27/05/2025: DeGustibus si dichiara soddisfatto da questo locale, molto informale, semplice ma adatto per chi si trova in zona per lavoro. Servizio, un po’ troppo friendly, veloce e menù ampio, vario ed equilibrato. Assaggiato un classicissimo raviolo del plin, abbondante e di discreto livello e un interessante petto d’oca su un ottima versione dello svizzero rosti. Visti passare altri piatti interessanti. Non un locale gourmet ma un Osteria di sostanza con un rapporto prezzo/qualità/tempo ottimale

09/04/2025: Sono stato qui da Giuliano per l'ennesima volta! Ed è sempre una certezza. Non sono riuscito per la serata dei lessi del mese di marzo, ma ci rifaremo. Piatti sempre ottimi, soprattutto se gli prenotate un paio di Tomahawk fate una cena coi fiocchi!!!!! Giuliano instancabile come sempre, peccato non sia aperto anche a pranzo!!!! a presto!!!!!

22/04/2025: Water, 1/4 wine, bread, second course, cake, coffee, all for €10. And I arrived late (at least 1.30 pm) I know places that do even less than the fixed price but then they kill you with water (€2.5 at least for a small bottle which costs less than a little outside). Ate well, the cake was fresh. Reading the reviews....but what do you expect from a fixed price farmhouse??? Go and spread highly questionable opinions in a city (not in the centre) for €70 they will cook what you want and with a SMALL addition (15-30€) they will even give you decent wine (the good one costs more). If you have the money and/or want to spend it on food, otherwise enjoy what you have for €20

06/04/2025: We absolutely can and must improve. Friendly staff even if poorly trained. Starter of 8 cold cuts, nothing special with obviously not fresh mortadella highlighted by a good dry and dark external part, pointed out and justified as the quality of the product... Yellow risotto with ossobuco.... without marrow! and here too, once reported, we were told to break and search the bone, I gave up replying despite demonstrations in their presence. Wiener schnitzel (29€!) Price not commensurate with the quality of the product. Good white house wine. Definitely a bad evening.
06/04/2025: I would say that the professionalism and kindness of the staff go very well with the excellent cuisine. Excellent ossobuco and spectacular risottos. I will definitely return.

10/05/2025: RACISTS. Came in 2 hours before closing, as soon as I come in I’m given dirty looks. I ask for a table and they tell me they’re full. Plenty of empty tables. I said I’m happy to sit outside where there’s more free tables. They said no they wouldn’t serve me. Looking at the reviews it’s clear that they won’t serve Asian people like myself. I’m Australian. Disgusting racists, do not come here.

08/05/2025: Ormai location fissa per le feste familiari, anche quest'anno il Sole di Maleo ha ospitato la nostra brigata (6 persone più il nostro inseparabile border collie) per il mio compleanno. Che dire ? Gli anni passano, le buone abitudini si cercano di mantenere. E tra le buone abitudini c'è anche quella di rilassarsi pranzando al Sole, un ambiente quasi fuori dal tempo che ti invita, come nella canzone di Lucio Dalla, "a lasciare la bicicletta sul muro e camminare la sera con un amico a parlar del futuro". Qui non si cammina ma si resta seduti,non si parla solo di futuro ma anche e sopratutto di presente e passato, mentre mangi un ottimo risotto o un sublime cervo CBT (vera sorpresa), passando per zuppe di cipolle, uova croccanti o faraona alle mele. Tolgo sempre un punto per la cantina a mio parere non adeguata al menu. ne aggiungo uno per la sempre deliziosa addetta al nostro tavolo. In ogni caso, qui non si resta mai delusi .
27/04/2025: I have known Albergo del Sole since the 70s, I had the privilege of meeting the parents of the current owners, Franco and Silvana, I was only a child but I remember the dishes they presented to guests with great love. The onion soup in broth, the stew with polenta not to mention the famous sandy one with mascarpone cream! Tastes that have remained in my heart. Today, years later, I have returned to Il Sole, where my children Mario and Francesca continue their parents' mission with great ability. Seeing the place again, elegant, warm and welcoming, took me back 45/50 years, with some changes and embellishments, the place recalls the past, but with an air of renewal, of elegance... there is the fireplace where once, by means of a system of pulleys with stone weights, a mechanical rotisserie with movement without an engine, slowly turned loaded with meat that roasted on a wood fire, while next to it, an open kitchen showed a cauldron with polenta always ready and hot. I was very surprised to see that fireplace and that rotisserie system again, now not working, but there in its place. The friar in the middle of the room where chef Franco once hosted customers in a unique and unforgettable journey of conviviality. Well today that brother is there in his place and his son Mario maintains that tradition, a feather in his cap, to be praised! Lunch was a discovery of incredible tastes and combinations, always respecting the local raw materials and the tradition of local cuisine but with innovation and elegance. Nothing is out of place, Mario in the dining room knows how to take care of guests and offer a truly pleasant experience, almost from another era. Quality, excellent cuisine, service and the great choice of wines from their own cellar is worthy of great appreciation. The prices are appropriate to the excellent quality and skill of the Chef and the venue. Score 10 and praise.

