Excellent Easter lunch, from the starter to the main courses! The dessert was not consumed as we ate my dad's birthday cake brought to us! But all the dishes were really good! The appetizer with cured meats, the rosettes, the tortellini as well as the tagliatelle and the veal with tuna sauce and the roast with mustard! As for the service, a 10 and praise! Everyone is very kind! I highly recommend!

🍽 Ustaria 3 Valli: A culinary experience not to be missed Yesterday evening, to discover an authentic gastronomic experience, we headed to Ustaria 3 Valli, located near Castelvetro di Modena. Already upon arrival, we were struck by the variety of the menu, which offers both à la carte options and two fixed menus, red and green, to be shared among all the diners. One of the most interesting features is the approach to starters: instead of choosing from the menu, the restaurant offers tastings of fried gnocco and cold cuts, an experience that made the start of the evening absolutely memorable. By opting for a grilled meat, we were able to appreciate not only the quality of the meat, but also the freshness of the grilled vegetables and the enveloping flavor of the baked potatoes. The goodness and tenderness of the meat made the dish a true triumph of flavours. But the real surprise were the desserts: the kind waitress presented us with an irresistible selection and the choice was difficult, given the quality and variety offered. I want to underline the welcoming and familiar atmosphere of Ustaria 3 Valli, made even more special by the warmth and hospitality of the owners. It was a real pleasure to be welcomed into such a friendly and genuine environment. In conclusion, Ustaria 3 Valli is undoubtedly a place to recommend to all those who wish to live an authentic gastronomic experience, characterized not only by the quality of the food, but also by the welcoming atmosphere and sincere hospitality.

After a day of work, we stopped in this very comfortable and familiar-looking restaurant. We were welcomed very well by the owner and also by the staff, who were super kind. They offered us a small, very welcome appetizer made from Gnocco Fritto and some cold cuts. We ate a barbecue for two, two side dishes, had a drink: a quarter of still red wine, water, 0.5 coke. Plus dessert. The selection of desserts is commendable, of which I leave the photo. Everything explained in detail. 54 euros in total. Excellent quality-price relation! We will definitely be back!

Aono tornata dopo diverso tempo all'ustaria tre valli insieme ai miei genitori per il loro 50° anniversario di matrimonio. Abbiamo preso 3 menu verdi ed è stato tutto di nostro gradimento. In particolare i tortelloni panna e funghi, la grigliata e la tagliata di ottima qualità, ottime le verdure cotte e grigliate.
