10/08/2025: A very beautiful and typical place where you can enjoy traditional Apulian dishes, nestled in the Trulli complex. We were welcomed and then given very good advice by the waiting staff. We tasted excellent dishes accompanied by an excellent wine from a local winery. Highly recommended.

21/07/2025: We went there this morning (late) for breakfast, and even though it was almost 11:00, we found excellent croissants, a wide selection of savory and sweet treats (including the fantastic pasticciotti leccesi). The staff is friendly and courteous, always smiling and helpful. The cappuccino with a dusting of cocoa on top was also excellent! I highly recommend stopping by; we'll be back. We'll definitely be stopping by for lunch or an aperitivo, because they do that too. I can't wait. Thanks guys!!!

01/08/2025: This place definitely doesn’t get enough visits as it deserves. The nicest service, chill neighbourhood atmosphere, they even made us something which was not on the menu.

02/07/2025: Sapemore in Molfetta immediately strikes you with its distinctive and captivating atmosphere. The decor, with its characteristic style and a pop touch, creates a tasteful, pleasant and original environment, which positively predisposes you to the evening. The service was excellent: attentive, courteous and professional, the staff contributed to making the experience overall pleasant. The attention to the customer is palpable and deserves applause. As for the dishes, the impression was a bit more contrasting. Although the presentation is taken care of, some dishes were excessively salty and a bit too elaborate. It is a subjective observation, of course, but at the table we all had the same opinion. Sapemore is therefore a place with a strong character and impeccable service, which with a few small adjustments in the kitchen could become an unmissable point of reference in Molfetta.

27/07/2025: I've been calling for two days, no one's answering. I wanted to have Sunday lunch with friends, but it was closed, not even a sign saying it was closed for vacation or any other reason. Truly terrible attitude. (Note the owner's response, who, despite being completely in the wrong, instead of apologizing for not updating the opening and closing hours on Google or De Fork, not even putting up a closed sign, calls me a pain in the ass, because it's my fault for not having a crystal ball and not realizing they were closed!? But it's the comedy of the absurd. These days people use Google Maps or the De Fork app, and there it said you were open. I showed up in person to find out it was closed!) You have no respect for your customers. That's the truth. And then you're not humble enough to accept it, and apologizing only makes the situation worse. Obviously, I will never try to dine at your place again. Terrible, terrible attitude.

22/07/2025: A typical authentic Apulian osteria. Everything we ate was excellent, and the guy who served us was also fantastic!! We'll definitely be back.

05/08/2025: I didn't find anything Apulian, very high prices, the mozzarella is hard without a drop of milk, they should put it in warm water before serving it otherwise it's too dry, I definitely won't go back for a business lunch given how much it costs and how it's eaten

06/05/2025: Si mangia bene pur senza eccessi che comunque non troverete in nessuna trattoria della zona. Ottime le orecchiette e il vino della casa, la grigliata un po' meno. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci tornerei anche perché in zona non c'è di meglio.

02/08/2025: Location da togliere il fiato, pace e tranquillità, nonostante la pioggia e l'allestimento invernale interno ci siamo goduti la serata fra il buon cibo di una volta, ottimo vino e una coinvolgente spiegazione della storia della Masseria da parte di Chiara che ringraziamo. Torneremo sicuramente :)

31/07/2025: Semplicemente Sublime, ti senti parte di un contesto storico e rurale che ti fa' rivivere la vita di un tempo purtroppo passato. Sentirsi accolti dalla Masseria è un dono, rivivere l'atmosfera semplice, umile e sana che respiri ti fa' percepire che la Masseria si prende cura di te stesso. Grazie ❤️

04/08/2025: Super welcome, very kind. You always find a seat. Good appetizer. Too bad that when the first and second courses arrived, they were so salty that we couldn't eat them, even if we were willing. It was too salty.

16/08/2025: 🌿 A true oasis just minutes from the highway. We were looking for a place to stop for lunch and then head off, but we found ourselves in a corner of beauty and hospitality. The veranda won us over immediately: thoughtful details like the fresh basil on the table, the amphorae, and the hanging baskets create a warm and original atmosphere. 🍝 The food? Simply delicious. The orecchiette were a true masterpiece. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 A wonderful family welcomed us with kindness and passion. Highly recommended for those seeking quality, warmth, and an experience that goes beyond the simple. It's a shame we couldn't enjoy the excellent wine due to the driving.

03/07/2025: Eaten for a lunch break. Nice and clean place and very particular in the furnishings...the waiters very kind and friendly. I had the margherita pizza and my wife a plate of ham and melon that was perfect in this heat 😂. Anyway very good pizza one of the best tasted in recent years. Fresh ham and excellent melon. Highly recommended to everyone.

08/06/2025: An experience not to be repeated. Full of mosquitoes: they hadn't done a disinfestation and they didn't have mosquito coils or sprays or citronella candles, and on top of that they ignored me at my first request (the morning shows how good the day is). Spritz with crushed ice, oh well it doesn't matter, it was a spritz anyway. Bruschetta was good (full of salt). The prices on the menu were not clear because the appetizer for two was 32 euros and the mixed grill was 14 euros and when I asked the waitress the explanation wasn't clear, and in the end with 50 per person we ate a half appetizer and a mixed grill each. Maybe the too many mosquitoes made me unfriendly towards them but I think that clarity is the basis of everything. Oh question: how can a sea bass cost only 13 euros and an entrée instead 17/18 euros?
