It's inconceivable that they wouldn't let us in, saying they were already cleaning the room. I'm appealing to the owner. I'm waiting, because it'll be hard to continue if the employees make customers leave instead of seating them. Have a good evening.

27/01/2026: Passing by on the highway, Google Maps recommended this place just a few minutes away. We drove through a charming hilltop village until we reached Minicuccio. Fabulous cod, rich appetizers, and artisanal cured meats. The waiter was truly great!

25/11/2025: If you're looking for a place that pampers you at any time of day, Bar Paninoteca Panama is the perfect destination. Breakfast here is a true ritual. The coffee is simply perfect: creamy, intense, and expertly prepared. But the real surprise is the baked goods counter. I've rarely seen such a vast and carefully curated selection of croissants! Forget the usual, bland flavors; here you're spoiled for choice, with unique fillings and combinations not found in many other bars. Starting your day like this is a whole different story. The place, however, changes face in the evening and maintains the highest quality standards. Whether you're craving a crispy pizza or a well-filled sandwich, you won't be disappointed. All this is accompanied by a selection of unique and refined beers, perfect for those who love discovering new flavors beyond the usual commercial brands. Highly recommended for both a king-size breakfast and a casual yet quality dinner!

08/01/2026: Recommended by some friends and colleagues, I decided to go with my wife. It fully met my already high expectations (since my friends had raved about it). The restaurant is located near Monteforte Castle and enjoys a truly breathtaking panoramic view. After parking near the restaurant (there are limited spaces, but you can park in the lot adjacent to the castle), we walked 50 meters down an alley between some houses to the restaurant. The entrance is unusual (a small iron and glass door) but charming, giving it the feel of a rustic restaurant. Once inside, the feeling from outside is perfectly reflected in the rustic atmosphere, featuring exposed stone and matching furnishings. The waiter (very kind and knowledgeable) welcomes us and explains the menu and wine list. After the welcome entree (ricotta meatball with chopped walnuts and chestnut honey), we moved on to the hot appetizer, which consisted of a series of very tasty and well-prepared small dishes (I've attached photos). I also ordered a platter of cold cuts and cheeses (because I wanted to complement the appetizer with the cold cuts). Moving on to the first course, I ordered a ricotta and truffle ravioli with truffle cream, while my wife opted for a fusillo with provolone, mushrooms, hazelnuts, and chopped hazelnuts. Both dishes were very good, flavorful, and filling. For the second course, we opted for a pork fillet with potatoes, hazelnuts, and chestnut honey. The pairing with honey made the dish very tasty; the salty contrast created by the meat and the flavor of the hazelnuts combined with the sweetness of the honey was a wonderful discovery. We didn't order dessert because we were sure they also prepared desserts, but the waiter told us they only had the classics (truffle, cheesecake, tiramisu, and others) pre-packaged, so we decided not to order it. Overall, the place is very nice, the food was excellent, and the price (€130, in line with the quality of the food, the service, and the location) was reasonable. I will definitely be back.

11/10/2025: The place is newly renovated and truly beautiful. It also has an outdoor space (in the summer) that is worth trying. It is wonderfully cool, and they also organize high-quality musical evenings. Then there is the owner, who is uniquely kind and, importantly, top-quality ingredients cooked with great skill by the chef.

15/12/2025: I stayed at the Belsito Hotel, located a few hundred meters outside the town of Avellino, in a quiet, green area. My room, Room 109 (which I recommend), had a panoramic view of the hills. It was spacious and had an excellent bathroom. I had lunch there, and the food was good. Recommended for value.
