Truly excellent dishes, traditional and time-honored recipes, often very unique. The ingredients are also excellent, I believe mostly locally sourced. The location is beautiful, with views of the surrounding nature and the valley. The interior is pleasant, and the service is excellent.

A unique experience, a dinner immersed in nature and greenery thanks to the large windows overlooking the Ligurian promontories. The staff was knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Dishes were meticulously prepared, and the quality of the food was truly excellent. Very knowledgeable about gluten-free options. An experience definitely worth repeating!

A refined elaboration of Ligurian country cuisine where the simplicity and quality of the ingredients, often locally sourced, predominate, without neglecting the refinement of the service and the quality of the drinks (not only wine but also cider, beer and so on).

It's no coincidence that La Brinca is one of the most renowned trattorias in Genoa and the surrounding area: Genoese tradition lives on here and flourishes in a multitude of flavors, through tasty, well-crafted dishes presented with equal care. In particular, I truly enjoyed the artisanal pesto, among the best I've ever tried (it should be noted that it contained plenty of cheese, which might turn some people off). The wine list is excellent and extensive. The venue is also beautiful, managing to be elegant without losing touch with the place's history and familiarity. Perhaps, due to the formality of the staff and the dishes, it feels more like a restaurant than a true rustic trattoria, but these are minor details. The nearby parking lot, which is quite large and convenient, is very much appreciated, essential in an area like this.

I've been there for dinner four times and have always left delighted. The food is divine, so high quality it almost seems like a Michelin star. The quality of the ingredients is incredible. The price is also fair, €65 per person considering everything they bring: entree, bread, appetizer, first course, second course, dessert, water, and even wine. Just one thing: you need to book well in advance, especially on weekends. If you want a table with a view, be prepared; you'll need to book months in advance. Keep it up, even though maybe a few new dishes on the menu every now and then would be nice, since they're pretty much always the same.

A tricky place to get, but it was absolutely worth it! Wow, a super historic place, a vast and incredibly interesting wine cellar, traditional Ligurian dishes, and some revisited ones. The Conigggiu Magro was fabulous!

A simply perfect lunch. The restaurant's atmosphere is the ideal blend of local tradition and a more modern approach. From our table, we enjoyed a stunning view of the Graveglia Valley. The service was elegant and meticulously crafted, from the sommelier's wine pairings to the tableside brewing of filter coffee. The tasting menu offered a variety of local dishes, some revisited with the chef's personal touch. Each dish was thoroughly explained, from its history and ingredients to the tableware itself. We concluded with a tour of the cellar, which boasts over three thousand bottles and numerous references. Highly recommended, whether for simply enjoying a memorable lunch or celebrating a special event.

Beautiful trattoria, meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail, inside and out, located in a small village in the Ligurian hinterland. Stunning views of the countryside. Truly excellent and attentive service. A wine cellar with a vast selection. Two tasting menus available, or à la carte. Traditional Ligurian dishes revisited with attention to ingredients (including slow food specialties). The desserts are also superb. Prices are reasonable for the quality. Parking available. Highly recommended, I'll be back.
