16/01/2026: Excellent service and friendly staff. The products are excellent, and most importantly, everything is fresh and homemade. I've been here several times, for breakfast (Too Good to Go) and to try the panettone. I've always had a great experience. Highly recommended.

And I go to many restaurants and I can say that I am extremely satisfied both with the welcome, the place and the service, and above all with the dishes. 28/02/2026: For me, one of the three best restaurants in all of Irpinia. Aside from the excellent menu (the pomegranate with pork capocollo is brilliant, and the arancini are top-notch), "La Pignata" has what many restaurants in this region lack. They want to be a bit more sophisticated (I'm obviously not talking about traditional, popular osterias), but they don't know how to make a living (they don't understand the rules of restaurant culture). Here, however, it's there: kindness when making a reservation, impeccable service, with discreet courtesy and a sommelier in the dining room (many in Italy and around the world know Irpinia only for its wines, and it would be wise to ensure they find a respectable sommelier when they enter a restaurant), and the entire "liturgy" that introduces and concludes the menu, from the chef's welcome to the pre-dessert to the small pastries. Plus, it offers a quality/price ratio that's hard to find in more renowned tourist destinations. Moreover, the restaurant is right below the Norman castle and the municipal villa. Worth a trip or a detour.

17/01/2026: Wonderful tavern... this is the fourth time we've been to this wonderful place where you can eat excellently, with a set menu at a truly reasonable price. Excellent quality ingredients... homemade pasta... delicious ricotta ravioli and crocche... but in the end, everything they serve is truly delicious... and Angelo and his staff, what can I say? Exceptional and knowledgeable people... a must try! I recommend it to everyone.

29/01/2026: One of the restaurant's signature dishes is its mixed antipasto platter, which includes numerous courses. In addition to the classic cold cuts with buffalo mozzarella and delicious ricotta, there are various additional dishes that vary seasonally: mixed fried foods, fried potatoes and peppers, friggitelli peppers, beans with pancetta, and more. Everything is delicious!

Without hesitation, we took the first exit off the highway and arrived at this osteria. What can I say? 25/01/2026: It was over an hour's drive, but it was worth it. The place is very cute and well-kept (with so many items on display, it's rare not to see a cobweb or a bit of dust). The service was friendly and helpful. But the food alone is worth the trip. We ordered a sampling of all the appetizers so we could try everything; I highly recommend it. For pasta, I ordered a single dish with two samples; for me, the ravioli were the best. The meat was spectacular. The tiramisu was also excellent, and I ordered a house amaro, which I enjoyed. I will definitely be back.
