20/08/2024: Locale senza tanti fronzoli, come si conviene che sia un' osteria. Abbiamo cenato su di un terrazzo dove soffiava un po' di brezza, nonostante la calura del periodo. Piatti tipici da osteria emiliana: molto intelligente ed utile la distinzione sul menù tra primi con panna e senza. Ottimi i tortelloni di formaggio con saba. Come secondo ho preso un bella costata da 500 g , cotta al sangue come piace a me. Tutto buono. Servizio veloce e gentile. Prezzi super. Consigliatissimo

19/08/2024: The food is always good at Massimo's. The homemade pasta is excellent. The service is friendly and quite quick, of course if the place isn't super full. Excellent prices considering the quality of the dishes.

06/07/2024: typical restaurant of the area. Welcome and family environment: warm and hospitable. Excellent dishes: we had the fried gnocco with raw ham, tigelle, pumpkin tortelli with balsamic vinegar and parmesan, Mediterranean tagliatelle. high quality food with natural and local ingredients, the pumpkin tortelli were really special with the local balsamic vinegar (balsamic vinegar is from these parts). ham cut with a knife, fried dumpling just taken out of the fryer. Kitchen a high level. If you pass through these parts I highly recommend you stop here to savor the flavors of the place and stay in a familiar and comfortable environment. we'll be back !

16/06/2024: In transit, from Bologna to Milan, I still opted for a detour, the San Pellegrino, deserves it, friendly welcome, thoughtful towards the customer and, obviously, the Modenese cuisine, hearty and traditional cuisine, well executed, in a clean environment and welcoming, it's a shame not to find the trolley of boiled meats, but, in mid-June with 30 degrees..... I understand that it's unthinkable. Well done

24/07/2024: Nice ignorant trattoria like those of the past. Abundant dishes and modest prices, the tagliatelle with meat sauce is highly recommended.

27/08/2024: L' Antica Grama è un ristorante molto piacevole pochi tavoli, molto pulito e curato. Il proprietario è un "personaggio" simpatico e disponibile da vero siciliano. Complimenti al figlio chef davvero bravo, cibo ottimo. Abbiamo mangiato come antipasto la polenta fritta su fonduta di pecorino da leccarsi i baffi. Come primo pappardelle al ragù di cinghiale e pasta condita col pistacchio di Bronte, tutto buonissimo. Il tutto accompagnato da una bottiglia di Sangiovese. Per finire mascarpone coi frutti di bosco. Grazie al proprietario per gli shottini di infusi...che dire. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo in virtù delle ottime materie prime. Consigliatissimo

25/08/2024: Di rientro dalla montagna abbiam pranzato in 4 in questo ristorante. Ottimo gnocco fritto con prosciutto crudo e tortellini con crema di parmigiano. Per dolce un cannolo siciliano buonissimo. Piatti curati e ben presentati, gestore Siciliano disponibilissimo a darci spiegazioni sui piatti e sulla scelta dei vini. Professionalità, gentilezza, simpatia e conto più che onesto: da provare!

24/05/2024: A restaurant that must be discovered, of a very high culinary level. The room is small, around fifteen seats at most, and the place is charming and very aesthetic. The service is provided by an elegant, smiling young woman who gives very good advice. We took the traditional four-course tasting menu without counting the starter supplements, before dessert and final sweets. It's very hearty and above all very good. Inventive cuisine, with very good products and presentations worthy of a starred restaurant. We had a very good evening and highly recommend this address.

17/04/2024: This is a top class restaurant. The service is impeccable. Everything is thought out down to the details. The food is perfect, the wine is perfectly matched. At the end, you can taste an excellent grappa. This is not a michelin restaurant, but an experience like a two-star michelin restaurant. In my opinion, the prices are too low for this level.

31/08/2024: As tradition dictates! If you want to eat "typical" food complete with an excellent selection of boiled meats, now a rarity, this is absolutely the place for you. If you want a place that's a little old-fashioned, but where you can breathe the tradition of a real tavern! Highly recommended especially for the excellent food and the kindness of the staff!

30/08/2024: We came to this tavern on the recommendation of a new friend, and we left happy! Because we found a superlative service (Nevio is unparalleled). A relaxing atmosphere and the food is of excellent quality. I don't think that in Modena we will eat anywhere other than this one. A little advice: places like these should be enjoyed to the full, away from the distractions of cell phones

03/09/2024: Delicious food! Service was very nice, we asked for a glass of wine with each course and it was poured at the table every time with a nice explanation. Definitely recommended!

27/08/2024: I went to this restaurant for dinner during the Modena leg of my trip. Very satisfied! Apart from the extreme courtesy of the waiter, the dishes were very good for a price that in my opinion was absolutely honest (33 euros). The "Bavarian pork butcher" dessert is superb

14/08/2024: Scam! The food itself was good and the manageress seemed very friendly. At checkout I had to pay €80 for varied antipasti for two people, each with a glass of lambrusco and a bottle of water. Without batting an eyelid, she ordered 2 menus complete, while we only ordered and received antipasti. Don't fall for it, I call this a complete scam!

03/08/2024: Non andateci, veramente. Abbiamo passato una serata di ansia. Anche se fosse gratis, il che non è perché costa anche tanto, meglio un toast al bar. La proprietaria è molto maleducata, ma non nel senso di goliardica o folkloristica il che sarebbe anche quasi accettabile; nel senso che usa aggettivi sgradevoli nei confronti dei clienti, con particolare accanimento verso il genere femminile. Come se fosse legittimo. In cucina, vicino ai cibi cucinati giorni prima e che comunque non puoi scegliere perché decide tutto lei ovviamente in grande quantità, si intravedono detersivi e stracci sudici, quindi anche l’igiene lascia molto a desiderare. Una vergogna, uno spreco di tempo e di energie.
