The atmosphere is warm and rustic. The welcome feels like home. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to recommend the dish of the day or a good local wine, making the experience even more authentic. The real highlight is the food. The cuisine is a tribute to tradition: bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and expertly executed recipes. A word of warning: go on an empty stomach! The portions are truly generous, and the price is excellent. It's a perfect place for those who are truly hungry.

20/10/2025: A very nice pub/restaurant near the Reggio Calabria airport. A lovely discovery last winter, and every time I pass by, it's a must-try! The staff is very friendly and helpful, but the real highlight is the potatoes seasoned in various ways, which are a true delight! A unique dish, never tried before! A true specialty! Recommended.

Stopped by this place and it totally impressed me. Cozy Irish pub vibe, wooden interiors, and walls full of unique details that make you want to look around.
The food is outstanding — juicy burgers, amazing potatoes, and delicious cheeses and desserts. Everything pairs perfectly with their great beer selection.
Service was friendly and fast, making the whole experience even better. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area.

18/10/2025: There were five of us: two adults and three children. We had three il calabrese pizzas, two Frutti di Mare pizzas, one tuna pizza, one lamb skewer, a tomato, a bottle of wine, two 1-liter bottles of water, and four soft drinks. We were all completely satisfied, and the children were happy. The food and price were spot on. The staff were young, charming, and attentive, but not intrusive. I highly recommend the restaurant. Thank you for the lovely evening. We'd be happy to go again. Bravo.

I see they struggle with efficiency and organization.
The cream croissant was OK - not much cream inside only a bit on top.
I won’t go back again.

Poor service, really poor. We wanted to order at the counter when we'd already booked a table, and they told us the waiter would come by. He arrives 20 minutes later, struggling with his work. We order, 30 minutes go by, and we're still not served, giving priority to the counter. An hour wait for breakfast seems rather excessive to me. If you're not ready to work during the tourist boom, close down. Otherwise, organize yourself better, because the quality is there, even a lot, but this way you're just spreading bad rumors about your organization.
Compliments to the waiter who told us to apologize repeatedly. He puts his face on the line, and that should only be respected.

25/08/2025: We visited this pastry shop after reading the excellent reviews, and I must say I fully agree with the quality and deliciousness of the products. They have a wide selection for breakfast. A special mention goes to the kindness, courtesy, and helpfulness of the owner—qualities that are unfortunately rare these days. Highly recommended!

The service is impeccable: the lady in charge is a paragon of courtesy and professionalism, ensuring a warm welcome.
The restaurant itself is a pleasant discovery. Its unique beauty lies in the simplicity of the furnishings, crafted from recycled materials but well-matched and curated with a woman's meticulous eye.
My sweetheart and I thank you for giving us a Sunday of good taste and serenity!
We will certainly return and, with equal certainty, we can only recommend CASA MARIA.

07/10/2025: The pastry shop is well-stocked and offers a wide variety of specialties. We started with a superb brioche with gelato: plentiful and fantastic. Despite the season, we also discovered the famous Bagnara torrone (torrone). They let us try the two types available, and we purchased three trays. We'll definitely be ordering online for Christmas. For lunch, we also had some excellent fried foods, both inviting and exceptional. Finally, thanks to all the staff who served us: very kind and helpful, especially the woman who carefully packaged the torrone for us. See you next time.

07/11/2025: Friendly staff, clean and tidy environment. We stopped for a pizza while passing through. Prices were average, maybe even a little less than others. We ordered a vegetable pizza. The dough wasn't bad, but overall the pizza was very dry. We left half of it.

The place is beautiful, with a welcoming atmosphere and attention to detail, which makes you feel immediately at ease. The quality of the food and drinks is always excellent, and the staff is kind and professional.
In particular, the summer garden is a real gem: an oasis of relaxation and beauty, perfect for enjoying an evening in company or a moment of tranquility outdoors. I highly recommend this pub to those looking for a special place, which over time has managed to maintain high standards and transmit warmth and good humor.
