I took the set menu, the first courses (tortelloni and fusilli) were good and plentiful, while the second courses (sliced ​​meat and other dishes) were a bit stringy. I must return to try the gnocco and tigelle, which looked good. The whole meal, including wine and desserts, cost €32 per person.

Friendly, since we've been going they've never made a mistake, good food, friendliness, punctuality, we take the set menu and it's abundant including every course and seconds included.

Located just outside Castelvetro di Modena, towards Vignola, the restaurant is directly on the main road, from which it is clearly visible. The atmosphere is rustic, in perfect Emilian style, yet very refined and clean. The restaurant is welcoming and well-organized, suitable for families: it is equipped for children and allows pets. The menu clearly reflects the intention to keep Emilian traditions alive. The selection is extensive, both for first and second courses, with a particular focus on fresh stuffed pasta, entirely handmade on-site and not purchased from external pasta factories. All the dishes we tried were well-prepared, balanced in flavor, and meticulously presented. The meat, in particular, was tender and impeccably cooked, so much so that it came apart easily without the need for particular strength or a knife. The restaurant offers both an à la carte menu and several set menus. The latter are designed for those with special needs (such as celiac disease or vegans) as well as for groups, offering a selection of dishes at a more affordable price than individual orders. Menus are periodically changed, both for seasonal reasons and to offer alternatives to regular customers. Due to my numerous food intolerances and allergies, I wasn't able to try everything I would have liked. The entire staff pays close attention to these issues, demonstrating a sensitivity that has become a true strength today, despite some reviews I've read underestimating or even criticizing it. Prices are overall very reasonable compared to the quality and quantity of the offerings. Prices start at around €8 for the simplest dishes, rising to around €20 for certain specialty meats, such as ostrich. The pre-set menus, in particular, offer excellent value, ranging between €30 and €35 ​​for the entire menu per person. The service is friendly, professional, and attentive to customer needs. The staff is always available, both in handling special requests and in recommending dishes. Personally, I was very pleased with both the atmosphere and the service I received. Despite my dietary restrictions, I always ate peacefully and without any subsequent problems, which is essential for me. My little canine assistant was with me. Not only was it not a problem, but they offered me a table so we could dine in peace and not be an inconvenience, either to ourselves or to other diners. The staff's concern for my little girl's needs, like a water bowl, was greatly appreciated. Fortunately, we're used to traveling and are always equipped independently. But it's nice to see someone attentive to these small needs. This isn't a given; in many places, you won't even be asked if you ask, or even denied. I highly recommend L'Usteria Tre Valli to anyone in the area who wants to savor Emilian cuisine in a family-friendly, refined atmosphere. If you have the opportunity, I suggest returning several times and changing the menu to discover all the specialties the restaurant has to offer.
