03/12/2024: I came with my wife for a romantic dinner. First of all the place is very intimate, well decorated and nice music. The menu proposals respect the Roman tradition while also following modernity. The service was fast and attentive, plus the waitresses and the two managers were all friendly and kind. I will definitely return, I recommend!
23/11/2024: 📻 L’atmosfera é meravigliosa: lucine, arredamento e musica vintage. Abbiamo ordinato due primi (pappardelle alla lepre e tonnarelli “alle Gole”) un secondo (maialino al forno, diviso) e due dolci (cheesecake al cioccolato scomposta). Tutto buonissimo!🍝
📝 La mia unica nota é solamente per quanto riguarda le porzioni (il primo mi sarebbe piaciuto più abbondante!).
✨ Per tutto il resto, ambiente stupendo, musica bellissima, personale gentilissimo, sicuramente ci tornerò!

10/12/2024: Ottimo pranzo con i piatti del giorno: tagliolini con la pajata 😋 e coratella, cacio e pepe con sugo di pesce e sgombro con panatura, patate e salsa al prezzemolo. Chiusura con il loro tiramisol e una fragrante crostatina di visciole.
Servizio gentilissimo e attento. Prezzo ottimo. Torneremo presto per assaggiare i piatti classici romani ... se non saremo tentati ancora dai piatti del giorno 😉

10/10/2024: Un posto di qualità, cibo squisito, materie prime scelte con cura, servizio impeccabile, ambiente gradevole, posizione conveniente per chi viaggia. Unica osservazione critica: il melone non sapeva di nulla. Può succedere! ma suggerirei di assaggiare prima di servire, si sa che i meloni fanno di questi scherzi. Ancora grazie della bella esperienza.

26/08/2024: In una calda estate abbiamo deciso di cenare in questa osteria perché spinti dalle discrete recensioni. Abbiamo prenotato un tavolo all'esterno. Materie prime discrete e personale cordiale. Unico neo amatriciana con pochissimo guanciale e soprattutto due mezzi involtini di numero.
Capiamo la crisi....mah....potremmo fare di meglio anche aumentando di uno due euro il prezzo
Nel complesso non malaccio. Location anonima rispetto a quelle che possono vantare lo splendido panorama di cui gode Frascati.

The minus - the service. According to the information on the internet and on the door, the place is open from 6:00 p.m. When we arrived at 6:05 p.m., the lady informed us that it opens at 6:30 p.m. After noticing that the opening time was 6:00 p.m. on the door, the lady took the sign and simply changed it to 18 30 :)
Not a pleasant start, but then the food was first class.

The guitar is spacious... the service and attention to the customer are of the highest level (and if you want, also pleasantly informal)... the appetizers that are brought before and after the meal are delicious. To return again and again - price absolutely in line with the quality offered

The food is spectacular, made from high-quality local products and perfectly reflects the best of Roman cuisine. In addition, the place, which is very cozy, is well located in the center, therefore, it is easy to get to and then visit any of the key sites in the city.
02/08/2024: Beautifully prepared pasta, very authentic and small selection of dishes.
We received a very friendly welcome and were looked after very well.
