03/10/2025: Unfortunately, this is a disappointment, one I can only review in detail given my 25 years of travel experience. The property is generally outdated. The rooms are clearly stuck in a 30-year-old era. Power outlets are limited and extremely inconvenient—there's none near the desk. The bedspread isn't worthy of a four-star hotel—white is the color of choice. The minibar is completely empty, and there isn't even a bottle of water in the room. The toilet isn't protected by the label indicating it's been sanitized. The shower head is worn and sprays unevenly. It's truly a shame, because from the outside, the property looks good and could have significantly improved potential with proper maintenance and renovation.

17/01/2026: They're excellent at selling and recommending products. The salesperson who assisted us was very polite and professional. We had a negative experience with late delivery (more than 9 weeks) and failure to deliver on the scheduled date.

15/02/2026: It was our first time visiting Casalbore. After an hour's drive, we found ourselves in a very special place: at the entrance to the village, there's a small waterfall, from which the restaurant takes its name. The service was excellent, and the food was equally delicious. Aside from the chilly atmosphere, we visited this restaurant with our daughter; it must have been the location, on the corner of the veranda between two windows. Otherwise, the atmosphere was very nice, with ample parking in front of the restaurant. The waiters and staff were very friendly. My daughter really enjoyed the aquarium at the entrance.

23/09/2025: I stop by when I'm in the area for work. Today, a simple spaghetti with fresh tomato has revived the flavours of the past in me. The meat is also of high quality.

18/02/2026: I stop by often, but it's a shame that sometimes I've found the sandwiches a bit sour, the ham rancid... it can happen when they're on display for a long time. Overall, though, it's normal. I'll stop by anyway; I'm not a picky eater. It can happen to anyone. Perhaps this feedback could help the management ensure a few more checks. Otherwise, the service is fast and very friendly.

03/02/2026: It doesn't shine, it doesn't disappoint, it's a bar built to serve the gas station and is certainly above average... but obviously it's out of the way and is only useful to those passing by to fill up. It's nice because it's spacious and has windows... The food is good quality... the service is decent. What's a bit annoying is the cash register... I don't know him, but from his age, the cashier could be the owner... Well, he's behind a low plexiglass with advertising... through which you can't read what he's clinking, nor can you see the register unless you're 1.20 meters away... definitely needs reconsidering. While I wasn't treated badly, I had the feeling they were paying attention... much too much, to every cent and every move of the poor bartender. When that happens to me... I won't go back willingly.

20/08/2025: We stumbled upon this pizzeria restaurant by chance, looking for something different from what you'd find at a service station, as we'd been traveling for quite some time and had a long way to go. Easy to get to, just a few minutes from the highway exit, with convenient and spacious parking, as well as the restaurant itself. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the very kind and friendly staff, very cheerful and helpful, who made us feel right at home. Our order was taken immediately, we were advised to check around to select the table we liked best, and we were shown to the restrooms, like good hosts. We chose the pizzeria menu, which was quite unusual for us as Romans, and we found it very original and delicious. The dough was good, and the ingredients were of high quality. As mentioned in other reviews, we hadn't opted for an appetizer, so we were served a starter anyway, a gesture much appreciated for the hospitality and, above all, the quality of the products. What can I say...thank you, and see you soon!

23/01/2026: On Sunday the 18th, we stayed at Zia Carmela's inn in Montella. Many of us stayed overnight in their comfortable rooms, and then we gathered for lunch in the restaurant. The food was good, with generous portions. The owners and staff were warm and welcoming. For those looking to spend a relaxing day enjoying a delicious Sunday lunch, this is the perfect option.

09/01/2026: I stayed there in a dirty room, to say the least. A measly appetizer and a bottle of water cost 47 euros... Not a small amount, in my opinion.
