22/11/2025: Since I was leaving Rome tomorrow, I carefully searched for a place to have dinner. The atmosphere was exactly what I loved, and the menu was beautifully presented and thoughtful. The staff was friendly and helpful, so I had a comfortable meal. When I told them I was on my honeymoon, they offered me cookies and lemoncello. I hope I make some wonderful memories on my last day.🥰

12/11/2025: Our last night in Rome and it couldnt have been more special. With all the street tables overlooking the Colosseum taken, we were ushered upstairs to the exquisite rooftop terrace. Great views, very tasty food, beautiful wine all rounded off with Limoncello. Perfect!!!

20/11/2025: A special restaurant for a truly wonderful evening. Not exactly inexpensive, but absolutely perfect. A beautiful terrace directly below the Siballa Temple. Excellent, attentive service. A very good wine selection! We had a delicious meal and will never forget this extraordinary evening with its romantic atmosphere.

18/11/2025: Our second visit to Sibilla, the last a couple of years ago. And like then, we were not disappointed. Sibilla is one of those restaurants that make excellence seem effortless - everything clicks together, the beautiful outdoor space, the menu, the super helpful staff, and of course the expertly cooked and presented food. My stuffed zucchini flower was the best I've had this trip - crisp out, fluffy and cheesy in with a salty anchovy sauce. I had oven roasted lamb to follow with roasted potatoes and chicory - crisp lamb, succulent meat, easy to cut off the bone and a great lean:fat ratio. Amazing restaurant, beautiful location.

05/10/2025: After reading the reviews, I decided to try this typical Roman osteria. The welcome was warm, the staff were incredibly friendly, and above all, the food was authentic Roman. Highly recommended. Reservations are always best in the evening.

13/11/2025: Excellent family-run restaurant near Castel Sant'Angelo, where you can enjoy mostly traditional Roman dishes, carefully prepared. The staff is friendly and courteous, and the atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming. Prices are reasonable. A regular stop on my Roman trips.

You enter and are immediately greeted by an atmosphere that feels like home, surrounded by the Chef's mementos and a warm, welcoming decor that immediately puts you at ease. The dishes are a journey through true Roman cuisine, a lifetime of memories and a love for food that comes through in every dish. Even a simple dish is brought to its best. The desserts are anything but ordinary, the result of meticulous research that manages to amaze with their sheer deliciousness, even when faced with the most daring creations... try the peach dessert, you won't regret it. For me, this place is a sure thing, a corner of culinary paradise amidst all the chaos of Rome.

18/11/2025: We stopped by for a light meal before heading to our hotel, and we’re so glad we did. We were greeted by a very warm and welcoming gentleman, and the restaurant itself has a beautiful Italian atmosphere and charm. Our servers, both Italian—Davis and another gentleman whose name we unfortunately missed—were incredibly friendly, dedicated, and cheerful. They truly made our visit enjoyable. We shared a pizza with a thin crust—perhaps not the best we’ve had, but still very good—and enjoyed a lovely bottle of wine recommended by one of the servers. The highlight was the amazing homemade tiramisu. We really enjoyed our time here. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We went for a lunch and the staff is super welcoming, friendly and attentive Food is super good, we add the scallops, carbonara al truffo and the châteaubriant - all were just perfect and so good A few dish have part of show cooking (châteaubriant was one of them and saw as well on a close table the cannoli) Atmosphere is really nice - we got lucky and were seated on the swing chair which was nice experience (a bit challenging for the waiters to serve and they do their best to limit any disturbances) Overall a gem in a very touristy area, totally recommend
