02/09/2024: Discovered by chance, very good starter as are casoncelli alla bergamo and tagliatelle with meat sauce. Exceptional dark cake. Perfect value for money.

01/09/2024: An unconventional place, a pleasant discovery, old-fashioned environment, like grandma's house. A simple dinner, traditional Lombard dishes, few dishes on the menu but we prefer, better a few done well than many not well done, the only sore point is a single appetizer, perhaps at least one other choice would be good!?! The desserts are truly a gem, Zabaione and Meini excellent. Advise .

11/08/2024: This place is enchanting! Rustic and elegant together... it really impressed me. Helpful and kind staff, there wasn't a flaw. Unfortunately the food was not as "wow" as the location. Very good but considering the location and the prices I expected more.

10/08/2024: I wanted to surprise my beloved with an excellent dinner in a fabulous place. Mission successful. The place, if it is possible, is even more beautiful than it may appear from the photos, we ate outside, as it is summer, but we will return to savor the excellent cuisine with the excuse of dining inside which at first sight seems as enchanting as the outside. The external "room" is surrounded by a green space in which there are some very original seats that invite you to have love conversations. The menu is simply exquisite, we tried an appetizer, a first course and a second course, choosing from dishes that seemed special to us. Excellent cuisine that encourages us to return to try the other options on the menu. Highly recommended

Wonderful starters (fois gras escalope, nothing short of sublime), delicious first courses, second courses to lose your senses (the sensational Iberian suckling pig, it melted in your mouth!), perfect wine. If you are looking for a trattoria for simple dishes, this is not the right place, you go here to appreciate traditional or particular flavours, but with a unique preparation that enhances the taste of any dish, with care in both preparation and presentation! The service is attentive and precise and very helpful towards customers! A superior restaurant, but without creating a cold and detached environment! For wines, the cellar has no competition! The price quality is excellent! A place to try and fall in love with

23/07/2024: Ottimo posto dove cenare in un ambiente "trattoria" ma raffinato, visitato diverse volte con amici, famiglia ecc... Cucina tipica milanese con specialità della casa "pollo schiacciato". Davvero magistrale la cassoela e, per chi piace, il rognone. Cantina di vino fornitissima con proprietario estremamente specializzato ma non arrogante per la guida alla scelta. I prezzi, in questa fascia, sono di livello "average" ma questo locale non ha la pretenziosità di essere economico ne lo vuole essere. La qualità del cibo è elevata, mentre il ricarico dei vini NON È alto. Possibilità di cenare all esterno, anche sotto il pergolato, con annessa lotta all ultimo sangue con le zanzare.

E' anche uno splendido posto dove, eleganza, buon gusto , e una cucina sempre all'altezza della fama, ne fanno un mio ristorante del cuore fin dai lontani tempi del liceo. 14/08/2024: We went in, because it was the only one open, short pasta, half sleeves, 14 minutes of cooking, certainly pre-cooked, (given the speed of service) brought on a plain plate with a ladle of sauce on top... Not even the desire to put it in the pan and skip it. Limited menu, not the one displayed outside, only menu of the day, house wine, white N. C... Coffee N. C that too...

17/08/2024: We had dinner in this restaurant in Savoca the week of August. Special! Very high quality of food, excellent meat. My husband and I had two second courses and two really excellent side dishes. The meat rolls are absolutely recommended. Beautiful view of the village. Top!

14/08/2024: Hidden gem, classy and authentic, with mostly Italian patrons. Despite being the only non-Italians, we were warmly welcomed by a helpful waiter with really good English. The food was incredibly delicious and exceeded our expectations. Our favourite was the "risotto al tartufo" with super fragrant truffle aroma, and the steak "tagliata di fassona piemontese" with smoky note grilled to perfection. Located in a charming town with plenty of free parking, this place was a highlight of our trip. Highly recommended!

03/08/2024: Dinner: excellent menu, quality raw materials, adequate wine list. Service attentive to requests. Very clean "arte povera" style environment, but we suffered a bit from the heat (insufficient air conditioning) and some annoying mosquitoes, overall excellent, we will return in another season.

21/08/2024: I have been there a few times, other times I will go there again for work with my clients, as it is a welcoming place of good quality. However, it is also the first restaurant in which, when paying the bill for two people in the presence of the cashier, I was asked if I liked a bitter and was made to pay... even before serving it to me! Checking the receipt, I had the 11.00 euros of the two bitters refunded which at that point, I didn't have served, but the style of the restaurant, in my opinion, doesn't come out impeccably!

13/08/2024: We were here for lunch during the week and they have a menu where you can choose between three first courses and three second courses, the service is familiar and fast because many workers go to have lunch here, I recommend booking, the thing that surprised me is that for the price that offer the quality of the dishes is very good, grandma's cake was delicious

28/07/2024: We were in a historic restaurant at the end of July, therefore with scorching temperatures for eating and with few customers due to the summer period! However, dinner on a Saturday evening with a fixed menu, 4 starters, a first course, a couple of second courses, classic roast beef and roast pork with a side dish,...very good quality with the right portions but with the possibility of requesting more if desired! Dessert, wine and water at will, coffee and digestive...really good price for the quality of the food! In short, no dishes to remember for originality or particular things but the total bill for the couple is 40 euros, ... in times when we are really good! To try with different temperatures and winter food!

17/08/2024: This is THE Restaurant we go to when we come to Como. The staff is very pleasant, the picturesque setting and the dishes delicious! Remember to book beforehand!

12/08/2024: We had the risotto and carbonara. The carbonara was basically scrambled eggs and a very weird flavour (i.e., not only was the sauce overcooked, but something about it was very off also). The risotto flavour was nice, but unfortunately was still crunchy. They bring water and bread to the table without letting you know there is an extra charge (10 Euros in total for two people). I am usually fine with that, but the portion of bread was tiny and no balsamic. The service was okay, friendly waiter at least. Unfortunately, the only thing worth the price was the house wine. Honestly would have had a better meal at the McDonalds down the street. I am giving three stars since it was a more reasonable price than surrounding restaurants, and the waiting staff were good. We were very disappointed by the quality of the food here!

29/07/2024: A restaurant that I have been frequenting for more than thirty years, and if I frequent it it is because the food has always been really good and the service is phenomenal, topped off with a terrace from which you can see Milan. Keep it up for another 30 years. Well done
