Di recensioni ne abbiamo già fatte molte su Quintilio, facciamo ancora questa e credo ne faremo delle altre sempre positive. La ragione è semplice: una recensione può valere la volta che si fa e poi, magari, cambia tutto, in meglio o in peggio. Da Quintilio i cambiamenti, anche piccoli. ci sono ma solo nella qualità, nel meglio. La recensione di questa volta è motivata dai funghi. Quest'anno ce ne sono in abbondanza e ci è capitato di degustarli in diverse situazioni ma da Quintilio è stata tutta un'altra storia: porcini raccolti in zona, freschi, profumati, gustosi e cucinati in maniera magistrale da Luca e staff. Ce li siamo goduti, croccanti e abbondanti con taglierini ai 30 rossi d'uovo e passati in tegame con aglio di Vessalico e giusta quantità di prezzemolo dopo averne condivisa una porzione "nature". Superbi! Ottimo accompagnatore è stato un giovane Nebbiolo 2022 di Clerico consigliato da Lorena, sinonimo di garanzia. Anche tutto il resto è goduria
