13/04/2026: I was tempted to try several dishes from the lovely menu, but forgoing pasta for dinner, I opted for Carciofo alla Giudia and Carpaccio with mushrooms, Castelmagno cheese, and truffle. Everything was truly delicious 🚀 After an excellent tiramisu, they very kindly offered me a liqueur! Highly recommended, convenient location behind Piazza Cavour.

Simone, the owner, is a trusted source of guidance in everything, from choosing the menu to advising on table arrangements... The venue needs no introduction... it's carved from stone! A tribute to the cuisine, where tradition blends seamlessly with innovation, taking into account seasonal ingredients. The entire staff is simply magnificent. We've been there before, and this confirms this. Whether you're looking to spend a pleasant moment or celebrate something important, this is the perfect place for a high-quality setting and cuisine.

13/04/2026: Absolute 10/10 – We went two nights in a row! 🍝 We couldn’t stay away from La Fiaschetta. The food is superb - a perfect mix of traditional Roman roots and creative originality, all beautifully presented. The team really made the experience. Fabio was our waiter and sommelier both nights and he was a total blast! Huge thanks to him for the laughs and the spot-on wine picks. A special shoutout to Lewis as well for the top-tier service on our second evening as well as the gentleman at the front of the house who greeted us so warmly but I didn’t get his name. Such a treat. If you’re in Rome, do not miss this place!

The food was absolutely top-notch, delicious and of a high standard. I really have to compliment the chef, who outdid himself. I will definitely be back, and I highly recommend it if you're in the area.