11/05/2025: Discovered this place two months ago on the recommendation of friends. Very good food, generous portions. Excellent value for money. Very long waiting times, despite booking. Small place in relation to the quantity of seats that you want to guarantee, so you risk being crowded at the tables (especially on Sundays). very very loud music so it's hard to talk. It is certainly an experience worth trying. You leave with a full belly, but perhaps a little confused. Staff, although overworked, helpful and attentive.

02/06/2025: It's the first time as an "adult" that I try this trattoria where I used to come for family celebrations when I was little and I used to visit my grandparents in Viale Omero. Everything is the same as then, it seems to me that nothing has changed... except the times and the prices. We had a really good time at the "Sott al Berso'" table. The cold cuts and cutlet appetizer were very good. However, I find the final bill disproportionate for the type of Trattoria. We paid €36 per person with: 1 appetizer divided among 3 people €12 3 cutlets with potatoes €16 each 1 dessert 2 half waters 1 1/2 bonarda in bulk 1 1/4 bonarda in bulk 3 coffees I repeat that we had a good time but what we paid for the type of informal "old Milan" place I don't find balanced.

31/05/2025: I went to dinner for a confirmation.. They were absolutely unable to handle the allergy problems of the customers, not to mention the rudeness of those who badly managed the evening. The only positive note was the waitress who went out of her way to try to overcome this inconvenience, with extreme kindness.
30/05/2025: I found the food poor for the price, but I would have overlooked it if the owner hadn't been unpleasant and very rude to all of us diners throughout the dinner. Despite this, at least there was a waitress who tried in every way to make up for the bad mood created by the boss. I wouldn't recommend it at all, especially for organizing events and ceremonies. I'll add that after my review, I was threatened by the owner that I would have to pay her money for defamation and that she would receive a complaint.

21/04/2025: Raramente metto a un locale 5 stelle,ma questa volta merita veramente. Telefonato all'ultimo momento siamo riusciti a trovare posto. Locale anni 80/90 , nonostante il pienone si riusciva a parlare tranquillamente. Discreta scelta di primi e secondi,tutti serviti al carrello. Nel limite del possibile si puo cambiare qualcosa (al posto degli gnocchi,pasta) Veramente buono l"agnello al mirto. Porzioni più che abbondanti (comunque basta chiedere). Personale super disponibile e cordialissimo. Prezzi irrisori se confrontiamo altri locali 3 primi(con un bis) 1 secondo,due contorni,un piatto di formaggio vari,1/2 di vino bianco, acqua a piacere,3 caffè di cui uno corretto. 70€ in tutto Complimenti di sicuro ritornerò. Meritate 5 stelle
08/04/2025: Meraviglioso tuffo nel passato, e ti accorgi d esser nel futuro. Bellissimo sentirsi e far un passo indietro nel tempo, poi in realtà ti accorgi che sei avanti anni luce, cibo sincero, cortesia infinita, ma soprattutto il servizio è di altissimo livello che non ha paragoni e difficilmente lo si trova. Trovatemi un posto che ti fanno il sorbetto espresso o ti sbucciano la frutta fronte a te con forchetta e coltello. Neppure in uno stellato. Posto fantastico e chi lo critica, essendo maggiorenne è bene ormai sappia di chi è figlio…. Bravi davvero! Uno dei miei posti preferiti!! Massimo

17/05/2025: Good food but the portions were really small… a second course of asparagus and I don't even mention a side dish or appetizer… with oil and pepper it consisted of only 5 asparagus for a price of 15 euros!!!… in my opinion a bit of a joke… the bill was steep… we paid 66 euros for two with 1 appetizer and 2 second courses… 2 waters and 1 glass of wine… you left hungry!!

12/05/2025: Abbiamo festeggiato la prima comunione di nostra figlia in questo bellissimo agriturismo, non c'eravamo mai stati prima e ci siamo trovati veramente benissimo! Eravamo in 13 persone ed avevamo una saletta tutta per noi, molto carina. Ci sono diversi opzioni di menu (da concordare prima) e noi avevamo scelto il menu da €39 a testa che prevede: - antipasto con gnocco fritto, salumi misti, verdure grigliate - 2 primi - 1 secondo - formaggi - frutta - crostate fatte in casa - caffè - liquore - acqua e vino rosso illimitato Avevamo scelto come primi le lasagne ed i ravioli brasati con burro fuso e salvia e come secondo il vitello tonnato. Tutto strabuono! Ho letto in ulcune recensioni lamentele sulla quantità delle porzioni, non so some mangiano di solito quelle persone perché la quantità era più che sufficiente (e nella nostra famiglia un po' di mangioni ci sono 😃). Grazie per averci fatto trascorrere una bellissima giornata, torneremo sicuramente!
09/05/2025: Esto es más que un restaurante, es un concepto que te transporta a un entorno lombardo de antaño. Si pudiera darle diez estrellas, lo haría. La comida, comida típica lombarda, todo de origen local o cultivado, es fuera de este mundo. Las instalaciones y los terrenos circundantes han sido restaurados con gran atención a la preservación de los detalles y materiales originales. Pippo y su equipo son cálidos y hospitalarios. ¡Una experiencia excepcional!
