17/07/2025: There are many ways to experience a special event. We chose to do it in a unique location, with meticulous attention to detail: Urubamba Nikkei Restaurant. The experience began with a warm welcome on the ground floor, where a bartender recommended we start the evening with a delicious Pisco Sour. A great introduction to the atmosphere. We then headed up to the rooftop, a terrace overlooking one of Naples' most iconic streets, where our gastronomic journey through Peru and Japan began. We began with the Tacos Urubamba: tuna tartare, guacamole, quinoa, and aji amarillo, an explosion of fresh and well-balanced flavors. Next up was Inkaponzu, caramelized cuttlefish in ponzu sauce, and then the delicious Bao Gamberi, a steamed bun with shrimp burgers, quail eggs, and a coriander emulsion. A true signature dish. The main course was "Our Paella," revisited with a Nikkei twist: rice with scampi, shrimp, sea bass, octopus, choclo, aji amarillo, and lobster bisque. A perfect blend of tradition and innovation. Everything was accompanied by an excellent Tramin Chardonnay, served by a young, professional, attentive, and knowledgeable staff, who passionately explained each dish to us. An experience we highly recommend. We'll definitely be back!

16/07/2025: A refined and surprising experience in the heart of Naples – Urubamba is a gem! Last night I had the pleasure of celebrating my sister-in-law's 40th birthday at Urubamba, and I can only give a rave review. The restaurant is located on a charming rooftop, on one of Naples' most elegant and characteristic streets. The atmosphere is refined but never cloying, with a perfect balance between elegance and hospitality. The cuisine is a journey between Japan and Peru, with meticulously crafted dishes that blend flavors and cultures in a creative yet harmonious way. A special mention goes to the caramelized cuttlefish accompanied by "choclo," Peruvian white corn, which won everyone over with its intense flavor and unique texture. The sushi rolls were also extraordinary, standing out for their original and surprising fusion pairings, which work perfectly. The wine recommended by the staff proved to be a perfect pairing: it enhanced each dish without ever overpowering it, perfectly complementing the variety of flavors on the menu. The staff is young, knowledgeable, and passionate, and they were able to guide us through the dishes, carefully explaining them even to those who were less accustomed to this type of cuisine. I will definitely be back to try other dishes!

05/09/2025: This is probably the best hospitality i’ve ever experienced at a restaurant. Simoné is an extremely generous human and was so welcoming. We pretty much had a private dinner session, with Simoné even going to a restaurant next door and surprising us with snacks on the house. We could not have asked for a better dining experience, a trip to Naples is worth it for this alone.

01/09/2025: Good food, mussel soup, definitely too many cherry tomatoes. The grilled octopus was also good, but it was literally three tentacles, which was a bit too much for the price. The place was welcoming, even though we had three flies keeping us company the whole time.

27/08/2025: Discovered by chance, but tried again after years without booking. We had a full dinner with seafood spaghetti, fried fish, wine, and dessert. Limoncello topped it all off, just like in the photo! The dark chocolate treat was much appreciated. Very kind staff. More than reasonable prices. Thank you for everything ;-) ❤️

28/06/2025: We stayed for 4 nights at this beautiful Italian farmhouse, now used as an events venue with a few rooms. We were the only guests and therefore had the amazing garden and pool to ourselves, below lemon trees… it felt very special. During the evening there were some events happening in the garden but it didn’t bother us at all since they ended early and the staff was still available to us for any requests. Elisa and Astrit welcomed us with kindness and warmth, like family, and were the most helpful hosts throughout our stay. The breakfast was fantastic and copious, with scrambled eggs, cheese, ham, bread, yogurt, baked goods,… Definitely the highlight. For those reasons I give five stars! Thank you so much for making us feel at home 💗

27/08/2025: Excellent appetizers, truly tasty and plentiful, to the point that they'll put you off ordering more first and second courses. The lemon and pistachio fettuccine was truly delicious and highly recommended.

30/08/2025: By far the best spot on the Amalfi Coast. It's located in Marina de Praiano, a less-hyped beach but the best I've been to. The prices are super affordable, the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious and well-served. We went two days in a row because my husband and I loved it so much. Just go! Hahaha

12/06/2025: Excellent family-run restaurant and pizzeria (in fact there was not even a hint of stress among the staff, on the contrary they transmitted tranquility, serenity and hospitality) located in Marano di Napoli facing the road. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the owner / meitre of the room in a polite, hospitable and not very intrusive way (we were served throughout the evening by him in a perfect way) in a short time we ordered and we were served excellent food, we had an appetizer of cold cuts and cheese in the center of the table very good genuine zero-mile products. Then we had 2 Genoese pastas, a linguine with octopus and a black-cooked pizza; all exquisite dishes prepared at the moment, nothing frozen and plated like a painting by the great Botticelli. Recommended for a quiet family evening.

07/09/2025: It started out as a butcher's shop... And as a good butcher, he knows a lot about meat... Excellent selection, excellent aging too (I'm not much of a meat expert), but the flavors are truly exceptional... Highly recommended, too, is the selection of cured meats and cheeses... Obviously, a dinner costs around €100, but let's say he cooked almost 2 kg of carefully selected and aging meat for us. Congratulations!

27/07/2025: Hotel Scapolatiello—where do I even begin to describe it? Let me start with accessibility and location. The hotel is located in the old town (in the mountains) of Cava de' Tirreni. You can drive all the way to the hotel and park there for a reasonable fee. We were driving a Citroën C4, and the narrow alleyway mentioned online was manageable with this car (a few centimeters of space on either side). The hotel is a 200-year-old building that was built, or appears to be part of, an old defensive wall. It offers spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. The ambiance of the hotel can be described as authentically luxurious and romantic. The hotel restaurant has a fine menu, and the dishes are all delicious and of good quality. But above all, I want to mention the gentlemen serving us; they made our evening every time. They offered excellent wine recommendations, were friendly, and were never too pushy. If you stay at the hotel, be sure to take a walk around the abbey and the nature reserve behind it.

20/07/2025: A charming location, clean rooms, a varied and plentiful breakfast, and helpful waitstaff worthy of a 4-star hotel. The pool is nestled in the Corpo di Cava mountains. I was particularly impressed by the kindness and attentiveness of the pool attendant, Francesco.
