices Highly recommended 10 and praise Thanks see you soon Giovanni Teresa and Mariella

19/08/2025: A surprise! We went with friends who know it, and it was a surprise. Nothing special as a place, but really good, and we'll definitely be back! Quality ingredients and excellent value. Unrefined classic dishes, and for me, that's an added value in an era where we tend to revisit everything, thinking it's always a plus. To finish, we had a pistachio parfait topped with a brittle, homemade and amazing! And I say this as someone who doesn't have a sweet tooth. The wine selection was also excellent.

09/08/2025: Simpatico ristorante in cui sicuramente non rimarrete delusi!Il servizio è rapido, i piatti cucinati bene e il conto davvero modesto, soprattutto a pranzo dove con 10€ potrete mangiare una bruschetta, un primo, frutta o dolce con acqua e caffè!Cosa volere di più?Da provare anche, la sera, il menù alla carte!

04/03/2025: A simple and elegant environment, clean and very welcoming. Then comes the bread basket (with a top notch carasau) and the Vermentino (excellent) and it is an explosion of flavours. Sardinian-inspired, but international cuisine. Raw materials of the highest quality (strictly fish), cooked in a simple, light and very tasty way. A wonderful hostess. Soft music. The restaurant is suitable for both business brunches and dinners with friends. It's easy for it to become a regular place.

14/06/2025: Attesa per avere i menù, attesa per ordinare, attesa per le portate, disorganizzazione..... Ci siamo fermati agli antipasti e quattro primi. Ore 20 entrata, antipasto dopo un'ora.. Unico pregio: i bambini serviti per primi come richiesto .......

10/07/2025: Recommended by customers, we went to Eco Blu with friends. The quality of the products served was truly excellent!! The appetizers were excellent. Perhaps the quantity, especially the Eco Blu mixed appetizer, could be greater, but the quality is unquestionable! The raw fish appetizer was truly excellent. For starters, we had exceptional lobster linguine, a fair price, and finally, we could say we ate lobster. A friend had king crab tagliolini, also exceptional! For the main course, two mixed roasts, the quality of the products was truly excellent. Perhaps given the quantity, the price of €30 is excessive, but I can confirm the unquestionable quality. Everything was excellent! Excellent, attentive, and courteous service! What more can I say? If we trimmed the prices a little, they would be a 10+, but it still deserves a 9+! A great discovery!
