27/04/2024: Cucina troppo piccola per il numero di tavoli delle sale e 3 camerieri che correvano in tutte le direzioni (ma avendo 3 sale non è meglio dedicarne uno per sala?) e questo ha generato forti ritardi (antipasto servito 55 minuti dopo essere entrati a locale pieno a metà. I piatti sono ottimi peccato per il ritardo nel servire. Da segnalare o troccoli con cicale di mare. Lista vini adeguata, prezzi in generale corretti e nella fascia medio alta.

26/04/2024: Siamo andati attratti da buone recensioni.Purtroppo serata negativa.Anche se avevamo prenotato con largo anticipo,senza chiederci nulla,siamo stati sistemati a ridosso di una fredda veranda.Cibo da scarsa trattoria,porzioni scarse e peraltro quasi fredde.Riso patate cozze e fave cicoria peggiori mai mangiati.Spero sia solo stata una serata storta….detto da un ex ristoratore…

03/10/2023: In assoluto una delle migliori cene del mio soggiorno salentino, tanto da ritornarci subito la sera successiva, tanto eravamo rimasti soddisfatti. Siamo stati consigliati dalla nostra titolare del b&b di Morciano di Leuca di provare questo locale, se eravamo in cerca della vera cucina del posto, ed aveva assolutamente ragione. Nelle due serate in cui siamo andati, abbiamo provato piatti diversi (una menzione particolare al "Carosello", un insieme di antipasti uno più buono dell'altro, dalle polpette, ai fiori di zucca e ricotta col miele, alla bufala con marmellata di pere....la mia bocca ha ancora l'acquolina), e non siamo mai stati delusi. Il menù non è troppo ampio, e lo ritengo un punto di merito, soprattutto quando la qualità è così alta. Anche i primi sono di tutto rispetto, per non parlare delle bombette prese come secondo. Sapori che ancora ci sogniamo, peccato che la terza sera fosse quella della partenza, altrimenti avremmo fatto il tris. Una menzione poi per il titolare Antonio e tutta la sua squadra: sempre cpn il sorriso, pronti a spiegare il piatto e consigliare, oltre ad avere una gentilezza che ormai non è scontata. Il prezzo è più alto di quello di altre trattorie, ma assolutamente in linea, se non addirittura basso, se rapportato al menù ed alla assoluta qualità del cibo. Se capitate da quelle parti, fidatevi, e andate da Antonio!

29/09/2023: Went there on our last night in Salve and got somewhat disappointed. The food was average and the interior of the place also nothing special. It's decent food, i just weren't impressed by the atmosphere. The staff and service was good!

06/04/2024: It's always difficult to choose a place in tourist locations because there are always many, but this is definitely one that shouldn't be missed. A warm and evocative place. Furnished with taste and richness of detail. An amazing cuisine. On Easter day, we tasted appetizers, first courses, second courses and desserts... all truly impeccable. Perfectly cooked, balanced flavours... I really hope to return very soon. Last, not least, the kindness and courtesy of all the staff. Personally, I recommend not to miss the Podolica tartare and the starter with burrata, unsurpassed! You really can't pass through Ostuni without stopping there!

23/03/2024: INTOXICATION Let me start by saying that I already knew the place, I brought two of my friends, including a pregnant woman in the 7th month of pregnancy. The restaurant was empty. We order a house appetizer, three first courses, meatballs. the appetizers, among the various courses, a small plate arrives with some shrimps which the smell of decomposition could be felt immediately. The friends taste it and the Scanzano, without telling me anything probably so as not to make me feel bad, I take the saucer and smell it as I swallow the morsel, I wonder how a chef can not feel and not control what he brings to the table. A dish arrives with ricotta pesto, hazelnuts, mushrooms and capocollo, this time too the smell was clearly rancid... They taste a very small bite, as it was my dish, I take a bite, thinking it was the smell some shrimp and I eat it, (I wanted to spit it out) I swallowed it... It made me sick, at that point I was careful about those two dishes, I called and said to take them away immediately! Obviously the gentlemen clearly knew what they had brought, it didn't take a Chef to figure it out! This thing is very serious! The two boys were ill but not seriously (I remember that the girl was seven months pregnant! And they had no conscience in bringing clearly spoiled dishes to the table! UNACCEPTABLE!) feeling sick at night, WITH NAUSEA AND DYSENTERY, while I still have a fever of 39 and 3 I had spasms, pain in the eyes and bones, fortunately my husband is a DOCTOR and recognized the intoxication immediately, I'm still sick! (it doesn't matter that the dish has been deducted from the cost). fortunately I told the boys not to eat them and I sent him back, even though we ate a Modica quantity, he did all this damage! but you can really risk hepatitis because he has to earn 10! EUR? Obviously I called, I informed them, I told them to call the gentlemen in the meantime To apologise! because we still had to see how it went, we didn't eat anything else afterwards because we were already disturbed! Don't try to be clever, a restaurateur knows very well what he is sending to the table! Since it went worse for me, I'll do some tests and see, I had a really bad time! There's no point in having crocodile tears afterwards because certain things shouldn't happen! you have to know what you are sending to the table! because this thing, I repeat, was very serious. 01/04/2024: Never again. After 2 calls before arriving. After booking at 2pm. The owner tells us: you have to wait 10 minutes as the table is freed up. At 3.10pm we left because we still needed 10 minutes of waiting....I can't stand being bullied... While waiting we heard the waiters say to the tables, "this one is finished, this one too, this one too etc..... You are scandalous, I won't say anything else.... I would call the restaurant "10 MINUTES"... If it were possible even 0 stars.

19/03/2024: Today 2 of us had lunch, we asked for a fish meal, they arrived in order ham, mozzarella, pizza, meatballs, then finally "salmon, mussels and au gratin", a grill for 2 consisting of 1 grilled fish, 1 scampi, 2 prawns, without wine, without coffee 89 euros for 2, took dirtymusso as dessert. I don't think you can go back for the quality and price
