We arrived in Sorrento on Saturday and this has now become our ‘go to’ bar! Friendly staff. Great for people watching and reasonable prices. 5 Euro for a large beer. 7 Euro for a lemoncello spritza. We haven’t eaten there but the food looks good. We have made so many friends just chatting to folk around the bar. It is small but welcoming. Thank you Anna for your hospitality.

My husband and I stopped at this small, charming cafe to sample a limoncello, which the owner indicated was made there. Oh, my, it was so tasty and refreshing—a bit tart but with balanced sweetness. Immediately, the host/hostess placed a small plate of snacks to enjoy with our drinks. My husband also ordered a soft drink that was served with ice! Everyone was so friendly and cordial, and it is a perfect spot to have a drink and/or a light meal and people watch. We plan to return while we are in Sorrento.

My husband and I stopped at Caffe 54 and were greeted enthusiastically by the proprietor and his lovely wife. We enjoyed a delightful limoncello, our first of our Italy trip. The drink was tart with just the right balance of sweetness. A light snack was provided to enjoy with our drinks. I did take advantage of the toilet, which was immaculate. We are going back in a few minutes to try a heavier snack and may request takeaway or just sit and people watch.

Delicious pasta, excellent service, one of the few places that gives you something to wait for the food and does not charge you cover.

Ciao! I come here (nearly) every morning for my daily coffee and it's easily some of the best coffee I've ever had. I get a hot latte with one sugar and it's seriously so good. The man who runs the shop in the morning is one of the sweetest people I've ever met. Very friendly, knows my order by now. Oh, and they also have delicious croissants (Can vouch for both chocolate and plain, both delicious! Would recommend chocolate if you're craving something sweeter, but plain is really good just with coffee!). I really love this place. Grazie mille per il caffe molto delizioso! —Frances

Delicious cocktails! Quick service and for the area then prices are not too bad :) (€7-€10 per drink) Never have I had a jaeger bomb with a garnish 😁 only negative is the advert that was on behind us on a TV. Very graphic and off-putting

I had such a wonderful evening in Café 54. Anna is so lovely it was like spending the evening with family. We chatted away me with zero Italian her with her little English and we still had so much fun and the food was amazing and her daughter Ilaria provided quick service with a big smile. Everything was fabulous. Would totally recommend this place.
