12/03/2025: Very charming medieval location, we were invited to visit the cellars, everything was very beautiful, refined cuisine, quality products, very kind and professional staff, I recommend it, it will be an experience to remember

02/03/2025: Soggiornando nella struttura Oste del Castello ho cenato in questo locale molto suggestivo: enorme, sotto terra, con un grande camino, pietra e mattoni ovunque. Un menù ricco ed interessante con proposte sia di carne che di terra. Essendo in Emilia-Romagna non manca la pasta fresca, ottima. Peccato aver trovato la porchettina di agnello un po’ asciutta. Finito col botto con uno dei dolci più INCREDIBILI che abbia mai visto (ad un prezzo irrisorio, 10€): un tiramisù componibile al momento, un’idea non originalissima se non che… gli ingredienti da aggiungere alla crema al mascarpone non si limitano al caffè e ai savoiardi ma sono tantissimi!!! Serviti in una bella cassetta di legno ho trovato: gelato al caffè, marroni sciroppati, caramello leggermente salato, amaretti, cialda sbriciolata, frutta secca sabbiata… probabilmente mi è venuto il diabete, ma ne è valsa assolutamente la pena!!! 👍🏻👍🏻

23/03/2025: per festeggiare la festa del papà siamo andati in questa trattoria che non avevo mai visitato. L'ambiente è tipico di una trattoria di campagna, locali grandi ed arredamento datato. Abbiamo mangiato il loro antipasto principale che si chiama Asse e consiste in un taglierone di affettati formaggi sottaceti gnocco fritto e crescentina. Eravamo in 7 e con due di queste assi eravamo già a posto, molto buoni. Poi abbiamo preso la carne ai ferri e questa non mi ha soddisfatto molto, il castrato era tenerissimo ma la pancetta era poco cotta e risultava dure, mentre la salsiccia aveva un sapore strano che non saprei definire. Vini locali, buona la Rambela frizzante di Randi Nel complesso una esperienza abbastanza positiva.

18/02/2025: Historic tavern, nice place, warm and quiet, very friendly staff, prices a little high (three of us had a course and a dessert each and a bottle of wine for €18 we spent €40 each). I ate leg of mutton (a bit small portion, very tough and not exceptional flavor) and super good mulled milk instead.

01/04/2025: Nice place in the historic center of Ravenna where tradition and a homely atmosphere meet in perfect harmony while also being a place that I would recommend for a romantic dinner. Very kind and welcoming staff and the culinary offering is truly inviting with high quality cured meats and fresh pasta that is reminiscent of home-made pasta. The wine cellar is also good. Prices appropriate to the quality and the context in which you find yourself (5 minutes walk from the most interesting historical sites).

30/03/2025: Very welcoming place, trained, courteous and attentive staff. The menu allows a wide choice of local specialties. Off the menu, on this occasion, with truly appetizing proposals. Well-stocked cellar. Absolutely recommended. The appearance of the ancient shop which characterizes the atmosphere has been preserved, making the experience exciting. Well done.

30/03/2025: Abbiamo festeggiato la laurea di mia figlia e siamo stati molto bene, eravamo 30 persone ed hanno soddisfatto i palati di tutti (commensali dai 4 ai 90 anni e provenienti da diverse regioni d'Italia). Gentili e disponibili, hanno anche lasciato che portassimo il cane (ovviamente mansueto e non invadente). Il cibo, tipico della cucina romagnola, era abbondante e gustoso. Celeri ed efficienti nel servizio. Grazie ancora di tutto, spero di poterci ritornare.

24/03/2025: I only had dinner, so I can't rate the rooms. The place is very nice and the service is excellent. The ingredients are top quality and the dishes are delicious. The price is slightly higher than the restaurants in the area but it's worth it and the quality/price ratio is excellent.
