We had dinner at Ustaria four days ago and were absolutely delighted. The welcome and service were incredibly friendly, and they immediately fulfilled our every wish. The food, from the amuse-bouche to the pasta and main courses, was beautifully presented, exceptionally delicious, and very reasonably priced. The option of choosing from a wide variety of desserts on a large tray was a fantastic idea. It was simply impossible to resist! :-) Dining there was truly a wonderful experience. We were completely satisfied and will definitely return when we're in the area again.

Rustic, comfortable, and bright atmosphere. The service was exquisitely kind and friendly. All the dishes were excellent, especially the tortelloni with chestnut flour and the sliced beef. A wonderful experience.

We went to Ustaria 3 Valli today and couldn't have asked for anything better. We had the gnocco fritto with tigelle and cured meats: simply exceptional.
The desserts were also delicious, especially their tiramisu. The staff was incredibly kind, fast, and incredibly hospitable.
The quality-price ratio was unbeatable. We'll definitely be back, especially since we'd love to try the first courses, which looked very tempting.

A place where you can still eat well and pay a reasonable price. A rarity!

Everything was good. Top quality/price ratio. Maybe the pasta could have been cooked a little better, but it didn't affect my rating. The fact that they offer horse meat and wild boar is already a surprise for me, and truly unexpected. I recommend adding Sprite to your drinks. I'll gladly return. I wish I had you near my house!!!
