27/09/2025: Extremely high prices for a restaurant that serves hard, flimsy first courses, and smelly grilled seafood with flies on the side. Awful experience. Absolutely not recommended.

12/09/2025: ⛔️ Restaurant to Avoid ⛔️ Inedible dish. We ordered seafood pasta with shrimp in sauce: very salty taste, unpleasant odor... The seafood was clearly not fresh. If you want to get sick, this is the place to go. Service-wise, a huge disappointment. When we arrived, we were the only customers in the restaurant, but the waiter was rude and impatient. He stood right behind us, staring at us for several minutes, nervously tapping on a neighboring table and making noise with his pen to push us to order faster. We found this behavior extremely uncomfortable and disrespectful. They don't take the time for strangers. Very disappointed by this experience, especially for a restaurant with high prices: we expected decent service and quality products, but that wasn't the case. A very bad experience; I had chosen this restaurant for my birthday. This will remain etched in my memory and not for good memories...

12/12/2025: Surprised to see the bad reviews. My experience was excellent. We were in a hurry, with no time to check reviews, and they were almost closing, yet they still agreed to take our order. We ordered two mixed cuoppo, and they were absolutely delicious—great street food to go. The seafood was fresh and very good fried. I truly enjoyed it, and I know seafood well since I’m from the coast. I also needed to use the bathroom, and they were kind enough to let me use it even though they were already closed. Overall, it was a really good experience for us.

12/12/2025: Ordered tiramisu, it’s very old and not edible 8 euros wasted.

12/10/2025: Good croissant, watery cappuccino, reasonably quick service, although the waitress seemed a bit annoyed. Some tables are practically in front of the bathrooms, so due to the crowds and the unpleasant smell, we changed seats, even though pigeons keep you company everywhere. Being on the harbor, there was a constant flow of motorcycles, cars, and garbage trucks. The sea view was beautiful.

10/09/2025: €6 for a piece of cake, not even in Positano, too much. One of those places you never go back to after the first time. Exorbitant prices, a shame.

19/09/2025: I sat outside and planned to spend a lot of money on snacks and drinks while my wife explored the area and shopped. The problem was no one working here was interested in providing service to their patrons. You get one initial visit for your order while sitting at an outside table. Both girls we originally interacted with seemed uninterested and annoyed by us. Later, after waiting and waiting with a glass that was empty for some time, I saw one male server smoking at the entrance. He never glanced at the table area. His focus was his cigarette, his phone, and people passing by. About 10 minutes later, I noticed another male server smoking at the cafe entrance. I raised my hand politely to try and get his attention. He mockingly waved back and acted put out by my gesture. I asked him if I needed to go inside if I needed something else. He confirmed and acted annoyed that I would bother him with such a silly question. Don’t waste your money here. The folks working here are not interested in assisting you. They are rude and uninterested. I believe I interacted with four employees and they were all unnecessarily cold and not polite.

09/09/2025: Acciaroli is truly enchanting and needs little comment. From the small village to the beautiful harbor and, above all, the delicious food. Highly recommended.

20/08/2025: The beach is wide and well-maintained, and the lido offers a beautiful setting, offering excellent meals at the restaurant or a delicious pizza in the shade. Friendly, young staff. Private parking is available. Prices are moderate. In short, this lido is highly recommended for both young people and families.

13/04/2025: I've been here before for dinner (pizza), but today was my first time for lunch, and I can say I was more than satisfied with the choice. The appetizer featured fresh ingredients and new flavors, and the first courses were delicious and plentiful. Excellent value for money. I recommend it ✌🏼 (Given the ongoing exterior renovations, it looks like a great spot for summer evenings.)

09/03/2025: The atmosphere is not worthy of a restaurant, the waiters are unaware of their role, the waiting time for pizza is from 8:30 pm to 12:00 am. Total disappointment, it's better to go and eat a kebab than come to this restaurant.

