Perfect leavening for unparalleled softness, and top-quality ingredients that give it heavenly aromas. Unfortunately, I live far from Solofra, otherwise I could also testify to the unfailing quality of the pastry shop and the attention to detail. Having personally spoken with Raffaele, I can be sure that professionalism is evident throughout their shop. I sincerely hope to visit them one of these days!

08/02/2026: We made a reservation for dinner with friends. We sat down at 9:00 PM, and after about half an hour we asked to take our order because no one on the staff would take us into consideration. We only ordered pizza, no appetizer. The first pizzas arrived at 10:50 PM (two of which were raw). I don't think it's normal to make a table wait that long, especially if there's a young person there.

We tried assorted mini pastries, but the quality-price ratio seemed unbalanced: high prices for a quality we didn't find in the dessert. The chef is truly friendly and approachable, ready to accommodate any guest's needs (even those who don't eat fish, by customizing the menu, despite it being a restaurant specializing in seafood). For better organization and guaranteed availability, I recommend mentioning when booking if you have any guests who don't eat fish, so you can be sure of an alternative. Dishes may vary seasonally, so much so that I'd love to return at a different time of year to try other dishes. The desserts are exquisite, homemade. Excellent value. Highly recommended.

15/02/2026: I went to this restaurant for Valentine's Day dinner, expecting a relaxing and romantic evening, but unfortunately, the experience was a disaster on almost every front. The start was immediately discouraging: we had to wait over an hour just for the first courses to arrive. An interminable and unacceptable wait, especially on an evening like this. I have to be honest: when they finally arrived, the first courses were excellent, well-cooked, and flavorful. It was the only positive note of the evening and the only saving grace. However, after making us wait so long, the service became paradoxically frenetic and terrible. The waitress seemed to be in an unjustified hurry: as soon as we finished eating, she would snatch our plates from under our noses and take them to the kitchen, even though there were still other things to eat at the table. We felt pressured, as if after making us wait, they wanted to get rid of us as quickly as possible. The final blow came with the sliced ​​meat. Unacceptable conditions: completely burned on the outside, unpleasant to eat due to the bitter taste, and cold on the inside. The chocolate cake served at the end was literally hotter than the meat itself.
