02/10/2025: We stayed at Hotel Sa Lolla in Barumini and were struck by the splendid outdoor courtyard: a meticulously maintained garden and a truly evocative "su arrostitoiu" (grilled meat roaster) with a fireplace, where we enjoyed excellent grilled mutton, prepared with great care and truly delicious, as well as stewed mutton with wild cardoons and exceptional pappardelle with ragù. The atmosphere is welcoming and authentic, ideal for a convivial moment.
The rooms and pool area could be further enhanced to make the experience even more complete. On the other hand, the owners were exceptionally kind, always available to provide us with useful and interesting information about the area.
The location is perfect for visiting the archaeological site of Su Nuraxi, a UNESCO World Heritage site and a must-see.
Overall, a pleasant stay, enriched by the genuine hospitality and the charm of the outdoor spaces.

13/11/2025: Fantastic strozzapreti with sea bass, zucchini, and bottarga (now tagliolini with artichokes, sea bass, and bottarga). Also worth trying is the calamari julienne.
The fregola pasta in fish and broccoli broth is a revelation.
Update: We continue to go there every time we're in Vescovio, and it never disappoints.

19/10/2025: We had an amazing experience at this Italian restaurant! The food was incredibly fresh, and the seafood was absolutely delicious. The staff, especially the lady who attended to us, made sure we were well taken care of. I was so impressed that I went back the very next day! Highly recommend!

The pitch has impressive views. Electricity, water, and a toilet are available. A cold outdoor shower is available.

03/10/2025: Fabulous restaurant. Gianluca and Patrizia, in addition to serving traditional, locally sourced dishes prepared impeccably, make you feel at home with their warmth and kindness. I would return any day.

03/12/2025: It's been a while since I've eaten at Su Cumbidu, and I have to say it's remained true to its original style: excellent quality and extremely kind and helpful staff. An honorable mention goes to the snails in tomato sauce. I was moved, they were truly delicious.
30/11/2025: Big portions of traditional Sardinian food. Menu and service in basic English.
Big restaurant with quite some noise and harsh lighting, not the most cozy.

The food wasn't the best either, especially the portion sizes.
The staff was arrogant and unprofessional.

Rudeness, indifference, and a lack of customer service in addressing unpleasant incidents that could probably be resolved with a few small adjustments. Without going into detail, there are definitely better places to eat traditional Sardinian food.

When it came to paying, he ran off without giving me my bank slip, without a word... And there was no way to catch him... I will avoid it in the future

Siamo stati qui un sabato a pranzo l antipasto della casa e abbondante crostini ottimi. I ravioli al pomodoro sublimi. Posto incantevole