30/11/2025: I was there on a Saturday night, sat down and ordered around 9:50 PM. After about an hour and a half, we asked for a reminder, with no response. Then we noticed another table behind us (a couple like us), who arrived after us, complained, but with the difference that their pizza arrived after the reminder (it should be noted that it was someone who runs a business, so I noticed a difference between customers), while we waited about two hours or more. The pizza arrived at midnight, and that's how we spent our Saturday night. I recommend going only if you know someone or make sure there are no businesses around; otherwise, you'll spend your Saturday stuck in there. I've worked in the restaurant industry for several years, so I can understand a delay, etc., but I'll never understand the difference between customers.

26/10/2025: Nice and clean place but the service is lacking. They are not organized. I booked at 9:30 pm to sit down at 10:30 pm. Then we were 4 people. The 2 sandwiches arrived first and after more than a quarter of an hour the 2 pizzas arrived. They served people who came after us something else. 😞😞😞

25/07/2025: First of all, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We ordered seven pizzas for delivery, and unfortunately, they were all full of flour, undercooked, with very little toppings, and difficult to chew and digest. We had a really hard time chewing them; last year they were definitely different, and we were actually surprised.

24/07/2025: Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. We've ordered from this pizzeria often in the past, and the pizza was truly good—well-cooked, flavorful, and enjoyable to eat. Unfortunately, today it was truly inedible. The pizza we received was hard, undercooked, and covered in flour, with very little toppings (almost completely empty), and terribly dry. Only positive note: the staff are very kind and helpful. We really hope for a return to the quality of the past, because as it is now, we won't be ordering again.

07/12/2025: Disgusting food, cold sandwich and inedible chicken, I've never eaten a worse MC than this, not to mention the hygiene!!!!!

05/12/2025: Friday, December 5th, around 9:30 PM. I understand that you don't have a rewarding job, but it's not fair to vent your frustration on 10-year-old children who, after waiting more than half an hour at the checkout to pay for their order in cash (there was no operator), asked another operator if they could pay but had to sit through a show of "don't you dare tell me how to do my job, etc. etc. Too bad they told me too late and we had already left the mall, otherwise I would have come to at least see your name to give you a personalized dedication. They were too good and too naive and didn't know how to answer you, maybe next time.

03/12/2025: AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!! We stopped in mid afternoon for a quick coffee. Place was empty, and she told us to sit, then brought the coffee out. We used the washroom and i stopped to pay for the 2.50e coffee with a 5. She shook her head and said no its 9 euro because you used the washroom. Nothing on the menu indicated there is a 3.25e per person coperto. We left double the amount on the table and left which we though was generous enough, especially since we knew we were getting scammed. 2 blocks down the road she came running after us and screaming at us She threatened to call the police.

07/09/2025: We came a few nights ago, and unfortunately, the experience wasn't a positive one. We ordered a croquette as an appetizer, but were served eight mini croquettes with an overly strong garlic flavor. After a very long wait, our dishes finally arrived: the spaghetti with clams, while good, were truly meager (barely 50 grams), a fact we even pointed out to the staff, with no response. The pizzas didn't improve the situation: the diavola and the one with escarole were both extremely salty, and the escarole had been added before cooking, resulting in it being burnt. We also ordered a margherita, which unfortunately also turned out to be overly salty and burnt. At the end of the meal, when we went to the bathroom, we found the toilets dirty and clogged. At the cashier, no one asked us how our dinner went, which would have at least shown some customer care. Overall, between the slowness, poor quality, and lackluster service, the experience was disappointing.

22/03/2025: Ritornati dopo parecchi anni per gustare i mitici escargot di pizza...ma nulla. Cambio di gestione e cambio di sapori. Non erano quelli di una volta: secchi e poco condimento. Anche la pizza era qualcosa di indescrivibile: sembrava quella congelata della Cameo. L'impasto discreto morbido e poco salato, ma mozzarella e pomodoro veramente di scarsissima qualità. Mi dispiace per i ragazzi che ci lavorano, ma o cambiano gli ingredienti o cambiano pizzaiolo.
