La carne non è eccellente, paragonabile a quella di un qualsiasi fast food, e la cottura è stata totalmente errata: richiesta media quasi al sangue e l’hamburger era stracotto. Personale cortese, locale pulito. Tuttavia, un dubbio mi ha accompagnato per tutta la serata: forse sarebbe stato più conveniente ordinare da asporto anziché cenare sul posto. Dalla cucina uscivano quasi esclusivamente ordini per l’asporto, mentre noi clienti in sala eravamo costretti ad aspettare a lungo. Nessuno mangiava piatti principali, solo antipasti. Inoltre, dalla cucina hanno sbagliato più volte la preparazione dei piatti. Di conseguenza, la linea e l’organizzazione della cucina sono completamente da rivedere.

27/05/2025: I went to this pizzeria for dinner and I was really satisfied! The environment is welcoming and well-kept, with a warm and familiar atmosphere. The service was fast and friendly: the staff is kind and always available to advise. The pizza is the real strong point: light dough, well leavened and with a fragrant edge. The ingredients are fresh and quality, and you can taste it. Excellent quality-price ratio. I will definitely go back and I recommend it to anyone looking for a good pizza in a pleasant environment.

26/05/2025: This is a legendary pizza restaurant that has been around for over 150 years. It is now in its 6th generation. I came here because my Napoli friend brought me here. Their fried pizza is very delicious, but it is not a famous restaurant that sells to tourists. It is a restaurant that locals choose to eat if they want to eat good fried pizza.

25/05/2025: We got to know about this shop from our friend. It is a small shop that has been open for 150 years. It is a shop that sells only fried pizza. The 6th generation successor is the world champion of fried pizza in 2 world pizza competitions. The taste is as delicious as the rumors say.

28/06/2025: While traveling through Italy with my mother and son, we stumbled upon Gli Scacchi quite by accident after visiting the nearby palace — and what an unforgettable surprise it turned out to be! Out of our entire three-week journey through Italy, this was hands down the most extraordinary meal we had. Every appetizer we tried was exquisite — so much so that after each first bite, we’d look at one another, smiling and murmuring variations of “wow.” The flavors were thoughtful, fresh, and beautifully presented. For dessert, we simply couldn’t choose… so we didn’t! We ordered three to share and added a fourth just to be safe. Each one was divine. What amazed us most was how quiet the restaurant was that afternoon. Somehow, we had the place to ourselves, which made it feel like a secret treasure. Everyone else must’ve been eating elsewhere — and truly missing out. Gli Scacchi is a rare find, and one I’ll be recommending to anyone heading anywhere near the area.

11/05/2025: It's not the first time here at Scelto, but as every time it is once again one of my favorite places! The guys are kind and professional, the dishes are typical of our tradition but revisited without distortions. Excellent selection of wines! Prices are in line with the dishes. Today in particular there were ceremonies, but they managed to manage the room calmly despite the number of people. I highly recommend it!

25/06/2025: I think it's one of the best ice creams I've ever tried, especially the pear and ricotta, the two pistachios, the salty and sweet, are brutal... really. I tried several of my friends' fruit ice creams and the peanut butter and caramel ice cream, all delicious. The giant tub costs six euros, very good.

16/06/2025: Last night we went to eat a pizza, but compared to other times we were disappointed an inedible pizza three pizzas all three burned and with a pizza base that could not be cut it took the woodcutter, when I went to pay I pointed it out to the lady who answered me after only three times that I had pointed it out to her that we have to tell the pizza chef with a laugh disappointed also for this behavior I would have preferred another attitude given that the customer must always be treated well, we had gone to eat a good pizza but we were served an inedible pizza

29/05/2025: Pizza here is very delicious. When you come with your friends and family, there are both places to sit inside and you can take your pizza to go. If you want to get your pizza as a takeaway, the price is very affordable. The taste is great.
