The welcome was impeccable from the moment we arrived: the Chef and the Head of the Dining Room demonstrate the utmost professionalism. A welcome with sparkling wine and a detailed explanation of artisanal bread and sauces immediately demonstrated the attention to detail. The cuisine combines quality ingredients with creativity: Seared Octopus: Perfect, tender on the inside and crispy on the outside, served on broccoli rabe. Pacchero della Selva: A remarkable first course. The roe deer ragù is intense, made unique by the hazelnut and bitter cocoa crumble. Entrecôte Argentina: Excellent quality meat, served on a hot griddle to enhance its flavor. We also greatly appreciated the fresh intermezzi (palette cleansers) between courses, a true touch of haute cuisine. The dessert, especially the Borbonika Tiramisu, was a sensational conclusion. Despite the high quality of the food and service, the value for money is excellent for the Vomero area. The atmosphere is another strong point: quiet, well-kept, and never chaotic.
