06/04/2024: The food is good but I expected more for Bologna standards. It seems more for Tuists than for lovers of Bolognese cuisine. Tagliatelle with meat sauce below the level that I wouldn't eat. Delicious tortellini but the broth was not very tasty and too oily, while usually drinking the broth is the best part, here I had to leave it. Lasagna on the other hand is super, the dish you absolutely have to try. Fried Tortellini appetizer good but for the quality of the pasta, fried ones don't work in my opinion.

06/04/2024: From the outside you wouldn't give two cents, when you enter, you see a lot of confusion, but when you sit down and start eating it all goes away!
A show.
Beyond the menu with modest prices (rare to find) first courses €8/9 second courses €9/10 the portions are generous and the quality is good.
Food, as they say in Rome, is ignorant, heavy to digest but spectacular.
Highly recommended, even if noisy.
Friendly staff.

Very good lasagna as well as the vegetables with buffalo mozzarella, good tartare but too "compressed" for our tastes.
The pignoletto is also excellent.
Correct prices considering that we are in the center.
We will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu…

Menu with a good choice of dishes and wines, mainly from Bolognese cuisine.
The dishes convinced me, especially the chocolate tenerina with mascarpone cream. The only complaint concerns the pasta (tagliatelle alla Bolognese) which was a bit overcooked.
Trained and friendly dining room staff.
Correct quality-price ratio

04/04/2024: We ordered the Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs dish, a mix of meatballs in various flavors and sauces, carrots, peas, tomato, potato and cheese, meat...really delicious! As an accompaniment, french fries... the place is very large, welcoming, and the location is excellent, right in the historic center. Must try!

Tempi troppo lunghi, dopo 2 ore abbiamo mangiato solo gli antipasti.
Prezzi nella media del centro di Bologna, quindi non bassi.

I went to this place because on a Facebook group it was indicated that it had various gluten-free options, which was then also confirmed at the time of booking. In reality it was just one choice: tagliatelle with various toppings. Chosen tagliatelle with ham and asparagus, cream was not mentioned, but there was some. My friend ate green maccheroncini which, according to her, were much more than al dente. For the second course we shared a plate of vegetables with cheese and then a plate of strawberries. With the addition of a glass of wine each, the total was 66 euros. A bit more expensive, in my opinion, for medium quality food.
Tables very close to each other which, depending on the guests you find yourself at your side, can be more or less pleasant.
Mostly tourists present. As said by others, a place in line with the average tourist offer of the area. Let's say that to eat local you have to avoid the center.

18/03/2024: Il fascino del locale piccolo ed accogliente, quasi insospettabile se si guarda a quartiere ed esterno, unito alla gentilezza mai forzata dell'intero personale, già indirizzano l'esperienza nel migliore dei modi.
Poi arriva il cibo, ed allora ti rendi definitivamente conto di stare vivendo un momento speciale a tavola, in cui devi solo valutare se e come gestire un bis (a noi è toccato coi Tortelloni di ricotta di Bianca Modenese al burro e salvia) per poi assaggiare il resto del menù alla successiva occasione.
Le presentazioni di Flavio sono dei piccoli racconti affascinanti che mettono in relazione la storia della materia prima con l'idea del piatto che si vuole realizzare: un vero privilegio, con garbo e passione in grado di mettere a proprio agio anche il cliente più introverso.
Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente, inevitabile la prenotazione con discreto anticipo (a noi è bastata una settimana circa).
