02/03/2025: I went to the Pein Assutt restaurant on Saturday for lunch with my family for a special occasion. We enjoyed homemade spaghettoni with horse braciole ragù and stracciatella, truly delicious. For second courses, very tender horse braciole, pork sausage with porcini mushrooms and an excellent horse rib. The appetizer, consisting of seven different dishes including cured meats, cheeses, zucchini alla poverella, stuffed friggitelli and fried artichokes, was perfect. The local wine was excellent, accompanied by the famous Altamura bread, always a guarantee. We concluded lunch with a selection of typical Altamura desserts that completely satisfied us. The restaurant is located in the center of Altamura, easily accessible, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. An experience that I recommend to those looking for typical Apulian dishes prepared with care and quality!

24/02/2025: Sono stato in questo ristorante in occasione del Battesimo di mia figlia,siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti,sia per la qualità del mangiare,che per la gentilezza e cordialità del personale e del titolare.Antipasti squisiti ed abbondanti (le mozzarelle alla brace con il bacon qualcosa di speciale),i primi ottimi sia quello a base mare che quello a base terra ed infine la carne alla brace che è stata speciale per poi finire con frutta,spumone e torta!!

20/02/2025: Lascio 2 pallini anzichè 1 alla fiducia perchè per meritocrazia nelle precedenti recensioni ho sempre lasciato il massimo del punteggio, (altrimenti non si spiegherebbe il motivo per il quale faccio 50 km solo andata per andare dal boschetto) ma questa volta spiacevolmente mi trovo a contestare una certa involuzione, dalle porzioni davvero misere e striminzite, agli errori (spero involontari) sulla carne ( avevo ardinato un Cuberoll di black angus americano da 70 o 80 euro al chilo e mi arriva la più classica delle tagliate ampiamente grassa......ho preferito non approfondire perchè non serve contestare ciò che si ordina in quanto gli alibi di controbattuta non porterebbero mai a nulla nè tantomeno alla realtà, ma ciò che mi ha più deluso è stato a fronte di tutto rispetto, aver messo a verbale il coperto del mio bimbo di 2 anni. I caffè però sono offerti eh ........ grazie anche al cameriere di servizio al tavolo che al mio sarcasmo sulla cosa ha preferito evadere e dileguarsi. Promossa come sempre l ampia e variegata cantina .

22/02/2025: Typical beautiful location...good products but the paccheri (requested as a substitute for tortellini) drowned in cream with mushrooms and crispy ham are a real punch in the stomach....from a chef I expect a good creaming that enhances the good quality ingredients! Disappointed

06/10/2024: Sinceramente, no sé cómo llegamos allí. Nos perdimos en el campo debido a señales de tráfico engañosas o persistentes, pero al final, llegamos a un pueblo muy hermoso con un centro histórico encantador. El restaurante está justo en el centro y es bastante grande. Tiene un amplio menú con todo. Todos comimos platos a base de pescado y camarones. Todo estaba delicioso y bien presentado. Estábamos muy satisfechos.

11/02/2025: per qualsiasi occasione è sempre un piacere andare alla Locanda del porto. ambiente pulito , perfetto per un pasto sia in coppia che con amici o parenti , tutto il menù è da scoprire , la pizza è sublime. il personale è gentile , premuroso e molto molto preparato in tutto .

11/02/2025: Un ristorante dove torno sempre molto volentieri, una tappa fissa (e doverosa) quando sono a Brindisi. Piatti di terra e di mare, personalmente ho sempre degustato pietanze di mare e, più nello specifico, pesce alla brace e qualche volta i primi di pasta con il pesce. Ottimi anche i dolci. Locale consigliato, anche se nei periodi di maggior afflusso turistico lo scorso anno è quello precedente ho visto i prezzi alzarsi. Oggi non saprei, ero ospite. I prezzi sono comunque nella media di mercato

The dishes are prepared with fresh, local ingredients, from meat specialties to delicious homemade pasta. I tried the orecchiette with turnip tops and every bite was an explosion of flavours. The desserts are also not to be missed: their tiramisu is the best I've ever tasted! The staff was courteous and attentive, ready to recommend dishes and house wines. I appreciated their knowledge of local cuisine and willingness to satisfy our requests. The atmosphere of the tavern is warm and inviting, with refined furnishings that reflect the local tradition. If possible, try to sit outside to enjoy the view of the historic center. In summary, Osteria Bell'Italia is a must for anyone visiting Cisternino. Great food, impeccable service and an atmosphere that will make you feel at home. I can't wait to go back!
