30/07/2026: We came here based on a chat recommendation from GPT. We were nearby and asked for a traditional place, and my sister and I were pleasantly surprised. We loved it! The food is delicious, and I love that the dishes aren't the typical ones but rather an interpretation with their own style! The service was excellent! The waitress was very friendly, spoke Spanish, and also made great recommendations 😊 I'll go every time I'm in Rome! Oh! And the desserts were absolutely delicious!

06/07/2026: Our group of 10 had a dinner reservation for late June. Though the restaurant is small, they had a perfect table for all of us. We were greeted and almost immediately served a variety of antipasto including melt-in-your mouth prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, assorted fried appetizers, Roman artichokes, and more. We tried various local dishes including saltimbocca, cacio e pepe, and carbonara. One person noted the carbonara was the best they had in their life! All meals were delicious. For dessert, the pistachio gelato, tiramisu, and ricotta and cherry tarts were amazing. The staff was wonderful and the limoncello to close out our meal was the perfect ending. This restaurant is slightly off the main tourist area near the Vatican but well worth the walk. We'd definitely eat there again!

23/05/2026: Visited here once. Ordered peach juice thought it would be fresh juice but was a bottled one. Egg linguine Seafood pasta and fresh tonnarello with pistachio and basil pesto, tuna and stracciatella. Pastas were good.

23/05/2026: A truly delightful restaurant with a very pleasant atmosphere. The food was excellent... and so was the wine. I'd especially like to thank Tristan, our waiter for the evening... he was very efficient and professional. I recommend this restaurant to anyone in Rome!

10/08/2026: The food is delicious. The waiter was so kind as to split our meals so we could try the lasagna, the spinach and ricotta ravioli & the pumpkin ravioli. We sat outside even though it was hot, but enjoyed the evening! We had EXCELLENT service and hospitality!

09/08/2026: Great tucked in place. Saltimbocca was good and the octopus salad was delicious. Not sure what happened to the cacio e pepe but it was a bit watery. Flavor was there though. Overall good experience.

19/07/2026: Splendid, shining with its own light… How could it be anything other than Sole e Luna?! Every detail is taken care of. The cuisine? Spectacular, thanks to the chef and his brother Giulio, an exemplary host. Long live Lucia, may all evils be taken away 😊❤️

03/08/2026: I had a great experience at this restaurant. The food is truly delicious, prepared with quality ingredients and great care. The staff is very kind, attentive, and always available, making you feel immediately at ease. The atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant, perfect for a lovely evening. A final special mention for the desserts: they are simply exquisite! I absolutely recommend them. I will gladly return.

03/08/2026: Nice place, staff were friendly. The price of glass of prosecco on the menu is 2€ cheaper, so i was surprised to find that the final amount on the bill was higher. Always check the final bill amount or you might pay the wrong amount. Food was decent.

20/07/2026: Nestled in a winding narrow cobblestone street close to a lively wine bar, with the cooks gathered at the entrance, it was tempting not to walk inside this small windowless restaurant. But Lucifero was a delight, and we’re glad we did. The truffle and duck fat gnocchi was our favourite dish. The hosts were very friendly.

07/08/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance during our trip to Genazzano and were pleasantly surprised!! Top-notch Roman cuisine. Tripe and their carbonovo Romano are fantastic, definitely worth a try!! The pregnant woman 😉

23/07/2026: I HIGHLY RECOMMEND The food is much better than in the more touristy parts of Rome (the best pasta I've ever had). Reasonable prices and great service are also a plus. Worth a visit if you're nearby.

22/08/2026: The place is very welcoming and cozy, the staff is friendly (without being intrusive) and courteous. The food is traditional and good, fresh and enjoyable. The 4-star rating for the atmosphere is due only to the bathroom, which could use some maintenance, but it's still above average for many other places. I really enjoyed it.

14/08/2026: So glad we stumbled upon this place. Literally had to force the door open (no waiters inviting you in) lol and it was fantastic. Best dinner in Rome.
