We returned to "San Giovanni" two years later, and luckily, nothing has changed. The place is welcoming, the staff friendly and helpful, the fresh ravioli excellent, the lamb shoulder cooked at a very delicate temperature, and the pork ribs in delicious BBQ sauce are delicious. We'll be back, hoping things stay the same.

We go regularly when we come to Rimini.
A quiet, well-attended, and rather chic place.
The food is very, very good. Relaxed. Just like home. It's a Rimini place, not touristy, which doesn't hurt. The dishes are a bit toasty, like in Romagna, and rightly so.
Wide selection. Superb passatelli, when on the menu.
Fast, professional service with efficient courtesy.

We went there on the recommendation of a friend, and were absolutely amazed. Everything was delicious, the waiter was friendly and approachable, and the bill was probably even reasonable.
We had a plate of very good tagliatelle with meat sauce, BBQ ribs that I thought were AMAZING, and desserts that were also delicious, all served by this very friendly waiter. It's a shame we had a five-hour drive between us, but definitely recommended!
