09/06/2026: A truly terrible experience. There was a sign outside indicating the presence of gluten-free and lactose-free products, so I went in and asked for a lactose-free croissant... I received an initial response from a girl: "Yes, gluten-free," then I asked another girl and got the same answer. You should organize a course to teach the difference between the two, thanks.

25/07/2026: Four of us stopped at Nuscana for an evening drink. We ordered a couple of beers and two aperol spritzs and two portions of fries. We were shocked to see that we were charged €33 of which £8 was coperto e servicio - that's 25% of our total bill. Just to add, there was no coperto used as no cutlery, tissues or bread were offered. The waiter also forgot about the fries and when he was reminded it took over 45min we got them on the table....appauling...

26/04/2026: A welcoming and rustic family restaurant with a beautiful view of the Calore Valley. Local food prepared with care and tradition. Very kind and attentive staff. Ordering a bottle is preferable to the house wine. Reasonable prices. Definitely worth returning!

26/07/2026: I ordered a coffee table from Da Salotto on March 20, 2026, at the Avellino store, paying the full amount by card upon signing the contract. I was assured delivery within seven weeks. After eight weeks, nothing happened. I called the store and was told that, due to technical issues, delivery would take another six weeks. Disappointed and disheartened, I requested cancellation of the order and a refund, even via email, as requested. Another ten weeks have passed since then, and I still haven't received my refund. When I complained to the Avellino store, they simply replied that they had done everything they could and that the head office was to blame. It seems absurd to say this, but I'm afraid I'll have to contact a lawyer to get my money back. What a disappointment.

04/07/2026: I strongly advise against purchasing sofas from this chain store. Let's start from the beginning. We went to the Avellino store, where we were assisted admirably by a sales assistant, selected a sofa that looked extremely comfortable, and made the purchase. The day of delivery arrived, the courier refused to carry the sofa. We threatened to have it returned, and after two hours of bickering and a small cash gift, we finally managed to get the sofa home. Terrible, to say the least. Now let's start with the product description: it's a real disgrace. After 2 years of use (a sofa cost over €2,000), the seat cushions aren't adhering to the base of the backrest and are constantly moving forward. There's about a 15 cm gap between the seat and the backrest... The backrest is made entirely of wood, has no padding, and the backrest cushions have shrunk by 50%. The chaise longue seat cushion is crooked, thin, and doesn't adhere to the backrest either. It couldn't be worse: a poorly made sofa, of poor quality, and above all, so uncomfortable that my back, two years after buying it, is begging me to replace it. Never again will I ever buy a sofa chair.

23/08/2026: I've been to this restaurant for dinner, I found the menu quite limited, almost to be satisfied, however I found the service good and the manager friendly, I can only give my opinion on what I had, and unfortunately it was a little below expectations, for the rest it's worth trying.

02/08/2026: Shameful, nothing good....run away, don't go near this place. In all my years I've never seen anything like it...terrible, senseless food and on top of that, high prices...never again, shameful...this place should be closed down, just like the owner.

09/07/2026: Good neighborhood pizzeria, excellent quality and price. Takeaway service, but you can also eat at the tables they provide. The owner is a great guy.

30/04/2026: An experience to forget. We were served after an hour and a half. The lady who works there is incredibly rude, and you have to be careful not to let her make faces at you from behind. Unprofessional, and sometimes it serves to create both dislike and sympathy. After all this mess, the pizzas arrived, and they were truly rubbish. We ate them because we were hungry, but they even left a few in our stomachs. It's a shame because the staff are working hard, but what really hurts is the service. They should hire a cheerful, young, and polite girl. That alone would be a start.

04/06/2026: I don't expect everyone to be equipped to offer something gluten-free, but at least they should know what gluten-free is... They said "sure!" and then not only didn't bring me anything, but they made me pay as if I had eaten; I only drank a soft drink.

