29/03/2025: I went there for the first time after reading the highly rated reviews. It was an important dinner for me, where I wanted to serve Lombardy cuisine to my friends and their families who came from overseas. Al Less fully lived up to those expectations. The restaurant had a unique atmosphere, and each table was separate and comfortable. The antipasto was original, and all of the standard dishes were carefully prepared and exquisite. The portions were large, and it was excellent value for money. There was a wide selection of desserts, and the tiramisu I chose after some hesitation was so delicious that I was impressed even on a full stomach. I went to many Lombardy restaurants in Milan, and Al Less would rank among the best. I highly recommend it.

15/03/2025: Family-run inn in Gudo Visconti. Lunch with friends, traditional Lombard home cooking. Must try the cooked cured meats, excellent choice on the menu, very appetizing desserts, Mr. Roberto and Christian's crunchy cheese is absolutely worth trying. Worth a trip out of town.

28/03/2025: Characteristic Trattoria in the Milanese countryside, you can eat at the bell, quick service, traditional dishes and quality cold cuts.... I have to go back for the fried frogs which are a delicacy of mine.... In any case, a familiar and friendly atmosphere, to be returned

10/03/2025: We celebrated my daughter's Master's degree here yesterday. Everything was perfect, excellent food, impeccable service and great friendliness. The place is welcoming and well looked after, the dishes are well cooked and presented very well. The owners Alessandro and his brother know how to please their customers. 28/02/2025: I live in the area but I recently discovered this restaurant. Really high quality food and very welcoming service. the environment is familiar, a beautiful fireplace, a ceiling with wooden beams, well cared for and with recognizable details. The risottos are excellent. I don't eat meat, I prefer fish, I tasted the creamed cod (good!) and the really soft and tasty octopus. The vegetables are excellent.

20/02/2025: When you are looking for a truly traditional Brianza environment, here you will find it accompanied by excellent food at a reasonable price and then the evening passes in company without someone telling you that there is a second shift and you have to leave the table... Optimal

09/03/2025: It's an incredible place for Your mouth and eyes. Food is amasing, portions are proper or even large for some dishes. One very important detail - being Italian speaking person with You, because personell is very rude if one does not speak italian, they scoff, roll their eyes, and even shout because someone is speaking english. I didn't even recognise that something was bad until I exited restaurant and understood that in the end while I was paying hostess was shouting on me in italian because "she doesn't need to speak english, they are Italian!". So, for pure english speakers - beware, but a little bit of dictionary, smiles and You'll be fine.

17/03/2025: The ancient Trattoria del Gallo is always a safe bet. The flavors are the same as always. Mr. Gerli's recipes are wonderful. The warm welcome and the service always impeccable. A well-stocked wine list. A basic but very well-cooked children's menu. Everything perfect as always.

13/03/2025: Three people went for lunch. The girls had lasagna which was good. I ordered grilled steak and I received two dry and burnt slices. We also ordered the baked potatoes but we weren't satisfied with these either... they were partly very dry and partly raw! None were cooked well. I'm sorry because my fellow diners, who were already customers, spoke well of it to me and were disappointed. The place is nice, unfortunately there were a few flies flying around. Overall I would say that perhaps I was unlucky today but with the alternatives that are in the area I don't think I would go back.
