31/08/2025: On Sundays, my partner and I, along with our dog, often treat ourselves to a walk to discover new villages, landscapes, and nature, all while enjoying delicious local food. Today, on the recommendation of some guys we met in Cassano, we ended up at this restaurant located on the SS400, which connects all the wonderful Irpinia towns. The place is welcoming, the owner was incredibly kind, and the food was excellent. I love the maccheronata and the classic ragù, and this one is among the best I've ever eaten! We're already planning our return trip. The price was very fair for the quality and quantity of what we ate: two generous first courses, a mixed grill and a mixed meat with sauce, a side of baked potatoes, homemade tiramisu, water, coffee and only €28 each!

18/07/2025: We went to Greece for our wedding anniversary, where we were welcomed and pampered. A true Greek taverna, everything cooked with passion and skill, with excellent ingredients, many of which are imported directly from Greece. As are the traditional beers, wines, and liqueurs. We will definitely return to this corner of Greece in Irpinia 🇬🇷💙

28/09/2025: Nice place, decent service but the cuisine needs to be reviewed. Let's say that the starter for everyone is the same and it's also good but forcing you to take a maximum of 2 first courses per table and always for 2 people, badly cooked meat not to mention the porcini mushrooms with truffles practically boiled then you discover that the next table arrives 4 different first courses because it was the chef's friend. To avoid these things in my opinion are incorrect. At this point, make a tourist menu.

29/09/2025: This was my first time at this restaurant, and it was recommended. Given its location, I expected much better food. The appetizer, consisting of vegetables and cured meats, was nothing special. The first course, bucatini with rabbit, tasted good, but the pasta was very, very overcooked. Then they brought us two samples of the first course, trofie alla siciliana, which were good, and another first course with minced meat and carrots was a bit washed out. For the second course, we had rabbit cacciatore, but I also found it quite stringy and the sauce reheated too many times. The French fries with mushrooms were good, the baked potatoes were too dry and inedible. Finally, the fruit and grandma's dessert, a tiny triangle, water, wine, and Coke, were €47 per person. For the quality of the food, I found the price too high. The staff was polite and attentive, the restaurant bright and clean, but if I were to recommend it for local food, I honestly wouldn't.

17/08/2025: We only had dinner there several nights. The price was good, the food was excellent, and the service was excellent. Recommended even for just going out for dinner. You'll need a car to get there.

15/09/2025: We had lunch here. The fettuccine with ragù was good but the portions were quite small. The veal steak was really good and tender, as were the sausages. The escarole was simple but very tasty. The place was clean and tidy, and the service was very friendly and helpful. The price was quite good for the quality of the products and the selection, with simple, traditional flavors.

The pizza dough is incredibly light and easily digestible, a clear sign of attention and uncommon mastery in the production process. Excellent ingredients with very balanced combinations. Suitable for anyone who cares about quality food. Highly recommended!
