06/04/2024: Restaurant located in a fantastic place among the olive trees. You can breathe fresh, clean air. The staff is friendly and helpful always welcomes you. The toilets are clean. We spent some time eating and chatting peacefully.

18/02/2024: Consigliato da amici, siamo andati in questo ristorante , a parte l’attesa di 2 ore per i primi ( cosa normalissima per un ristorante in pienone ) , ma la cosa scomoda é stato il fatto che, nonostante ci fossero i bimbi non ci é stato portato nemmeno il pane per iniziare a stuzzicare ( cosa normalissima in altri ristoranti , accompagnato da bevande ). Piatti nella media nulla di particolare, taglieri quasi vuoti ( che non coincidevano con quanto riferito prima ) pagati a caro prezzo , ketchup gonfi per errata conservazione, il tutto dopo aver pagato salato il conto , non ci é stato offerto minimamente un caffè o un amaro ( cio che é successo su altri tavoli , conoscenze ??? Boh ). Esperienza che non ripeteremo .

25/10/2023: Un repas très décevant : petits morceaux de viande avec os et surtout un dessert vraiment très mauvais. Une sorte de gâteau très sec ! Heureusement que les parts servies étaient minuscules. Ce n est vraiment pas professionnel d oser présenter une telle assiette à la clientèle.

Recommended are the orecchiette with chops... Mouth-watering!

02/04/2024: Among the streets of the historic center is Vita Pugliese. Place with a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. Attentive, friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Fresh ingredients and traditional dishes made every bite a true culinary delight. High quality wines. Absolutely worth trying and then returning.
06/03/2024: What can I say: excellent dishes, of the highest quality, served by qualified staff and the owner in a rustic and refined environment at the same time. Excellent wines. Excellent value for money. Toilets worthy of a 5-star hotel. The only flaw is that a restaurant at these levels in 2024 cannot have American Express, but it can be fixed. Congratulations, I will certainly be an ambassador of your place and I will definitely return.

An hour of waiting and having only eaten the first course of the appetizer.
Food…nothing good!
Service... ask for bread or water, it will arrive after an hour.
Not to go back again, but never really again. Disaster

15/03/2024: Honestly I only evaluate the position and the location, as it is a very remote place surrounded by country lanes and if you don't take the GPS you will get lost in the bush that is there. Being a structure surrounded by a farm, there is a bad smell of manure. Presentable pok structure.

On Easter Monday with a 40 euro menu with few items at the table they also told us they didn't have meat after we booked a table. I'm sorry but one star is too much to never go back again. I advise against it. It's horrible.
17/03/2024: We went just yesterday with some acquaintances; me and my wife for the first time. There were six of us. The food is good and traditional.
We didn't have much: a round of small samples (a bit of ham, a spoonful of ricotta, two petttlecocks, a bit of chicory with broad beans, a small jar of cod mousse), a first or second course, two bottles of wine (not a supertuscans) and dessert; portions not generous (but fair).........total (lump sum) €35 each. I would say a little expensive!!
Then, too much confusion (we couldn't even hear our own voices) and a slightly dark environment. Dimly lit table (I want to see on the plate!).
