15/03/2026: Your first time at a Michelin-starred restaurant is unforgettable. And indeed, it was a long-awaited, sought-after experience, worth experiencing and sharing as much as possible. It's impossible not to give this experience five stars, for several reasons. The first is the attention and care shown to everything that surrounds you from the moment you enter this splendid stone structure located opposite Trani Castle. This alone would merit my five-star review. The service is meticulously meticulous, not excessive, but very important. The menu and its courses are therefore difficult to describe because they really must be experienced, savored, and understood. There's a blend of Puglian tradition, present throughout the entire gastronomic journey, and gourmet innovation. All the pairings are very balanced. Personally, I really enjoyed, in addition to the homemade bread, the risotto with herring and mackerel with caviar. It's flavorful and excellently balanced. The wine list is very impressive, reflecting a high-quality cellar. Of course, we're in a Michelin-starred restaurant, so the prices are reasonable, but ultimately, you have to remember that you're enjoying a taste experience, not just a simple meal. 03/02/2026: Just when you think the food can not get any better in Puglia along comes this restaurant. Chef Natale is extraordinary and he pours his love into every dish, made by hand, all his vegetables grown in his land surrounding this beautiful establishment. The fish was so fresh and delicious. Every dish balanced and beautifully presented. Michelin needs to get over to Noci to hand this man and his restaurant a star (or two). The front of the restaurant is managed by Mirella who is warm and inviting and manages the dining experience with precision. Very worth a visit if you are coming to bella Puglia.

21/01/2026: L'Antica Locanda in Noci (Ba), I returned after a long time, either due to commitments or because it is always full, I was more than happy, characteristic place, refined, clean, beautiful as it has different areas, very welcoming, all TOP staff, lunch from the appetizer to the dessert coffee and I love everything and I repeat EVERYTHING EXCELLENT, a big COMPLIMENT TO EVERYONE, modest prices, it is 1000% worth it, I recommend it to everyone, I will definitely return, thanks to all of you, you in addition to making the numbers also make the difference, thanks again, F.A.Sgobba

From the kindness of the owners, to the restaurant's location in the historic center, to the simple yet elegant dishes, carefully crafted pairings, and the drinks, wines, and spirits, all produced in-house. The price is right for the restaurant's offerings.

11/01/2026: Always a guarantee... I'm a regular, and it's always a pleasure to eat at Farmacia. I've eaten at several Michelin-starred restaurants, and I have to say the quality here is truly top-notch. The dishes are absolutely amazing (especially the rabbit pappardelle, recently removed from the menu but hopefully soon reintroduced 😉, the beef ribs in a mango reduction and coffee powder, the mushroom ice cream, the breaded egg on pecorino fondue (dishes you could return for every day). The cocktails made with liqueurs produced by the staff are also worth a mention; their Negroni is probably the best I've ever had. The average price is around €50 for a first course, second course, and dessert. One of my favorite places, well done guys.

Then, for a variety of reasons, I no longer found myself in the area, but after years I finally stopped for dinner and I must say that it is as worth it as ever in every respect. If you want to eat well in a quiet place, a stop here is a must.

07/03/2026: Overall, I really liked this place!! The staff is among the friendliest in the city. Attentive but respectful of the space customers need when entering a restaurant. The Bolognese/Apulian menu is a winning formula, in this case, as everything is prepared with authenticity. Homemade, genuine, and delicious. I can't wait to go back! Well done!

05/03/2026: Excellent Osteria in the center of Bologna. Located on one of Bologna's nightlife hotspots, it was a real surprise to find this restaurant open for lunch as well. Excellent management, with a thoughtful selection of traditional Apulian dishes, as well as traditional Bolognese fare. Fresh ingredients and excellent presentation. A refined and clean atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff, a good selection of wines, and fine mushrooms and truffles further enhance the excellent work done in the kitchen. We will definitely be back. Heartfelt thanks to Adriano and his staff. A well-deserved 5-star rating. Highly recommended.

25/02/2026: Very nice place, homey atmosphere. The food was phenomenal! In order, we ordered: Appetizers: - fave e cicoria: incredible fava bean cream and divinely sautéed chicory - bruschetta with burrata, cherry tomatoes, and anchovies, all fresh and delicious First courses: - orecchiette with turnip tops, exactly what we expected: flavorful, perfectly cooked pasta, sautéed very, very well - orecchiette "trani": fresh with incredible ingredients, we didn't expect them to be so good! Served in a bowl to enhance the homey atmosphere. Unfortunately, we didn't get to try the main courses and desserts, which looked truly inviting and traditional, because we were full from the first courses! Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back!
