04/04/2024: Real Italian atmosphere and basic food in a good way. Here, the ordinary Italian family eats a little outside the tourist area. The waiter is ready and willing to help put together food and wine.

03/04/2024: All good food. Very nice waitresses. It's just a shame that during the service, instead of serving 4 dishes together, we were made to wait until the first served dishes cooled down. If it weren't for this flaw, everything would be perfect. Another note: if you go during the melon frost period, take it!

24/03/2024: Well-kept restaurant inside, good staff service but as far as the food is concerned, which overall is good but the prices are exaggerated... we are at Castel Maggiore not in Montecarlo... cover charge €4 gnocchi with pumpkin and gorgonzola €16 but on the plate there were 4 in number... but really 4 and small... let's specify that we are not gluttons but the empty plate is not!! we didn't continue because we really risked spending €300 and then going to make a sandwich elsewhere... Really embarrassing!!!

04/04/2024: I am 53 years old, and I really appreciated the place. Just like everyone should be. The former are excellent, the latter are good. In my opinion, boiled meats should be accompanied by more aggressive sauces, but this is subjective. The house red is good. Efficient and professional staff. I will be back, and I recommend it

06/04/2024: Tavern with a familiar flavour, furnished in a retro style that I liked. The pumpkin ravioli were exceptional, the tigelle with cured meats a delight, the schnitzel excellent but at that point I was too full. I really recommend this restaurant, on weekends it's better to book

23/03/2024: I went to this place last night with a group of friends. The place is very small and a little sacrificed. But we already knew this. We ordered the meatballs with peas, a tagliatelle, veal, tuna, friggione and stuffed courgettes. The meatballs were hard, as is not common in Bologna, the stuffed courgette whoever ate it told me it wasn't that great, the tagliatelle wasn't even very satisfying, the friggione was anonymous, the veal with tuna was nothing special. The service is carried out by 2/3 young girls, who were very confused when picking up the order which led to delays especially in the delivery of the wine, which arrived after the dishes, of the bread and ultimately led to a debit on the account of two extra dishes that were not ordered. We noticed this and the bill was promptly corrected. The general impression, however, is of an approximation applied both to the cuisine and to the service and customer care which does not allow me to say that it is a place to recommend. In the end, for three veal tonnet, a meatball with peas, 2 meatballs and stuffed courgettes, a friggione, a tagliatella, 5 desserts, a bottle of wine, a half liter of Lambrusco sfus, 3 mineral waters, 3 coffees, we spent €37.50 each which might not seem excessive, but in reality we only ate one dish each (which wasn't worth the price) and the dessert (good).

03/04/2024: Sublime Easter lunch, accompanied by excellent wine, in a super location and with impeccable service! I'll be back because they tell me that their fried Bolognese dishes are super!

02/04/2024: Tourists in Bologna, booked for Easter lunch. Tasted various starters and first courses, all very good. For the quality I would say superior to other restaurants tried in the area. Characteristic place and in a nice location. Tip: perhaps a single small bathroom is not enough, given the constant queue. Overall definitely recommended!

01/04/2024: I have been there 3 times, and it's quality food, reasonable price and the young staff is very polite and kind. So, for us it's always an option to dine out there.
