Antica Trattoria del Borgo In San donato milanese

I've been there a couple of times and it never disappoints. The place is certainly not super because it is dated but it is a typical Brianza trattoria, it fits. The food is really very good, there is a good choice even in the fixed menu, excellent quality meat. Fast and friendly service Super great prices I would recommend better ventilation both times I found my clothes smelling of food. But it's worth it and book if you want to get a seat

Exceptional and honest prices!!

I was there for a group dinner. Very good. Let's start from the assumption that it is a typical Brianza restaurant, so you certainly shouldn't expect a super-chic place but you should expect a typical place where very good food is served. In the fixed menu there were 4 different first courses. They were served one after the other on trays and everyone could independently choose how much to take. Excellent quality. Excellent waiter service. Really good, kind, respectful, nice. It's not a trivial thing. I felt good. If the opportunity arises, I will return for a business lunch menu, to also try the quality at midday. 4/5 ⭐

Capitato per caso, ho trovato personale molto disponibile e gentile e un menù ricco. La qualità mi è piaciuta. Se dovessi ripassare da qua mi piacerebbe tornarci.

Nonostante la buona qualità del cibo (mediocre invece il vino in rapporto al costo), purtroppo l’esperienza di oggi non è stata positiva. Ho prenotato con the fork e non mi aspettavo l’obbligo di un menù fisso, molto ricco in quantità e anche in prezzo. Da the fork non si capiva che il pasto domenicale prevede unicamente quel menù, diversamente non avrei prenotato. Questo è un aspetto che dovrebbe essere corretto. Abbiamo chiesto quindi dei piatti singoli (due secondi previsti dal menu perché non c’era altra scelta) e un antipasto In realtà ne sono arrivati due. Alla fine abbiamo dovuto pagare la bottiglia di vino, che era prevista dal menù anche se non l’abbiamo scelta e nemmeno bevuta tutta (ce l’hanno data da portare via). Evidentemente a queste condizioni sarebbe stato meglio non fermarsi… Abbiamo capito come funziona la domenica a pranzo: peccato essercene accorti in questo modo. Torneremo comunque perché il cibo merita, ma meglio durante la settimana quando c’è possibilità di diversi menù a costi ragionevoli.

Piacevole sosta per un pranzo, degustiamo risotto con fichi e taleggio (buono, ma di fichi ce ne sono pochi e non se ne sente quasi il sapore) maltagliati al ragù e funghi (saporita la carne, molto meno i funghi) ed un buon tiramisù. Servizio un po' sbrigativo e non sempre attento al cliente, prezzo adeguato.
