25/03/2025: Last Saturday I stopped here for dinner with friends, I recommend it for the traditional cuisine and atmosphere. Everything was very good and fresh. We had a shared platter, and a second course each with a small beer, spent about 30-35 euros each.

23/03/2025: Always friendly staff. The food is good and the service is fast. In summer you can eat comfortably outdoors. I recommend the ice cream at the end of the meal, it will be served with dark chocolate or strawberries (depending on the season). Unfortunately the car park is only a hundred meters from the venue

Going up to the floors, you are struck by the refined modernity in the corridors, in terms of furnishings and lighting. As soon as you enter the room, functionality, elegance, colors, lighting, furnishings, comfort of the beds, etc. impress you. Large and functional bathroom with huge shower. Bright, spacious room. Amazing breakfast: lots of choice between sweet, savory, cakes, juices, etc, of excellent quality and constantly topped up.

I can't have a meat (wonderful) with a delicious celeriac puree and see only three teaspoons of it on the plate accompanied by two broccolis.. my heart is crying!

16/02/2025: Excellent experience in this restaurant in Tavagnacco in the province of Udine in a secluded area. Beautiful view from the glass windows of the park and the mountain landscape. Too bad you can't see anything or almost nothing at night. The room is beautiful, well furnished and completed with a fine mise en place and the characteristic Furlan fogolar. Quality food, well cooked and well presented, truly high level... as well as the prestigious local wines. Too bad about the desserts... we're a little far from the goal. Very courteous and helpful waiters, attentive to the customer, compliments for the education and professionalism, owners a little unfriendly, friendly and polite yes but too minimal towards new customers unlike some regulars, an observer notices this difference... I, being one, have observed this. Keep an eye on the prices... I found them a little high... the quality is fine, the goodness is fine... the excuse of a holiday, anything is fine but we are in an era where prices are truly high. For example, 5 tortelli (navels) for 18.00 euros, there is no quality that can handle this price. Not to mention a glass of wine for 8/10 euros. But at least on a positive note they were excellent dishes. But when they bring you a dessert with six chiacchiere (crostoli) and two small pancakes with cream, not beautiful to look at and with almost enough flavor (see photo), for 10 euros... it's pure madness, at this price a dessert must be well constructed and almost at the top of its taste. As a hotel, 8n is a beautiful reality, beautiful and well furnished rooms in an excellent position and with a beautiful view as described for the gastronomic part. An experience in this beautiful place is recommended.

29/12/2024: Very positive experience. Good, plentiful dishes and honest prices. The chestnut tortellini are excellent, as is the wild boar ragù. The tiramisu was not excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. Even though we preferred to book, the place is really big. We will definitely be back.

18/02/2025: Excellent dishes and generous quantities. I also really appreciated the fact that they were very hot so that we could eat and chat without ruining the last morsels. Wide choice of desserts.

16/02/2025: Very good staff, smart, courteous. Excellent food. However, we have to come to the flaws, not least: very slow service (30 minutes just to get the starters), but above all the price. Definitely definitely high.
