26/12/2025: Centrally located and well-stocked, but I don't recommend it due to the rudeness of a very sour lady who works there, so I won't set foot in there again... I asked for information regarding some small panettone on display, at the checkout I was answered very rudely telling me not to touch them. I wanted to tell the lady, I don't know if she's the owner or not, that in addition to the good and beautiful products there is also a courtesy and kindness service that customers expect from a business that wants to do business especially during the Christmas week 😓

23/04/2026: They charge non-existent amounts on the receipt under the "miscellaneous" heading. It's happened twice out of two times; they're basically ripping off customers. A coffee, a juice, a zeppola, and a small pastry for the modest price of 11 euros? Stay away! It's not even fresh.

30/04/2026: An experience to forget. We were served after an hour and a half. The lady who works there is incredibly rude, and you have to be careful not to let her make faces at you from behind. Unprofessional, and sometimes it serves to create both dislike and sympathy. After all this mess, the pizzas arrived, and they were truly rubbish. We ate them because we were hungry, but they even left a few in our stomachs. It's a shame because the staff are working hard, but what really hurts is the service. They should hire a cheerful, young, and polite girl. That alone would be a start.

08/02/2026: I ordered a pizza at 7pm and it was prepared for me at 8pm. There were few customers inside and the staff were very slow.

21/10/2025: Hello, I don't usually write reviews, but this time I'm doing it to warn you about this nightmare restaurant. They could make a TV show like NIGHTMARE KITCHENS. We went last Sunday with my family. Disgusting dishes with combinations that only those who don't appreciate food would eat. We immediately reported it to the owner, and instead of accommodating us, she treated us even worse than the food. I strongly advise against going to this terrible restaurant. We probably ate better in India with rats!! TERRIFYING

20/10/2025: We booked a table for 10 people + 5 children. We were told there was only one set menu available for €22 per person. The appetizer was a slice of bread with caciocavallo cheese and honey. First course: fusilli with tomato sauce and ricotta shavings. Second course: pancetta with potatoes! Homemade dessert! Well... I asked what was available for the children, and nothing! Other than fusilli! There's nothing! When we started ordering, two people specifically asked for "crostone without honey." Not only did they not fulfill the request, but once they pointed out the mistake, they brought two more without honey, charging us an extra €8! The fusilli, nothing special! Peeled pasta, even undercooked, with salted ricotta...! For the main courses! Anyone who didn't like pancetta asked for pork! Sooo dry! As a side dish, potatoes with the skin cut in half and sprinkled with a little salt! For dessert? A tart made of... only you know, hard as a rock! INEDIBLE! So much so that everyone at the table left it! And finally, a €330 bill that practically left us and the kids hungry! NEVER AGAIN.

02/03/2026: The service has improved significantly. Prices are decent compared to direct competitors. Pastries are also available. Snacks include sandwiches and other delicacies. Also great for a relaxing hot tea.

01/03/2026: Terrible experience. I went for breakfast at 10:00 on Sunday morning and the filled croissants were sold out. I politely asked if I could fill an empty one with Nutella, but the employee replied that it wasn't possible because it was sold out (behind him was the large jar of Nutella with a dispenser), so I asked if I could fill it with apricot jam, which also happened to be sold out. It's absurd that a "renowned" pastry shop, as they would have you believe, would make you settle for an empty croissant. Just appearances!

19/01/2026: I called the facility to inquire about a weekend getaway. The gentleman on the phone, in a curt tone to say the least, said he couldn't accommodate us because there were already too many children in the facility, and therefore our kids would be too many. A terrible impression.

08/01/2026: Terrible reception. As soon as I called to make a reservation, a person with an elderly voice told me they didn't accept children. This was after I told him I had a disabled child and wanted to know if the facility was suitable for one. I don't recommend it, because children are treated the same as pets, even though in my opinion, they shouldn't be treated as such. Perhaps the problem isn't the children, but the disabled people who are the problem with this facility.

20/04/2026: terrible experience, very dirty tables, pigeons flying on the food and tables, very dirty bathrooms, a few years ago it was better

28/12/2025: ABSOLUTELY AVOID! Inappropriate behavior and rude staff. Very negative experience.
