03/06/2025: We found the ambiance very pleasant. We sat outside and had a great view of the valley and the town. A large tree also provided natural shade. The food was delicious. There was also homemade bread and crackers. We were served wine from the local Lunae winery, which was also very delicious. The food was excellent. We shared an appetizer and then a first course and a main course each. The portions were manageable.

04/05/2025: Sono stata in questo ristorante con amici..a cena.. Torre Paponi semplicemente stupefacente..meravigliosa..posto molto piccolo, ma dall'aria Medioevale.. Ho trovato un non so' che di " MAGICO " IL Ristorante ha un portoncino di ingresso abbastanza anonimo.. Appena entrata, tra un po' svenivo.. BELLISSIMO..SENSAZIONALE Vecchia stalla rivisitata con gusto UNICO ..tutto in pietra originale ..volte e finestre antiche..lumi candele..e tante cose antiche.. Il sevizio eccellente ( molto gentile la ragazza che ci ha serviti ) Menu' ottimo. ..che viene cambiato di volta in volta.. Personalmente ho preso le cipolle ripiene con una salsa stuzzicante di base.. A seguire tagliata di manzo alla brace, contorno di caponata.. Prosecchino..dolce sfogliata delicatissima Tutto super..bella serata.. Da ripetere sicuramente.. SUPER CONSIGLIATO..

22/05/2025: This is a truly incredible experience. An old village built in the side of the hill. The food is all fresh ingredients, the view is phenomenal and the service is the best. The owners are two brothers (one is the chef) that were born and raised in the village. A one of a kind!

05/05/2025: Great food, nice wine list, very small, opens at 7:30 and just has one seating. This place is warm and comfortable. We enjoyed a nice vino Rossi, and a cheese platter, a lovely pasta and a great fish, and of course a great dessert! This is my kind of restaurant!

17/05/2025: We had such a wonderful, surprising evening. We didn't know what to expect beforehand, but it was simply a fantastic culinary experience. There's always a set menu. You can let us know if you'd like a vegetarian option, and there's a fine wine list with regional wines. Try to come on an empty stomach, because there's really a lot. The value for money really can't be beat, and the service was extremely friendly and attentive. We'll be back ♥️.

01/06/2025: Deus soirées passées dans ce restaurant qui nous ont permis de découvrir la totalité de la carte. Bonne cuisine à base de produits frais, bien travaillés, un service très agréable. Je vous conseille de vous y arrêter.

03/05/2025: Absolutely a must go to Maria! Restaurant in the Ligurian hinterland, in Vessalico, place of production of formidable garlic! The restaurant offers a menu from €40 per person and they bring you endless high quality food with 0 km ingredients, drink as much as you want! Spectacular!

06/06/2025: Davvero tutto eccellente...Spettacolari i mandilli al pesto e pure le tagliatelle ai funghi. Ottimi gli arrosti e i contorni cipolle/peperoni. Tutto cucinato benissimo e ben presentato, servizio attento, titolari cordiali e gentilissimi. Torneremo! p.s. piccolissimo appunto, manca in effetti il menù con un prezzi, che tuttavia si sono rivelati più che onesti.

28/05/2025: Walking in and finding it packed on a Tuesday night says a lot about a place. Ask if there's a seat even though you haven't booked and you're seated in a minute. Simple place, simple staff, simple food. With pesto lasagna like this it will be difficult to try something else next time...