24/04/2026: I gave the food zero stars because the aperitif consisted of cold, stale appetizers that we couldn't eat. At the cashier, they had the nerve to say it was our fault for not asking for reheating. The excessive price of €25.50 for three Cokes and stale, cold appetizers that we didn't even eat...a disgrace.

21/03/2026: A filthy, messy place frequented by people of unquestionable morality and integrity. The staff is sloppy, dirty, and not wearing work clothes. The coffee is undrinkable, and the products are defrosted.

14/06/2026: Two of us on a Saturday evening. Overrated place. We were disappointed. The menu was limited to a few dishes, and at the start of service, almost half were unavailable. No tablecloths, not even a placemat or runner. The table was bare for a €3 per person cover charge, and the bread didn't seem to be made fresh. The menu completely lacks fish such as sea bream, sea bass, or other boned fish. There's no wine list. You choose directly from the display at the entrance. Service was practically nonexistent, and the wait was extremely long, even though it wasn't crowded. Wine: €22 Tramirer, a bottle of Ferrarelle mineral water, two appetizers (fried cod and four raw squid), and two main courses (roasted squid and fried squid) for a total of €110. On the other hand, the fish is fresh. We won't be returning.

13/06/2026: We had dinner today, June 13, 2026, at a table without a tablecloth, which shouldn't be allowed in a restaurant. I don't know if the owners have lunch without a tablecloth at their own home. This is already a sign of superficiality. In fact, the menu isn't up to date. We asked for two dishes and they didn't have them. They served the raw fish with scampi without tongs, a slice of the claws. There's no wine list. You have to go and look at the display and choose. The service wasn't very attentive, slow, and distracted. We ate: an appetizer, a second course, water, and wine. The cost was €110.00.

23/04/2026: They charge non-existent amounts on the receipt under the "miscellaneous" heading. It's happened twice out of two times; they're basically ripping off customers. A coffee, a juice, a zeppola, and a small pastry for the modest price of 11 euros? Stay away! It's not even fresh.

14/10/2025: Every time I go there, it's AT LEAST 30 minutes late, EVEN if you ordered hours in advance... the other time I was left waiting 2 hours late!!! The pizzas were also wrong. The pizza maker is never in a rush and never starts making them on time. He, on the other hand, waits until you arrive and then calmly starts making them after he's finished talking to his friends... You order today, you eat tomorrow.

14/10/2025: The service is nerve-wracking. After ordering over the phone at a specific time, it seems like they take the order and crumple it up to feed the wood-fired oven. Only when you show up at the time the pizza should be ready do they start preparing it. If you're lucky, they leave in 10 minutes... with a final delay of at least half an hour on normal days, and a full hour on weekends. Don't you dare order delivery unless you have two hours to spare to wait (and reflect). The delivery guy moves slowly: the delivery time is longer than training for the New York Marathon, but with much less final satisfaction. Oh, I forgot: not a single apology for delays beyond an hour; in fact, they pretend nothing is happening. Profile created specifically for this review after multiple instances of almost unbearable misadventures.

05/08/2026: Excellent pizza. Friendly and professional service, attentive and helpful staff. Welcoming and clean atmosphere, excellent value for money: I will definitely be back and highly recommend it.

04/01/2026: I stayed for one night on December 19, 2025 with a family of 4. I must say that we were welcomed very well by Mr. Enrico. He showed us the room and found it already warm. The place is enchanting. In the bathroom we found everything we needed as well as in the room. Breakfast was with warm croissants and the rest was a standard breakfast. The payment is within the three-star prices, in fact a little less, I paid only 85 euros. After all, we were just looking to sleep one night and certainly didn't expect a 5-star hotel. In any case, I will keep it in mind for future trips. Piero Gangemi, ct.

01/01/2026: We stayed on New Year's Eve. The property is beautiful, with good potential but not fully exploited. The prices are good. The bathrooms, especially the showers, need updating. The bed is quite comfortable. The breakfast is poor. Parking is good. It could do much better.
