Sunday 18 February 2024. There were 4 of us: 2 couples of differently young friends, all from Modena. I lived a bit in the countryside at the time from the rezdori. I'm from Stuffione and I'm 70 years old. I can only say to the young people who want to savor the cuisine traditional Modena from 50/60 years ago, not to miss the opportunity to drop by on Saturday or Sunday when the curtain rises on the boiled meat trolley. And then, as the owner says, you enter paradise with the magic words : mixed boiled meat. And I thought I also heard Vasco intoning: Living in a fairy tale.

Devo ringraziare il patron del locale per avermi fatto assaggiare la testina, che inizialmente avevo escluso dalla scelta dei pezzi bolliti. Si è rivelata squisita! Perché non sempre le testine sono uguali.... Ormai i carrelli dei bolliti si vedono sempre meno, purtroppo, ma qui, per la gioia degli amanti del genere, c' è il RE DEI CARRELLI: un vero paradiso del bollito, e anche degli arrosti. Vengono serviti insieme a fagioli in umido, patate arrosto e 4 tipi di salsina, più purè su richiesta. Voto: 10. Tutto questo, insieme ad un delizioso tiramisù artigianale, acqua, mezzo litro di vino della casa e 2 caffè per un totale di 70 euro. Servizio amabile, cordiale e al tempo stesso impeccabile. Un locale da 10 e lode, da dichiarare patrimonio Unesco dell' umanità. Peccato trovarne sempre meno, di posti così..... COMPLIMENTI!!!

Siano stati a pranzo e abbiamo mangiato ottimi gni ci fritto , buoni i primi e uno spettacolare carrello di bolliti e artisti con tante salse , ottimo il purè e le patate al forno spettacolari! Un premio per i dolci sempre della tradizione...è un omaggio di biscotti con zibibbo! Il servizio e cordiale e ben fatto ! Merita un viaggio per la proposta e i prezzi!
