I'm surprised to see some of these reviews, we had a wonderful visit today! The waiters were a delight, patient with our terrible Italian and lovely playing with our son. The pizzas were gorgeous, maybe a little more expensive than other places in Pompeii but you're partly paying for the view - which is gorgeous. Beautiful piazza in front of the church, especially when the sun is shining like it was today. My aperol spritz seemed extra strong... not that I'm complaining! All in all, I'd recommend if you want somewhere pretty to sit outside, have a drink and a bite to eat. I'd definitely go back.

From the start of our stay we were welcomed by Carla. She was great! Very welcoming, smiling.
We had spritzes each time and they were very good. The location is ideal

Un bar pâtisserie bien placé.
Serveuse souriante mais caissière fort antipathique et pas commerçante.
Les pâtisseries et glaces sont bonnes. Note très élevée.
Pas de savon dans les sanitaires, ça craint !

Bar ottimo, il caffè è eccellente e i prodotti non sono da meno. Il vero difetto di questo bar in realtà sono i prezzi elevati dei prodotti di pasticceria e il food, ma diciamo che per gli acquisti che faccio io sono abbastanza abbordabili, dato che lì ci vado per un caffè o per una bevanda. Però complimenti perché il personale è sempre disponibile e pronto per ogni necessità, anche il bagno è pulito

Qualità di livello superiore , prezzi un po' alti ,visto il luogo turistico e la posizione, si consiglia di consumare al banco, sedersi ai tavoli ,almeno nel periodo natalizio da me visitato ,richiede disponibilità economica, comunque la qualità non si discute , avendo viaggiato in diverse parti del mondo ,credo che la qualità 'di cui accennavo, sia di livello mondiale.

La caffetteria si trova in piazza Bartolo Longo, a pochi passi dal Santuario della Vergine. Prodotti di pasticceria eccellenti e ottimo caffè. Personale professionale e gentile.

Um die teilweise schlechten Bewertungen etwas zurecht zu rücken möchte ich Folgendes anmerken: Wir waren während unseres einwöchigen Italien-Urlaubs jeden Tag in der Bar frühstücken. Drinnen lebt die italienische Tradition mit Capucchino und Cornetto (Croissant). Beides, genauso wie alle anderen Süßspeise, schmeckt ausgezeichnet.
Wer draußen bei Tisch sitzt, zahlt ganz in der italienischen Tradition einen Aufschlag, hat dafür Anteil am Leben auf der Piazza.
Ich empfehle die Bar zum Frühstücken oder draußen für einen netten morgendlichen oder abendlichen Drink.
