15/03/2026: Your first time at a Michelin-starred restaurant is unforgettable. And indeed, it was a long-awaited, sought-after experience, worth experiencing and sharing as much as possible. It's impossible not to give this experience five stars, for several reasons. The first is the attention and care shown to everything that surrounds you from the moment you enter this splendid stone structure located opposite Trani Castle. This alone would merit my five-star review. The service is meticulously meticulous, not excessive, but very important. The menu and its courses are therefore difficult to describe because they really must be experienced, savored, and understood. There's a blend of Puglian tradition, present throughout the entire gastronomic journey, and gourmet innovation. All the pairings are very balanced. Personally, I really enjoyed, in addition to the homemade bread, the risotto with herring and mackerel with caviar. It's flavorful and excellently balanced. The wine list is very impressive, reflecting a high-quality cellar. Of course, we're in a Michelin-starred restaurant, so the prices are reasonable, but ultimately, you have to remember that you're enjoying a taste experience, not just a simple meal. Mr. Angelo, with his passion, will explain the characteristics, origins, and unique features of the ingredients used. I'm sure I'll be back and bring friends. Recommended!

Everything was truly delicious, with top-quality ingredients cooked to perfection. The service, which accompanied and advised us throughout the dinner, was also excellent. We will definitely be back. My sincere compliments to the entire staff. You gave us a wonderful culinary journey in a family-friendly atmosphere.

03/03/2026: The ingredients are excellent, and the wine cellar is well-stocked. The appetizers are truly top-notch. We started out with some hesitation about the Catalana: we're used to the more traditional version, without lettuce or tomatoes, so the proposed interpretation surprised us at first. It was the first time we'd tried it this way. After our first taste of the lobster, however, all doubts vanished: they were incredibly fresh, flavorful, and of excellent quality. A convincing variation, although for us the version with celery remains unsurpassed. In any case, this is a personal preference that doesn't impact the restaurant's overall excellence in any way.

We opted for a seafood menu and were impressed by the freshness of the ingredients and the bold yet perfectly balanced combinations. ​The courses: The experience began with creative and expert appetizers: the citrus-flavored anchovies and the contrast between the shrimp and passion fruit were spectacular. Honorable mention goes to the porcini-crusted burrata, an explosion of local flavors, and the tender red tuna burger. The salmon with fresh cheese and turnip was also very refined, along with the asparagus rolls and the perfectly cooked white sea bream fillet. ​The highlight was the first course: a homemade pasta dish filled with monkfish, red shrimp, and sea asparagus, all tied together by a delicate yellow cherry tomato sauce. A truly memorable balance of seafood flavors. Desserts: To round things off, the desserts were a true delight. From the Toritto almond gelato (a local delicacy) to the revisited classics like the deconstructed cannoli and tiramisu, to a masterfully executed babà. ​The Venue and Service: The location is enchanting, with exposed stonework creating an intimate and classy atmosphere. The service was impeccable: professional, attentive, and discreet, exactly as described in their official presentation. ​Conclusion: A restaurant that honors Noci's tradition while intelligently innovating, especially in its seafood cuisine. An experience I highly recommend to anyone seeking the best in the Bari province.

Then, for a variety of reasons, I no longer found myself in the area, but after years I finally stopped for dinner and I must say that it is as worth it as ever in every respect. If you want to eat well in a quiet place, a stop here is a must.

05/03/2026: Excellent Osteria in the center of Bologna. Located on one of Bologna's nightlife hotspots, it was a real surprise to find this restaurant open for lunch as well. Excellent management, with a thoughtful selection of traditional Apulian dishes, as well as traditional Bolognese fare. Fresh ingredients and excellent presentation. A refined and clean atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff, a good selection of wines, and fine mushrooms and truffles further enhance the excellent work done in the kitchen. 07/01/2026: We had lunch in a welcoming restaurant with excellent service. The dishes were excellent, respecting tradition with a touch of modernity. The only drawback was the slightly higher-than-average prices.

In order, we ordered: Appetizers: - fave e cicoria: incredible fava bean cream and divinely sautéed chicory - bruschetta with burrata, cherry tomatoes, and anchovies, all fresh and delicious First courses: - orecchiette with turnip tops, exactly what we expected: flavorful, perfectly cooked pasta, sautéed very, very well - orecchiette "trani": fresh with incredible ingredients, we didn't expect them to be so good! Served in a bowl to enhance the homey atmosphere. Unfortunately, we didn't get to try the main courses and desserts, which looked truly inviting and traditional, because we were full from the first courses! Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back!
