22/10/2025: The best food! We tried michilin restaurants and this is far better! Service and attention was suburb. Must try when in Rome!

18/10/2025: Cristina, Simón and Peppi were incredibly attentive. The food was beautiful presented, and delicious. I highly recommend the onion tart, the risotto and the tiramisu.

24/10/2025: The food was absolutely horrible. I wouldn’t be surprised if their pizza was microwaved. The crust was not puffed up like artisanal Italian pizza, and the toppings were unlike the ones on Italian pizza, grouped together into one mash of tomatoes and cheese. When asking the manager, I learnt that apparently it’s a “style of pizza” to disgrace Italian pizza! How interesting! Don’t go here.

24/10/2025: I agree with others of this restaurant is underrated. First of all we were greeted very warmly with nice smiles and a very accommodating staff. Our waiter worked his buns off. He was busy as heck but never missed a beat on our service. The menu was interesting and we had a hard time deciding on what to get. We had the Lamb special and the salmon and a pasta to share. They made us a generous portion to share in an our take home bag they added extra bread for us. Its just these little touches that make a restaurant special. We will definitely come back.

22/09/2025: I'll start by saying that I've been going to La Sibilla for 30 years; I got married there. But lately, I haven't found it the same way I used to. Sunday The appetizers used to be more inviting (30 euros!!) The scialatielli were simply cut fettuccine, not pasta al ferretto with hard clams (probably pre-heated). There was a mistake on the bill (38 euros of I don't know what), which they said they knew, but I had to report at the cashier. The attire of the lady taking the orders didn't match the place and the very attentive and precise staff. The place is always enchanting... but...

21/09/2025: I wasn't able to eat at this restaurant, but the treatment we received would be 0, so 1 is already a lot. I booked a dinner for two people 16 days in advance for an anniversary, specifically asking for a table on the terrace overlooking the Temple of Diana. I called back two days before to make sure everything was okay. One. When we arrived, I discovered they had reserved us the table facing the kitchen, the furthest out of the way and the furthest from any archaeological site. A private event was taking place on the terrace with loud live music. We had time to drink a glass of water and then left, but not before making our complaints. A historic and renowned restaurant that certainly has its strengths, but a structure that is neither honest nor the least bit attentive to its customers.

12/09/2025: Authentic, flavorful Italian food made with love! The cozy, family-friendly spot is a gem. Must-orders: the Supplì (risotto cheese ball) and the Carbonara—the absolute best I've ever eaten! We also had a fantastic dish with succulent meat and veggies. Highly, highly recommend!

Yes, it's time to review I Gladiatori: We often dine with their dishes and I must say that every single dish is excellent, the atmosphere warm and comfortable, the service prompt and precise, the prices absolutely fair. We often use home delivery, and special praise goes to the pizza: super good, Roman, thin and crispy, simply wonderful. The fried foods are fantastic and take you back to ancient memories... All the guys and girls who work in the restaurant are friendly, nice, always smiling and ready with a joke. Highly recommended! Long live I Gladiatori, long live Infernetto, long live Rome!! Max

05/10/2025: After reading the reviews, I decided to try this typical Roman osteria. The welcome was warm, the staff were incredibly friendly, and above all, the food was authentic Roman. Highly recommended. Reservations are always best in the evening.

11/10/2025: The oxtail stew was delicious!!! Very soft and chewy!!! The tripe stew was a unique flavor I'd never tasted before! It was also very good!! I highly recommend both. The mushroom risotto was average, and the white wine was also very good! Overall, I highly recommend it!!! Be sure to arrive early, as it's crowded at mealtime and you'll have to wait in line!!

11/10/2025: We had the meatballs in tomato sauce (delicious!) and the saltimbocca, which were also wonderful. As a side, the baked potatoes are a must-try... what can I say? Everything was amazing, and right in the heart of Rome.

05/10/2025: Welcoming and clean. Family-run restaurant; everyone is very friendly. The offal and cheeses among the appetizers are unsurpassed and plentiful. The first courses are excellent: mezze maniche alla matriciana and gnocchi a coda de sorica alla gricia with fresh truffle shavings, all with unsurpassable and generous seasoning!... I've never tasted truffle like this! The classic tagliata for the main course was a bit spicy, but flavorful. To finish, two delicious coffees. Average price. We'll definitely be back!

10/09/2025: The 80s style Roman inn ranking, a nice, cosy place where you eat really well with fair prices, obviously don't expect super abundant dishes like once upon a time but on the other hand the costs are no longer the same but with hunger you don't leave WORTH IT
