Waiters were literally (!!) running from table to table providing good service. (Especially our waitress- an Asian woman- very professional 👌). They were also kind to my not very good italian language, but they didn't switch to English with me showing their respect to my tries 🙃
22/04/2026: On our first night in Rome we came to Amedeo, we loved it so much that we came back for dinner on our last night in Rome. Lucia was our server for both experiences and she went above and beyond to take care of us. The focaccia is the best I’ve had, and I highly recommend the fried vegetables and sea bass.

22/02/2026: Typical Roman cuisine, but not only that... everything was delicious, from the food—we had taleggio with truffle, pappardelle of the day, and dessert—to the wine, from the friendly staff to the background music. We'll definitely be back!

11/04/2026: We ate at Osteria Corsetti 1921 Roma in Trastevere today. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was pleasant.
The mussels in white wine sauce were a mixed bag – from good to partially raw. The spaghetti allo scoglio consisted mainly of mussels and only a few shrimp; it was slightly spicy but overall lacked flavor and was undersalted.
We paid €30 for the spaghetti allo scoglio, a price we haven't paid at any restaurant in the city center.
The bill was a disappointment: €11.25 for service for three people – we haven't even paid that much in the center of Rome. Furthermore, the still water was already opened and served without a lid, giving the impression of tap water.

13/04/2026: I was tempted to try several dishes from the lovely menu, but forgoing pasta for dinner, I opted for Carciofo alla Giudia and Carpaccio with mushrooms, Castelmagno cheese, and truffle.
Everything was truly delicious 🚀
After an excellent tiramisu, they very kindly offered me a liqueur!
Highly recommended, convenient location behind Piazza Cavour.

The steak was delicious, and the tiramisu was the best in Rome so far. Kelly served us and was incredibly kind throughout. I would definitely return.
