04/05/2025: One of the best Pubs, beautiful, welcoming, top staff, excellent food, I can say that I will return again and again

01/05/2025: Enjoyed a lovely evening watching the football, drinking and eating. Very nice prosecco and a great selection of cocktails. Pizza was excellent and the owner made us very welcome. A family friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We will be back.

03/05/2025: Everything was exceptional, among the starters I particularly loved the bowler hat, but it was all very good. As the main course, cuttlefish with exceptional artichokes but I have to say that the first course of fish beats everything. The best fish first course I've ever eaten - mixed pasta cooked in MANDATORY fish soup! 🩵 super!

10/04/2025: Excellent tasting menu with wine pairing. Each dish and wine explained by the waiter and all were superb. A little on the expensive side but generally eating out in the vicinity is a bit pricey so not bad value.

18/04/2025: A small restaurant, we came here on recommendation, the kids ate the pizza, I tried it, it was great, although I'm not a fan 😉, the arancini and croquettes were delicious, the zuppe di cozze was oversalted for me. Everything was served quickly, the Tiramisu dessert was also very good. I recommend it

My Braciola supernova had onion that shouldn't have been there, there were pieces of salami, raisins and pine nuts, but something inside was salty... I didn't perceive the pecorino wafer and everything was a little too soaked in oil. Maybe the cause is the rush to satisfy so many customers in a short time? Then in my opinion, there is a bit of wasted packaging, I would reduce it. I hope it doesn't become a small Neapolitan McDonald's...

16/04/2025: Delicious lunch here in Forio on the seafront. Fantastic chicche with clams, walnuts and dried tomatoes for me, linguine with lemon, almond and basil pesto for my friend. Absolutely delicious bread, one a traditional crusty white bread, one a flatbread with poppy and sesame seeds. Not as cheap as similar places in parts of Naples but considering we were on a swanky island right on the seafront: excellent value for money. Pleasant, efficient service. Lovely. Thank you.

16/04/2025: Always a guarantee!!! It's not a holiday in Ischia if you don't eat here!!!! Discovered by chance many years ago.... we've been going back for 8 years. The food is really excellent: well-stuffed pizza, fresh fish, for some time they have been very careful about presentation (which doesn't hurt) even if the goodness is in the substance rather than in the appearance! Very attentive to the relationship with customers: always ready, kind, and honest. They speak all languages!! The restaurant is on the Forio seafront and is very bright, with a well-kept environment, it is pleasant for both lunch and dinner (we tried it at all hours). To enter this huge veranda there is a high step. The toilet is very small, but has everything and is always clean, unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. Like all places on the seafront, it does not have reserved parking, but you can find a place in the paid car park or use public transport. For us a fixed stop!!! Super recommended!

08/04/2025: Si mangia abbondante e benissimo, in un'atmosfera familiare. I proprietari sono gentilissimi. Francesco e il suo papà sono molto premurosi e accoglienti e, a fine pranzo, ci hanno riempiti di strepitosi assaggini di gelati artigianali e regalato una bottiglietta di liquore fatto da loro.

06/04/2025: Excellent lunch, generous and quality portions but above all stellar ice creams!! Hospitality of Francesco and his father really difficult to find elsewhere. Treated like royalty!

26/04/2025: Excellent family run hotel. Very welcoming and friendly. The service was excellent, and dinner last night was absolutely brilliant. Location is fab for a stop to Naples with easy parking and near Monte Cassino.
