It's not a romantic and elegant place, but rather rustic and simple; the restaurant is located in the square of this small hamlet, Biserno, which is a real gem. Lots of motorcyclists enjoy riding their bikes around the winding roads leading to the restaurant. In the little square, there's also a church and some umbrellas for outdoor dining, overlooking the chickens and hills—so quaint! I gave it my all because they are sincere people who are passionate about their work. The food is excellent and carefully prepared, everything beautifully plated. The wines from Family Farm Gobbi, a farmhouse in Longiano we know very well, are excellent. Their owner is the daughter of the restaurant's owners. Both were excellent. Today, we were very pleased with the fresh blackthorn mushrooms in our crostini and tagliatelle, and the porcini and truffle crostini were also excellent. I highly recommend these two excellent restaurants.

My favorite restaurant in the hills. Generous portions and excellent ingredients; I stop by whenever I can. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The price is more than fair for the quality. Excellent location after visiting the Ridracoli Dam. The circular bike tour of the Ridracoli Dam and the Casentino Forests starts (and ends) from their parking lot. In the summer, they also have outdoor seating, and it's divine. I highly recommend it; it's a wonderful experience.

A huge restaurant in the tranquil setting of Biserno, a small hamlet near Santa Sofia, immersed in nature and nestled in the stunning Apennine forests. The food is excellent; I recommend the cappelletti with shavings of Fossa cheese and truffle.

Six of us had lunch. They let us choose whether to eat inside or outside. We chose outside. They set up a table somewhere between the shade and a little sun. It was lovely. Sara, the owners' daughter, was very good at serving us and giving us advice. I gave the food 3 stars. As an appetizer, they brought us mixed crostini, which were good, but I can't say "wow." Then we had tagliatelle with meat sauce and herb ravioli with mushrooms. They were good, but they lacked that extra kick of flavor; they tasted a little bland. For the main course, we had 3 grilled meats, the best dish of the lunch. Fried mushrooms. The flavor was okay, but perhaps the oil needed changing, or they were cooked slightly overcooked, because the batter didn't stay crispy, but was a bit mushy. Side dishes included salad and potatoes. It's a shame about the potatoes, because they were frozen ones. If I were to return to that area, I would definitely go back. Perhaps I'd order fewer items, especially since the final bill was quite expensive in our opinion (€59 per person). We didn't try the desserts, but looking at them at the nearby tables, they looked nice and even delicious.

I enjoyed a family lunch at this restaurant just steps from Ridracoli. The dishes, the service, and, above all, the food conveyed the Romagna tradition to me, all in a casual yet warm and familiar atmosphere, like my grandmother's house. I absolutely recommend the porcini mushroom, truffle, and cheese dishes, especially considering the truly fair price!

middle of ideal small village and true to the rule that every good village has a church, and across the church is the finest restaurant. Tasty homemade food, the boss lady is a wonderful person, the staff were extra nice, overall we had an excellent time!

A more than decent restaurant... impeccable service and fair prices. We ate really well... everything was delicious. I can't wait to go back. We were particularly satisfied. Highly recommended.

Excellent restaurant. A true paradise for lovers of good homemade cuisine and authentic flavors. It's located in a charming little square that transports you back to the 1940s and invites you to spend hours chatting outside the restaurant. Excellent food, generous portions, and perfect service. Ideal for a relaxing lunch.
