We only had lunch. All the dishes were delicious, not to mention the sabayon for dessert, which was absolutely divine.

The tiramisu was sublime. The goat with baked potatoes was delicious, as were the ravioli al plin with meat sauce.

Quiet location, even though the road is not very busy; expensive for a less touristy place, but associated with a Michelin-starred restaurant.

A truly gentlemanly experience! I highly recommend it.

Thank you so much to the manager and chef for this wonderful experience. An excellent restaurant that's well worth a visit. The seafood amuse-bouche and foie gras terrine were excellent and refined. The slow-cooked rabbit was very delicate and flavorful, and the raw prawn ravioli with lobster bisque and parsley oil was truly delicious, especially when you have a spoonful with everything. I'm used to Michelin-starred restaurants, and I'm very proud to have had this experience.

A pleasant place with large, well-spaced tables, ensuring privacy and comfort. The cuisine uses quality ingredients and unique combinations, but the execution, in my opinion, had some flaws: the raw meat was excellent, but it was overpowered by the intensity of the anchovy sauce. The Plin pasta with excellent fresh pasta was good. I wasn't convinced by the ragù. Saffron risotto was well executed. The veal with tuna sauce, despite the accompanying sauce, was too dry in texture. In several instances, I found the saltiness too strong (too much salt for my taste), which detracted from the quality of the ingredients. The zabaglione ice cream was excellent: artisanal, homemade. The wine list is refined and full of interesting choices, but the markups on bottles are, again in my opinion, too high. As was the final bill compared to the overall experience.
