On vacation in Naples, a must-see at Tandem. We ordered a cuzziatiello with meat sauce. You could choose up to three ingredients, for €10, including a base, eggplant parmigiana/vegetarian eggplant parmigiana, and smoked provola or ricotta.
We only ordered the base...what can I say, it was truly delicious. Definitely recommended. If I were to return to Naples, I would definitely go back.
The place is really small and there's very little seating. It's also convenient for takeout.

We were here during our stay in Naples and naturally wanted to try this popular spot. The sandwich was delicious and the sauce was nicely seasoned. The service could be a bit friendlier, more attentive to tourists, and a clearer explanation of the ordering/pickup process.
Even without "cuzzetiello" in the name, this is the right place to try it.
They're famous for their ragù, but I'm more of a Genovese fan, so I ordered a cuzzetiello alla genovese.
For lunch on a weekday, I didn't find a line.
It's more of a takeout place, street food, but there are a few seats inside and a couple of outdoor stalls that, luckily, were free when I went.
I recommend it for a quick street food lunch; the cuzzetiello is perfect.

A huge loaf of bread cut in half and filled with ragù and parmigiana (with a few variations to choose from) is Tandem's signature dish. The portion is undoubtedly filling, the flavor is truly delicious, and variety isn't its strong point, but it's not lacking. I tried the meat ragù with ricotta and was absolutely licking my lips. The place is small, and given that, despite being a fast food place for on-the-go dining, it's better suited to sit-down dining, they feel the need for a couple of more comfortable chairs and more tables. The fixed price is €10.

Tandem Ragù restaurant behind the takeout one, with a few seats in a fun and airy atmosphere, bicycles everywhere 😃 Fast service, and they explained each dish to us. In the end, we went for the great Neapolitan classics: pasta with Neapolitan ragù, beef meatballs with ragù, and pasta with potatoes... What can I say? Ancient flavors, classics brought to perfection. You could taste the provolone in the pasta with potatoes in every bite, the ragù melted in your mouth, and the meatballs were amazing. I highly recommend Tandem to anyone who wants to eat well and sample quality Neapolitan cuisine. Mniamiii 😋
