24/08/2025: I'll start by saying that it's a location that has always been recommended to me by acquaintances and friends, so I apparently immediately had a positive impression of the restaurant, the service, and the food. Previously, in 2024, I had already tried calling, hoping to receive a positive response on a table reservation for 2-3 people, even though I called weeks in advance, but there was nothing I could do; it was always full. Speaking with other people who have a certain affinity with the owner, they always had a large table available even if they didn't call or even called shortly before the scheduled date to dine. For the umpteenth time, this year, my mother wanted to celebrate her 50th birthday there (knowing the food was good), so I tried calling in mid-June to reserve a table for 10 people for Saturday, August 2nd (in my opinion, even well in advance). The first two calls: noisy, people who answered negatively and in dialect, saying they were working and couldn't hear me; the third call: "No, it's all full." During the fourth call, the line had accidentally dropped, and finally, on the fifth and final call, they gave me the okay for the table, but they responded very arrogantly, already letting them know that a person with celiac disease would be at the table. August 2nd arrives. I should point out that two days earlier, I had called to KINDLY inform them that there would be 11 of us rather than 10, and their response was, of course, in dialect: "Signò mo nin t pozz arsponn sting a fa', be good," and from there I already had an idea of ​​the extremely rude person who would welcome us. That same day, once I arrived, they rudely responded to my cousin who had warned us about the extra person, starting with "you could have told us earlier," but obviously they didn't care that we had actually tried to warn them in vain. The lunch, I can't be inconsistent, was truly excellent quality, but once again they were arrogant about the celiac person, "I know what you can and can't eat." When the bill arrived, I didn't hold back; I mentioned everything that had been wrong with the service and the courtesy. The owner again responded with "I hope you'll behave like this at your workplace," as if to say that the complaints didn't matter because he would have earned a lot anyway. To this day, I don't feel like recommending this place due to the rudeness of the person in charge of the restaurant, because honestly, leaving more than €500 in the hands of someone who behaves in an unspeakable manner with customers is just not something I want. The food is good, but that alone isn't enough to make up for everything I endured from June to August. It's a shame about the wait staff, because they were the only ones (unfortunately, only a few) who were kind and friendly. I also work in the restaurant industry, and if I were to behave so badly toward a customer, I'd resign. I hope this recent review of mine will be helpful to someone!

15/08/2025: Lunch with family on August 15th. Overcooked chitarra pasta, gnocchi drowned in oil, flavorless frozen fish, bread stale for at least four days. I paid €80 and left without eating! Terrible experience. I won't be back, and I don't recommend it!

04/09/2025: The pizza and babà were delicious....I asked if I could get the 15 euro promo they advertise so much and they told me it wasn't available at lunchtime. I was initially a little disappointed and paid for the pizza and babà on paper....everything was good, the lady was very kind, the place was a little small but overall it was ok.

16/08/2025: I ordered one doppio cappuccino and one regular cappuccino. Unfortunately, my order was misunderstood, and I was brought one doppio espresso and two cappuccinos instead. Both the incorrect order and the flavor of the coffee, which was far below my expectations, left me disappointed.

04/03/2025: I've been missing this place for a long time, even though I'm from Castellammare. We had breakfast there on Sunday morning. The coffee and pastries were good, and the prices were average. It's a very nice and well-kept place with a good customer flow.

19/08/2025: An unforgettable day Fantastic place, a beach resort with meticulous attention to detail and a wealth of amenities, located in the Marina Grande area. We were welcomed and looked after throughout the day by the fantastic Alessandro, incredibly friendly but above all very professional, attentive to every detail! It was a day of relaxation and good food, because at Bagni Sant'Anna the cuisine is also incredible, with exceptional and incredibly fresh raw seafood. With Alessandro at your side, you're not just spending a typical day at the beach, but rather enjoying a truly unique experience. Highly recommended See you soon

19/08/2025: Fantastic. They pamper you like few other places in the area. Alessandro was attentive and caring for every need. The loungers are very comfortable, and the area is also breezy, so it's great. We had tartare and fried fish, all delicious. Not to be missed.

19/08/2025: Exceptional food and service! The various forms of cod / baccala were wonderful. My only regret is not taking more photos of the food as it was coming out. The baccala carpaccio was a piece of art. I hope to come back next time I'm in the area.

12/08/2025: Everything was beautiful and delicious. The atmosphere was very casual and quaint. Service was quick, and reservations were recommended. And to think I hadn't eaten cod before: the Genovese was amazing!

14/06/2025: I don't like to criticize but I took some take-away pizzas, tempted by a reel on their Instagram channel of this fantastic provola e pepe with provola slices I said to myself let's try it ...
