06/08/2024: If you pass through Naples, you must stop at the taverna do re! In the meantime, I'll start by telling you, take the pastiera! I let myself be advised and opted for a seafood starter, excellent raw material, fantastic cod! By the way, did I already tell you, do you take the pastiera? I continued with the seafood scialatielli, very tasty, perfectly cooked and a generous dish, the pizza chef was in front of me, and what are you doing, you don't have a marinara prepared? Excellent condiment in its simplicity, and finally gentlemen... the pastiera made by the chef himself... I have rarely eaten such a good dessert... coming from a Sicilian... highly recommended!

16/08/2024: I've been spending my few days of holidays in Vietri sul Mare for years now; and if I want to taste excellent and traditional dishes I have lunch and dinner at least a couple of times at Raffaele; constant quality over time; and over time it maintains an excellent quality/price ratio. this year I really appreciated, while waiting for a spectacular scialatiello with clams, a series of grilled vegetables, from seasoned peppers to aubergines; all washed down with a generous white wine from the Sammarco cellars. This year too our "Raffaele" is assisted by helpful and attentive staff.

07/08/2024: Neapolitan pizzeria. The dough is really light and digestible. Good variety of pizzas and good selection of fried foods as a starter. Recommended.

06/08/2024: I had a great time, the food was super good, the staff was super friendly, not at all intrusive, I didn't have to wait long, in fact quite the opposite. The cream of potatoes was out of this world and the decor deserves 6 stars out of 5. Highly recommended ❤️

22/06/2024: Lovely restaurant on one of the main roads leading to Paestum. We were welcomed by a very kind and helpful lady in a recently renovated room with a very classy atmosphere. The choice of menu, the wines, the incredible quality of the dishes, the jazz music: nothing in the slightest suggests a family-run restaurant. The waitress guided us through the choices of the fish menu with great calm and dedication, leaving us the right space to decide without rushing or influencing the choice too much. We decided for the tasting menu which includes 4 courses plus dessert. The journey began with an entree of tuna ham with first choice extra virgin olive oil, followed by 3 appetizers, one better than the other: red prawn tartare (the expectations for this now inflated dish were quite low but incredibly we found ourselves opposite the best tartare I have ever tasted), vegetable broth from the nduja garden and prawns (amazing dish which manages to express all the flavors and smells of the earth while keeping the exquisite meat of the prawn as the protagonist, the bread was not enough to make the slipper with broth), octopus Luciana (classic dish that meets expectations, tender and tasty octopus even if the real protagonist was the exceptional sauce) and finally the paccheri with lobster as the main course, truly generous and delicious, also tomato The lobster meat was exceptional and excellent and perfectly matched the aromas of the rest of the dish. Followed by semifreddo with buffalo ricotta on amaretto brittle and coffee mousse, also more than good but not at the level of the starters and the first course. Overall an exceptional experience, we will definitely return if we are in the Capaccio Paestum area. Cost of the tasting €55 + wine and coffee, to say money well spent is an understatement.

08/07/2024: We ate here several times during our stay and it was fabulous every time! Fresh seafood with the most delicious sauces we tried. The service was beyond anything I have experienced in other restaurants. Romolo and Valentino are the ultimate hosts.

21/08/2024: Situated on a beautiful hilltop, with a great swimmingpool with services. Great to have a vacation among the Italians. The restaurant is great to enjoy diner most of the week. What to remember is good friendly staff, the tranquil atmosphere and our morning strawls with our toddler daughter along the donkeys and ponies in the field nearby.

18/08/2024: Ottima struttura. Posizione e posto da relax. Ottima piscina. Ottima colazione. Lo consiglio. Ci sono anche gli animali. Unico neo è la strada x arrivarci.

07/07/2024: I will never set foot in this place again...until 4 months ago the child service cost 3 euros, now it has increased to 5 euros ok and that's ok...plus to eat a portion of chips for two 8 year olds plus on 5 euros they added 2 euros each for a cover charge without using placemats, forks or anything else...and so we are at 7 euros per child...but the serious thing is they made a 2 year old girl pay a cover charge for eating two chips from his sister's plate. so another 7 euros ... total 3 children 21 euros between rides and cover charge... I took them to Mirabilandia .... But do you realize that for this rubbish you make you lose people ... we were a table of 10 people who surely you will never see again...learn to live because sooner or later people get annoyed...

24/08/2024: Lunedì sera, finalmente un po' di pioggerellina e freschino in questo agosto (e non solo) troppo caldo e afoso. Approfittiamo, quindi, per tornare in questo ristorantino cinese-giapponese a due passi da casa. Avevamo voglia di spaghetti alla soia con verdure e spaghetti saltati (sempre con verdure). E così è stato: buoni entrambi, ma soprattutto quelli "saltati". Abbiamo aggiunto una porzione (4 pz) di ravioli con gamberi e MAKI con salmone, gamberi, avocado e formaggio Philadelphia (8 pz al costo di 8€). Decisamente deludenti i primi mentre davvero buoni i secondi. Il tutto accompagnato da una Peroni rossa Gran Riserva da 0,50€ (davvero onesto il prezzo di 3€). Siamo andati via "leggeri". Torneremo per provare anche il Poke' e il Ramen.
