13/05/2026: After days of trying to call at various opening times to reserve a large table for about ten people, we haven't received a response. We can't afford to risk standing around waiting for hours for tables to become available (given the limited seating and the fact that there are quite a few of us). We're forced to go elsewhere for dinner. It's a shame because the food was good (which is why I gave it 2 stars).

Excellent hospitality, especially from the staff, who pay attention to detail and customer service from the moment you walk in. The key word? SMILES! You're greeted with a smile from everyone, from the owner to the wait staff. The first courses are truly remarkable and appreciated, especially since the pasta is entirely homemade and the flavor is evident throughout. This will definitely be a place I'll return to when I travel. Highly recommended to anyone lucky enough to stop here.

09/05/2026: It's not a romantic and elegant place, but rather rustic and simple; the restaurant is located in the square of this small hamlet, Biserno, which is a real gem. Lots of motorcyclists enjoy riding their bikes around the winding roads leading to the restaurant. In the little square, there's also a church and some umbrellas for outdoor dining, overlooking the chickens and hills—so quaint! I gave it my all because they are sincere people who are passionate about their work. The food is excellent and carefully prepared, everything beautifully plated. The wines from Family Farm Gobbi, a farmhouse in Longiano we know very well, are excellent. Their owner is the daughter of the restaurant's owners. Both were excellent. Today, we were very pleased with the fresh blackthorn mushrooms in our crostini and tagliatelle, and the porcini and truffle crostini were also excellent. I highly recommend these two excellent restaurants.

13/06/2026: Every June we happily return to this legendary place. It always offers the same dishes, but they're always delicious. Instead of bread, they serve piadinas, which are absolutely delicious. I think the baked rabbit is the best I've ever had, and the grilled meat is always incredibly tender and flavorful. What can I say...it's a must-try. Reservations are recommended, even several days in advance.

04/06/2026: Excellent trattoria in the hills of Romagna and the Marche region. They offer a wide selection of dishes and a tasting menu that I highly recommend. Generous portions. Spectacular handmade first courses. Grilled meats and desserts that will satisfy even the most full stomachs. Ample parking right in front of the restaurant. Fast, attentive, and extremely friendly service.

The place is welcoming, the staff friendly and helpful, the fresh ravioli excellent, the lamb shoulder cooked at a very delicate temperature, and the pork ribs in delicious BBQ sauce are delicious. We'll be back, hoping things stay the same.

13/05/2026: We've been frequenting La Trattoria for years. Sunday lunch is a regular event, where we bring dad, Stefania, the owner, Enrica, her daughter, and all the waitresses are wonderfully welcoming and hospitable. The rustic, typically Romagna atmosphere is as inviting as the service and, above all, the food, which is strictly homemade, especially the first courses, which are delicious and mouth-watering, both the pasta and the sauces. We always order the walnut tortelloni with a boscaiola sauce (without cream) and served with pancetta, mushrooms, and sausage. Then there's the Russian-style strozzapreti with a red sauce, chili pepper, and vodka... They're special. Then there's the rabbit that dad eats, as is the robiola cake, which we all order! Congratulations, thank you, and never give up.

09/05/2026: I tasted the truly delicious first courses, true to the Romagna tradition, the delicious baked radicchio and the best zuppa inglese of my life, creamy and perfectly balanced. Excellent service, fair prices. A must-try for anyone looking for authentic Romagna cuisine without frills but with quality. I'll definitely be back.
